This study aims to explain the form of character building for early childhood educators through brand "educating with heart and exemplary" and how the role of the principal in translating the branding to all school members. This research was conducted with a case study research design at the As Salam PAUD institute in Malang. Data collection is done by observation, interview and document study techniques. Data analysis was performed using an interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model which included stages of data reduction, data display, and verification, all of which were carried out interactively. While the validity test of the findings is carried out using the source tringulation technique, method, time, and by extending the observation. The results of this study indicate that the activities of educating the character of educators are carried out through brand to “educating with heart and exemplary” which are manifested in three forms of activities, namely the application of a typical learning curriculum, which requires the exemplary of an educator; the application of variations of morning activities for children to transmit the positive character of educators to children; and organizing "halaqoh" activities to build the character of all educators. The role of the principal in this effort is as a role model and motivator for educators, employees and children, as well as supervisors for character development.

This article aims to examine the importance of school-based health promotion as an effort to improve children's health. To improve children's health through school institutions, a policy guideline that is guided by them is needed. Institutional theory is used in this article to describe how efforts to improve student health. Literature relating to students' health conditions and the implementation of health promotion is used as a database in this article. Furthermore, the data from various literatures were analyzed qualitatively based on the study group. It can be concluded that health promotion to improve the quality of health can be carried out through the School Health Promotion. Management with a Joint Regulatio of 4 (four) Ministers, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture; Ministry of Religion, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Home Affairs. The joint regulation is one of the strengths in institutionalizing programs, namely rules or policies. Policies on school-based health education provide detailed guidance, so that actors can act systematically. With systematic action it can influence social networking and cross-sectoral coordination.

This paper aims to find out about the behavior of Acehnese ethnic voters in determining regional head candidates in accordance with the expectations of voters and the form of strategies used by regional head candidates in gaining sympathy from the people of Southwest Aceh. This research uses ethnographic methods. Research techniques with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of campaign teams, leaders and the community in the implementation of the 2017 elections. From the results of the study, the community chose regional head candidates based on vision and mission related to social welfare such as, empowering farming communities by cutting seed and fertilizer prices, or scholarships for underprivileged children. In getting the voices of the people of Southwest Aceh, prospective regional heads have strategies using cultural symbols such as traditional clothing, meukotop skullcaps, rencong, agamai and post bases. Then the candidates also make use of community groups such as the Koran and youth communities. With a strategy approach to cultural symbols and community groups, the candidates hope to gain the voice of the community and be able to provide knowledge to the younger generation about awareness of the cultural values of Aceh in the Southwest Aceh District.

The purpose of this study was to find out, understand, and analyze the modalities that were RA. Anita Noeringhati's victory factor as a member of the Regional House of Representative of South Sumatra Province 2019. The method used is a qualitative research method with interviews and documentation data collection techniques. Based on the data obtained, the modalities that support RA. Anita Noeringhati's victory are, first, economic capital in the form of assets, and donations from the party. Second, social capital consists of social interaction with political elites, organizations and society, and forms of community trust. Third, cultural capital in the form of RA. Anita Noeringhati's ability to deal with the public. Fourth, symbolic capital in the form of political experience, and awards obtained by RA. Anita Noeringhati. The capital that plays the most role in RA. Anita Noeringhati's victory is the social capital that she has built for a long time.

The purpose of this research was to test and analyze the influence organizational culture and principals’s leadership on teacher’s performance which is moderated by teacher’s competence. The sample in this reseacrh was 98 permanent teachers from the Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Data collection was carried out by means of the questionnaire method. Methods used in this research were structural equation model partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate organizational culture does not significantly influence the teacher’s performance, the principal's leadership significantly influences the teacher’s performance, teacher competency significantly influences the teacher’s performance. Teacher’s competence does not moderate the relationship between organizational culture and teacher, teacher competence does not moderate the relationship between the principal's leadership and the teacher's performance of Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar.

This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to examine the ability of teachers to carry out remedial learning through a directive approach because not all students have the same learning abilities and not all learning runs smoothly, and not all teachers understand and carry out the actual remedial. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Informant selection technique with purposive sampling. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. So that the data obtained can be trusted (valid), then in this study triangulation is carried out triangulation of sources and time. The data obtained were analyzed by referring to the Miles and Huberman analysis model with steps namely data reduction, data model (data display) and drawing conclusions. The results of this study explain that in general the fostered teacher has carried out remedial learning and enrichment but has not gone through the analysis of student learning outcomes, the teacher has not made a diagnosis of the causes of learning difficulties and students' failure to answer the questions correctly. The low ability of teachers to carry out remedial learning, due to teachers not yet understanding the nature of the remedial learning. The supervision effort is through the Directive Approach. Researchers believe that through the directive approach, the ability of fostered teachers to carry out remedial learning can be improved, because researchers can clarify, explain, direct, demonstrate, and provide reinforcement in making improvements, mentoring and coaching.

This paper focuses on the topic of normalization which apparently is not always acceptable to the community, it raises resistance to the community. In this study entitled "Citizens Resistance in Ciliwung River Against Plans for Eviction by the Government ", the researcher looked at how the resistance patterns carried out by the people in the Low Land area. The method used in this research is in-depth interviews. This research is descriptive-qualitative in nature. The results of this study indicate that resistance by residents in the region is closed and categorized as closed resistance. In hidden transcripts it appears that citizens obey the government by reporting the area of land and buildings and agreeing on the area of land and buildings that have been measured by officials from the National Land Agency, but in public transcripts the citizens clandestinely continue to show disapproval of the normalization program from the government

This article aims to develop the learning of Citizenship Education based on local wisdom in improving student learning outcomes on material systems and the dynamics of Pancasila democracy in State Senior High School 1 Kunto Darussalam. The research model used is Research and Development. The focus of the study is in the field of Citizenship Education learning module design which collaborates on the material system and the dynamics of Pancasila democracy with local wisdom of Malay Malay culture. In accordance with Dewey's opinion; learning must be contextualized and adjusted for real life situations (Rusmiati et al, 2013). The data of this study were collected using tests, questionnaires, observations and interviews analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the study showed an increase in the average value of students from 2.1 to 3.1 with a total completeness level of 63.3% to 86.7%. 94.5% of students gave positive responses to learning. From the results of the study concluded that the learning module based on local wisdom can increase students' interest and learning outcomes in the material system and the dynamics of Pancasila democracy.

The purpose of this study is to find out about the role of hidden curriculum learning media regarding the anticorruption education. The problem is focused on the level of undergraduate student’s interest in prevention and eradication of corruption in Indonesia through anticorruption hidden curriculum taught at college. Datas are collected by interview with final semester undergraduate students as the sample, observation, and documentation technique to be analyzed qualitatively. The result of this study shows that hidden curriculum as learning media regarding anticorruption education is taught and responded differently by each students. It is concluded that most students are interested in the corruption problem and support the efforts to eradicate corruption. The obstacle is the lack of student ability to organize regarding to prevent and eradicate corruption.
