Abstract

To eliminate obligation of secrecy is one of breakthrough done by Dirjen Pajak to get data is including taxpayer data.  Actually confidentiality obligation can be eliminated, but investigation should be done if there is initial evidence that the tax payer does criminal act. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a minimal requirement in a modern marketing concept. Managers who have the quality commitment will always no only satisfaction and also create customer delight. Customers who really obtain the delight will be loyal to specific brand. Loyalty is the indicator of customer performance which is always loyal to deal with the specific company. Abstract

As a relatively young group of Banks  the earliest was established as late as  15 years ago), the establishment of Moslem Banks can be said to be exciting enough as they have been expected by the Moslem Society in Indonesia. Blessing Paradigm has been strived by Moslem banking by giving more additional services (value added), its meaning consequence of world and eternity. However, after 15 years emerge on the surface, performance of Moslem banking still far from expectation and paradigm of Blessing. There are four factors faced by Moslem Banks, firstly clients have accustomed to conventional bank, secondly Human Resources of Moslem Bank still low in understanding of Fiqih Muamalah, thirdly its product still a few, and fourthly Moslem Bank is impressed “exclusive” just for Moslem people. Solutions are socialization and education to society about Moslem Bank by increasing the quality of services, consumer satisfaction, justice orientation, and run the banking function as an intermediary. Abstract

Location theori in the regional economy policy deals with the decision on the determination of the economic activity by considering the selling output and input. Among the various approaches used determine the location, the Partial Equilibrium is one of the economic activity units that can be explored. There are 3 (three) factors analyzed, they are the transportation orientation, the competition to have control over the market, and the competition to obtain the workforce. The partial Equilibrium approach also analyzes the effect resulted by the determination of the economic activity location that is known as agglomeration. The agglomeration effect appears throught the bias of economic scale that has either positive or negative effect for the nearby location. Abstract

Organizations engaged in services, the role of employees is crucial in providing customersatisfaction. This is because the process of production and consumption take place simultaneouslyon the service. Marketing services will be more easily understood approach combined elementsbetween the product and distribution, which emphasizes the dependence of mutual benefit(mutualism) between these elements. This approach allows management to focus attention on theimportance of the role of employees in serving customers. Implementing an internal marketingmanagement (internal marketing) and provide support to employees and reward goodperformance so that employees can provide a satisfactory customer service.Research uses respondent nurses and patients the highest referral general hospital in Lampungeach of 122 respondents. By using SEM (Structural Model Equetion) yields that the study supportsthe hypothesis of only three of the five hypothesized. Internal marketing in a positive effect onorganizational commitment and customer satisfaction, and job satisfaction also positivelyinfluence organizational commitment.Keywords: internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, customerssatisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the occurrence of flypaper on the city and county governmentspending in Indonesia, in 2006-2008. In this case, the dependent variable used istheshopping area while the independent variable is revenue (PAD), the General AllocationFund (DAU), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and a dummy, to distinguish thecity /county Java and Outside Java. The sample in this study were 394 municipalities anddistricts in Indonesia with Data sources Relisasi Budget Report 2006-2008. This research usessoftware eviews 6. The analysis showed that in general does not occur flypaper on city andcounty government spending in Indonesia in 2006-2008. DAU and PAD respectively significantat 1% level, with a regression coefficient of0.601837 and 2.825710. Dummy variables indicatingthe occurrence of flypaper on the city / county in Java, while for municipalities and counties inOuter Java does not happen flypaper. Abstract

This research is to examine the relationship between store atmosphere and store emotionalstates (arousal and pleasure). Arousal refers to store induced feelings or alertness or excitement.Pleasure refers to the degree to which the consumer feels good, joyful, happy, and satisfied in thestore. and states intentions to perform certain store related shopping behavior, which is hedonikmotivation and utilitarian motivation. Store induced pleasure is very powerful determinant ofapproach behavior in the store. This research is based on Michon and Hong Yu’s research (2007)about “The Shopping Experience of Female Fashion Leaders”.Research data were taken from150 respondents by using questionairres which were spread in MANGO Paris Van Java Bandung.Two stages of data analysis were used in this research. First, analysis factor which is includingthe validity test. Second stage is linear regression analysis to the five major hypotheses, with 95%level of confidence. The results of this research shows that store atmosphere affects the arousal,and then arousal affects the pleasure. Pleasure will affects how consumer do their shoppingmotivation (hedonik shopping motivation and utilitarian shopping motivation. Abstract

Information technology (IT) can improve an organization's competitive advantage, so manyorganizations rely on IT, is no exception with the Christian University of Satya Wacana (UKSW).In carrying out its main activities, UKSW supported by the Information Systems Academic SatyaWacana (SIASAT). Internal control is required an information system in order to achieveorganizational goals. COBIT is the standard SI control of a general nature and can be acceptedand implemented by the organization. This study aims to compare the SI Academic Satya Wacanaby way of its internal control analysis using the COBIT framework. In this study, the domain ofdelivery and support (DS) is chosen for comparison is done at every level of IT processes COBIT.The study found that UKSW already have internal controls in every level of control process ITCOBIT DS domain, where the internal control provides assurance that the academic services suchas admissions, student registration, course registration, grades and graduation is based onstandard operating procedures (SOPs) that have been set.Key Word: Information system, internal control, COBIT framework

Abstract

PT MGT is a garment company that manufactures various types of outerwear men. The process ofmanufacture or finishing of products based on the production schedule (order from the marketingdepartment). Product costing applied by companies is accumulating direct materials cost (fabricsand accessories), direct labor cost, overhead cost, washing materials cost, and retro cost. Thecompany used actual costing system to measure the production cost, so that the management cannotknow production cost reporting at any time. Job-order costing systems is the answer for thecompay’s necessity to calculating the product cost. The authors will describe job-order costingsystems step by step. There is a difference between company’s calculation version with the authorsproposed. The results of calculations performed by company to AX 037 MTWQ is Rp43, 907.28while using the job-order system is Rp42, 162.35. The results of calculations performed by companyto RPBC 073 CH / K is Rp27, 553.09, while using the job-order system is Rp23, 895.49. Thedifference is due to the differences in classification and overhead cost allocation method usingmultiple rates.Keywords: product cost, job-order costing system, cost pool, overhead rates, job order sheet
