Abstract

UMKM XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan keripik buah nangka. Pada proses observasi langsung di lapangan, perusahaan mempunyai masalah dalam melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan hanya berdasarkan Net Profit Margin (rasio laba bersih dibandingkan dengan pendapatan) tiap tahunnya. Pengukuran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tidak cukup representatif menilai kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alat ukur kinerja yang tepat dan fleksibel, yaitu dengan metode Performance Prism. Proses penentuan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) kinerja berdasarkan persetujuan dari pihak manajer perusahaan. Dengan periode dasar (tahun 2015) didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat 25 Key Performance Indicator yang terdiri dari: 2 KPI Investor, 8 KPI Konsumen, 4 KPI Suplier, 6 KPI Karyawan, dan 5 KPI Masyarakat Sekitar dengan nilai total kinerja keseluruhan sebagai pembanding dengan periode pengukuran adalah 2,232 (kategori cukup sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi pada periode selanjutnya berdasarkan saran-saran pada periode dasar).Kata kunci: kinerja, Performance Prism, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), alat ukur kinerja

Abstract

Peci is one of the typical Indonesian fashion products favored by men. Peci used for a purpose both official and unofficial purposes. Many people want a product that is more than the usual Peci both in terms of materials and motifs. The purpose of this study is to realize the expectations of customers and develop the better design of peci that fit to the customer's feelings. The method used in this study is Kansei Engineering. That is a method that uses image or feeling psychologically from the user of the product. Then observations is looking for Kansei words and samples of product, There are obtained 10 Kansei words that represent the feeling of customers and 5 sampels of products of craftsmen. Then conjoint analysis is use to get the value of the relationship between elements design and Kansei words. The results of conjoint analysis obtained that special Peci is peci with batik embroidery motif with price is Rp35.000,00 and made of quality velvet. That is the highest preference of most favored by respondents. Recommend the design of the peci that has been obtained is with first quality velvet, batik embroidery three-leaved vines, Lidded green six cmyk: 100, 0, 100, 0 velvet, black cmyk: 0,0,0, 100 Flowers, red cmyk: 0,100,100,0. Ventilated at the top with a semicircular, and use the cardboard inside the furing wrapped with satin lining.Keywords: Kansei engineering, Peci design, conjoint analysis

Abstract

PT. XYZ constitute a business that move in sector of food in particular of Dry Noodle and Instan Noodle in Jl.Raya Suko KM3 Sidoarjo. In a build C of production that have three line machine of production and have one location warehouse baggage so that eventually Output from the three line machine will be saving in one warehouse the name is Finished Product Warehouse. Placement of the finished product that not organized well, make a build of production become not efficient. Layout is a main base in a industrial world. Plant layout or facilities layout can be defined as ordinances pengauran a facilities of factory to support the fluency. The purpose from this research is to give an suggestion to repair of layout about location of the finished product in a build C of production. In this research use ARC ( Activity Relation Chart ) method. ARC is an method or a simple technical in a planning of layout facility or ministry be based on the degree of relationship activities with qualitative assessment and inclined be based on opinions which is subjective from each facilities or ministry and method ( Shared Storage ). Shared storage is an method of preparation of the storage area be based on warehouse floor area condotions. As for the expected results from this research is can give an suggestion to repair of layout placement of the finished product that less ordinances well. As the result fro this research is the layout suggestion have value greater storage capacity from the initial layout with a capacity of 61 area, meanwhile for the initia capacity have value smaller as many as 44 storage area. In shared storage method the total value mileage on products A,B,C with initial layout is 142.376 m. meanwhile on suggestion of layout there are a total mileage is 94,952 m with a difference 47,424 m from distance of initial layout.Keywords: Layout, Transit Warehouse, ARC, Shared Storage

Abstract

PT XYZ is one manufacturing company engaged in the production of animal feed. In the production process sometimes product results does not comply with the requests received by the company. There are many factors which could this problem happened. One of them is less than the maximum engine performance production caused by high downtime on a production machine. To find out how well the performance of a production machine, then it is held a performance assessment by using Overall Throughput Effectiveness (OTE) method.Overall Throughput Effectiveness calculations performed on the line pellet machine was obtained 48.97%. This value is still far to the standard value desired by the company which is 70%. For performance improvement can be done by improving the engine damaged and analyzed by using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). From the analysis showed that the failure modes of root dies breaking up with the value of the RPN 224 is a damage that must be repaired immediately because obtaining the highest RPN value compared to other failure modes.Keywords: Measurement of engine performance, OEE, OTE, FMEA

Abstract

PT. ABC merupakan perusahaan Jepang yang bergerak di bidang usaha jasa konstruksi mekanikal, elektrikal, dan system komunikasi. Sebagai perusahaan jasa konstruksi, PT. ABC dituntut untuk mencapai tujuan / target perusahaan tiap tahunnya yaitu mendapatkan tender proyek, maka tak jarang karyawannya dituntut untuk lembur. Seringnya karyawan lembur, maka menimbulkan masalah kelelahan terhadap para karyawannya sehingga target tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi beban kerja yang dialami oleh engineer leader pada Departemen DesaindanOperasional di PT. ABC. Beban kerja yang diukur adalah beban kerja fisik dan mental. Beban kerja fisik diukur berdasarkan cardiovascular load (CVL). Beban kerja mental diukur dengan menggunakan metode NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). Berdasarkan hasil analisis CVL, beban kerja fisik yang diterima engineer proyek memiliki presentase CVL sebesar 31,16%, denganhasilperbaikanmenjadi 23,38%. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis NASA-TLX, beban kerja mental yang diterima engineer proyek yaitu dengan skor NASA-TLX 74,2% denganhasilperbaikanmenjadi 51,6%, sedangkan skor NASA-TLX engineer head office 61,5% denganhasilperbaikanmenjadi 47,66%.Kata Kunci : Beban kerja, Cardiovascular load, NASA-TLX

Abstract

Batik merupakan budaya tak-benda warisan manusia bagi bangsa Indonesia yang telah diakui oleh dunia. Industri batik cap masih banyak dikelola oleh masyarakat secara tradisional. Penggunaan energi dalam proses pembuatan batik cap perlu ditingkatkan efisiensinya. Artikel ini membahas tingkat efisiensi energi pada pembuatan batik cap, pada UMKM yang ada di Kampung Batik Laweyan, disertai dengan usulan alternatif untuk peningkatan efisiensi energinya. Perhitungan efisiensi energi dilakukan pada tiap proses yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan batik cap. Usulan perbaikan dilakukan pada proses yang kurang efisien, dengan menggunakan metode multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) - Preference Rangking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). Dari analisis diperoleh bahwa tiap proses memerlukan jenis energi yang berbeda. Usulan perbaikan yang dihasilkan juga berbeda-beda untuk masing-masing jenis energi.Kata kunci: batik cap, penghematan energi, pengambilankeputusan, PROMETHEE

Abstract

PT. Eurotrans Charter Indonesia Fowarding Freight is a company engaged in the transportation services that keep in touch with customers. In the development of its PT. Eurotrans Charter Indonesia decreased its shipment (number of document processing requests). To keep keeksistensianya PT. Eurotrans Charter Indonesia Need to maintain the quality of ministry. Thus the need for a method to measure the quality of service PT. Eurotrans Charter Indonesia and the need to improve the quality of services provided so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied so that it can survive to compete with competitors PT Forwarding lainnya.Langkah-steps involved in data collection is done by observation and questionnaires from several criteria. Those criteria obtained through interviews and studies pustaka..Metode used to measure the quality of service using Fuzzy Servqual. The results of data processing, found that the value of fuzzy-servqual per criteria, perdimensi and overall By using 5 Dimensions in servqual namely: direct evidence (Tangibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Security (Assurance), Empathy (Empathy). After measuring the quality of service PT. Eurotrans Charter Indonesia found the results showed that customers' expectations have not been in accordance with the perception of the services they receive. Results gap of -1.06 and therefore the management of PT. Eurotrans Charter of Indonesia needs to make improvements of service quality for the sake of reducing the existing gap. To make improvements to the company made by using analysis 5W1H (what, why, when where, who and how) .After note 5 biggest gap in ": Various complete facilities provided by the management, .Kemudahan in payment processing, support services revision PT. Eurotrans Charter Indonesia do a double check and do not make mistakes in working document. quotation (supply) that is given an interesting, and hospitality employees to customers, After the PT. Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang berkembang dibidang Nonwoven Spunbond, produk yang dihasilkan yaitu kain plastik terbuat dari biji plastik polypropylene. Produk spunbond bisa diaplikasikan pada spring bed kemudian tas, jaket serta masker. Standart kualitas yang ditentukan diantaranya tidak ada cacat produk berupa lubang (hole), bintik polimer (drop) yang menempel pada produk diakibatkan kegagalan transformasi dan tidak ada sobek pada sisi produk yang mengakibatkan bertambahnya reject potongan sisi produk (trim).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode seven tools untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab tingginya reject yang mengakibatkan pemborosan material. kemudian penyelesaiannya menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analyis (FMEA) untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan pada bentuk kegagalan tertinggi yang diperoleh melalui perhitungan nilai RPN.Dari hasil analisa didapatkan reject tertinggi yaitu jenis reject trim yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pegawai baru, order yang bervariasi, metode berdasarkan type mesin lama, kualitas material, desain mesin yang tidak sesuai order. Dari analisa dan perhitungan SOD diperoleh nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu 30 ada pada lebar kain berlebih yang menyebabkan tingginya reject trim. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan yaitu membuat alat bantu penutup plat tembaga/kuningan untuk menutup sisi samping spinneret dan membuat SOP serta evaluasi kinerja sebagai tahap control.Kata Kunci: Spunbond, Seven Tools, FMEA.

Abstract

PPSDM Migas is a company engaged in oil and gas. One factor that must be considered by the company is the distribution of workload to employees so that the effectiveness and efficiency of employees can be reached. The fact in the field, PPSDM Migas has just transferred its employees to PPSDM Jakarta, so there is a discrepancy between workload and number of employees. To overcome the problem of measuring workloads in PPSDM  Migas, this study uses a task per task approach.  This method will provide information about the allocation of employee human resources to complete the existing workload optimally. Based on the results of the workload measurement on PPSDM  Migas using the task per task approach it can be concluded that from the two positions as a pilot project there was one position which resulted in a mismatch between the workload and the number of office holders, namely 4 Tank employees and  Distribution  but  from  the calculation  results  it  takes  7  employees.  The position of Executor of Distillation Operations has the number of employees as many as 2 employees and from the results of the calculation required 2  employees, this shows the suitability between the number of employees and the workload on the position.  Based on the results of calculations from both positions, the position of Implementing Distillation Operations is included in the category of sufficient office efficiency. Whereas in the position of Implementing Tank and Distribution Installation get the medium category.

Abstract

PG XYZ as one of the sugar industries that have the potential for waste pollution needs to make improvements both in the production process and in the management of its environment. With various existing waste conditions such as in industrial wastewater. Therefore, a systematic application is needed to minimize the possibility of environmental risks. so that identification, assessment and analysis of environmental risk based on the concept of environmental risk management using qualitative methods, semi-quantitative methods and the significance of aspects. followed by EPI calculation to support the implementation of green productivity. the objectives of this study are to identify and analyze environmental risks in the sugar processing industry wastewater based on the concept of environmental risk management. Evaluate the factors that influence the productivity of environmental performance to support the implementation of green productivity. The result of this study is that installation of wastewater treatment has a low risk with a total risk value of 77 which means that management is carried out by routine procedures. Whereas the results of the environmental risk assessment of production activities which have the most environmental impact are turbine oil lubrication at the boiler station with a score of 1701, at the "blotong" process purification station with a score of 729. Factors that influence environmental performance productivity are the performance of the boiler station and oil from the turbine steam that is carried into liquid waste. EPI index measurement results have a positive value of 35.24%, this indicates that the environmental performance of the sugar mills studied is good enough.
