Abstract

This article focused on creativity as an expression of voice and on the specific conditions that may result in dissatisfaction being channeled into creative performance. By creating an appropriate context, organizations can encourage employees who experience job dissatisfaction to engage in creative activities. Integrating the exit-voice theory and the organizational creativity theory, there are three contextual variables: feedback from coworkers, coworker helping and support, and perceived organizational support for creativity. The starting point for our theoretical development is provided by the interactionist perspective of creative behavior developed by Woodman and Schoenfeldt (1989). Abstract

This paper is designed to understanding of  how and why organizational change and how to mange the change. The trantition from centralization to decentralization is the one of big problem for Indonesia's government to get the change without pain. This paper reviews the emerging literatur, seeking to get understanding of process influencing change suistainability. Abstract

Globalization, which is signed by technological, financial, and information democratization, becomes a frightening jargon in human life today. The organization purpose is no longer to create products for customers, but it is to create a value for the customers. This creation will result in marketing paradigm movement and implementation for organization strategy. Abstract

Change, although externally may appear to be about changing jobs, places, products, etc. actually occurs first inside people's heads. And there's the rub. Abstract

A tremendous amount of research has explored the relationship between managerial pay and firm performance. There are other criteria that can be used to determine managerial pay, as well as the influence of a firm’s governance structure and various contingencies. Abstract

Development strategy is the key of the policy or the combination of the policy in its relation to the economy development. The key strategy will also determine the instrument that is used in conducting certain policy. The theory concept of development strategy can be done by using Big Push Theory, Balance Growth and Unbalance Growth. Abstract

Tulisan ini dirancang untuk menjelaskan multikolinearitas (M/C). Hal ini disebabkan keberadaan multikolinearitas bisa merusak model. Keberadaannya menjadi penyebab kegagalan dalam memperkirakan estimasi least squares karena koefisien regresi dan varians menjadi tidak menentu. Secara harafiah, M/C menunjukkan hubungan linear antar variabel independen. Meskipun banyak cara guna mendeteksi keberadaan M/C, tidak ada satu teknik pun yang mampu menunjukkan penyebab M/C. Namun, salah satu cara untuk mengobati M/C adalah dengan menggunakan teknik ridge regression. Teknik ini dirancang untuk menghasilkan varians minimum dalam regresi. Akhirnya, jika keberadaan multikolinearitas tidak mengurangi kebaikan model, keberadaannya M/C bisa diabaikan.  Kata kunci : Multikolinearitas (M/C). Estimasi Least Squares, Koefisien Regresi dan Varians Tidak Menentu.

Abstract

Two most important events in developing countries that occurred in the beginning 1980s, are debt crisis and the stagnant of inward looking policy. It revealed ideas on reforming the trading industry policy. The reformation process was supported by the World Bank with its Structural Adjustment Loans (SAL’s). In that program, reformation is directed to the permission problems and the tariff disturbances with the target of the efficiency of the actor of economic sector both private and government. In this paper, it is explained reformation of alternative policy, that is: strategic trading policy, the policy to promote industry with economical scale and the policy of knowledge promotion and growth. Abstract

Corporate Governance merupakan suatu sistem kelola yang diselenggarakan dengan mempertimbangkan semua faktor yang mempengaruhi proses institusional., termasuk faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan fungsi regulator. Organization for Econom9ic Coorporation and Develop-ment (OECD) menyatakan ada lima prinsip pokok corporate governance yaitu perlindungan terhadap hak-hak pemegang saham, perlakuan yang adil terhadap pemegang saham, peranan stakeholders dalam corporate governance , keterbukaan dan transparansi dan peranan board of directors dalam perusahaan. Konsep corporate Governance dapat dikembangkan dalam teori yang diformulasikan kedalam model-model corporate governance yangb bersifat mainstream seperti finance model (stakeholders teory), stewardship theory, stakeholders model (stakeholders theory) atau political model (political theory)

Abstract

The researches of job stress are pioneered by a classic study by Friedman, Rosenman, and Caroll in 1958. The basic assumption about job stress that is, certain work characteristics are stressor that lead to both personal and organization. Some studies have investigated this job stress in developing countries. Based on the study of Nasrurdin, dkk (2004), it is chosen intentionally, first, to be criticized in endeavor to comprehend the job-related stress experienced by employees in developing countries setting, the second, the study is issued in Indonesian international journal. The main weakness of this study is related to its model. This study focused on personality variables and job stress. This will become problematic because personality is a dispositional variable which is permanent, whereas job stress is a situational variable which is temporary. Those can reflect individual responses toward certain situation. Therefore, personality variable is considered as moderating variable which is positioned as an independent variable because the variance will likely to be low, whereas the variance of job stress is expected to be high.  The proposed model and chosen variable are not based on a certain theory
