Abstract

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine Islamic Spirituality at Work as a moderating variable for the relationship between job satisfaction and deviant behavior at work ). This research was conducted at Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) in East Lampung, consisting of 12 BMTs with 287 employees. The method of analysis used to test the research hypothesis is the interaction test, often called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that job satisfaction has a negative effect on deviant behavior in the workplace, while Islamic Spirituality in the Workplace moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and deviant behavior at work.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement is mediated by job satisfaction. The type of research is positivist reasearh. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Smart Program (PLS) Version 2.0 PLS based on the Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This research was conducted at State Polytechnic of Malang. The population of this study uses a census (saturated sample, so that the number of samples is the same as the number of the population. The results show that transformational leadership has no significant effect on work engagement and job satisfaction mediate the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement.

Abstract

Trust has been recognized as an important factor in business. There are many factors that influenced brand trust such as fashion involvement, hedonic value, and utilitarian value. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influenced of fashion involvement toward brand trust through hedonic value and utilirarian value. The data of respondent consumers of Smarthphone, Tab and Notebook were collected by questionnaires mailed to the respondents. Total respondents is 163. This research use Structural Equation Modelling AMOS to analysis. This research found that brand trust is significantly affected by fashion involvement through hedonic value and utilitarian value, fashion involvement has a positive effect on hedonic value and utilitarian value. The new finding is brand trust is not significantlu influenced b fashion involvement

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of profitability and company size with Corporate Social Responsibility as moderation, the object of research used by manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2017 period. The number of samples selected was 179 observations determined using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis of this study stated that profitability and firm size had a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness while for moderating variables Corporate Social Responsibility strengthened profitability and weakened company size towards tax aggressiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to found the influence of image and security towards on decision passenger using Sriwijaya Air. This reserch was conducted to passengers Sriwijaya Air in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted based on survey research. Population of this research were all passenger Sriwijaya Air. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method with the total sample of 100 people. Data was colleted through online questionnaire to the respondent that is passengers Sriwijaya Air about image, security and decision. Multipile regression was used as analysis technique. Result have show that security there was positive influence and significance toward decision passengers using Sriwijaya Air. While Image there was positive influence but not significance toward decision passengers using Sriwijaya Air. The variabel service, image and security able to explain decision passenger at 59,5% and th balance 40,5% is explained by other variabels that aren’t included in this research.

Abstract

The development of the technology industry at this time has made many new players appear with a variety of innovative products that they offer. One of the businesses that support technological developments at this time is a home internet connection provider, one of which is PT. Telkom Indonesia. A deep understanding of the company's reputation will be of great use to consumers and marketers alike. Using Benefit-Risk Analysis (BRA) framework, this study focuses on examining the effect of company reputation on purchase intention and intention to recommend. Researchers built this study with quantitative techniques with valid sample data of 200 respondents from all over Indonesia who know about PT. Telkom Indonesia. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 21 software, data analysis found that company reputation had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention and intention to recommend.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the profitability condition of a company on the stock price by using the capital structure as a mediating variable. This study is to take a sample of the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period, which obtained 21 companies using purposive sampling technique. This study uses path analysis. The test results found that there is a significant negative effect between profitability on capital structure. Profitability and capital structure also have a significant positive effect on stock prices. In addition, the capital structure has also been shown to significantly mediate the effect of profitability on share prices

Abstract

This study examines the direct relationship between hedonic value and utilitarian value variables with customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). The respondents of this study were 115 undergraduate and postgraduate students at private universities in Yogyakarta. Data processing was performed with Smart PLS 3.2.9, the results show that there is a direct relationship between hedonic value and utilitarian value variables on customer satisfaction. The direct relationship between hedonic value and utilitarian value variables with WOM is not proven. The indirect relationship between hedonic value and utilitarian value variables in WOM with customer satisfaction as a proven mediator, while customer satisfaction is a variable predictor as an antecedent of WOM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work family conflict, workload on intention to quit with work stress as an intervening variable at Health Insurance. The dependent variable is intention to quit, the independent variable is work family conflict, workload & work stress. The population is all married female employees. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique. A valid sample of 145 married female employees was recruited in this study, & participants voluntarily answered online questionnaires. Structural equation modelling analysis were used to examine the relationship between work family conflict, workload, work stress on intention to quit in married female employees. We found that women’s perceptions of both work family conflict & work load were significant positive related to work stress & intention to quit & also work stress were significant positive related to intention to quit. The whole result was significant positive, which supported the hypothesize.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the moderating role of psychological capital (psycap) on the relationship between job stress and perceived organizational justice (distributive, procedural and interactional) towards the turnover intention. This study used a survey method both online and in-person and used public accountants who already work for 1-3 years as participants. The results showed that psychological capital able to moderate the impact of work stress and perceived organizational justice towards turnover intention. Auditors who have a good psychological capital can suppress his desire to move even though he faced the work stress and the perception of organizational justice that may not comply with his wishes. The results of the study also support the theory of positive organizational behavior which states that psychological capital is the main variable that affects individual motivation and performance.
