Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Accounting lesson is considered as a difficult lesson by most students in SMK/SMA. It is even sometimes worse with the less ability of accounting teachers to select learning methods thatcan attract students’ attention and thought. Therefore, it is necessary to find an alternative learning which can help students to involve in the real situation which is fun and memorable. The learning model which can fulfill the fun situation is the role playing. The steps to implement this model in the learning of accounting cycle for trade firm are to divide students in groups and to give each of them an opportunity to play a role. In practice, each student changers the role weekly based on the order. The model makesstuents easier to understand the basic accounting and leads the teachers evaluate the materials if the lack of conformity occurs during the learning.

Abstract

Conceptual learning will be more qualified if it is supported by an appropriate and good learning method system. To improve the achievement of students’ study result, it needs the  active students’ involvement  who want to think critically toward the real condition in the field. This class action research has an objective to prove that cooperative method, jigsaw type can be implemented in the learning process on each subject whose conceptual type. The subject of this research was Management Department students, Regular Class, 5th semester with the sum was 67 students who got Basics of Management Subject. This research consisted of 3 cycles and found out that the increase of average for pre test and post test score in cycle 1 was 15%, cycle 2 was 20% and cycle 3 was 25%. Whereas the difference of  average increase among cycles were on cycle 1 to cycle 2 was 5%, cycle 2 to cycle 3 was 10%. The finding means there is an increase of achievement on each cycle was 5%. It is appropriate to the hypothesis. Thus, it proved that cooperative learning method , jigsaw type can be applied well to Global Marketing Subject and finally it can improve the students’ learning achievement. Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to know the effectiveness of Group Investigation method to improve the quality of students’ motivation in Budgeting subject, and (2) to know the effectiveness of Group Investigation method to improve the quality of  students’ learning in Budgeting subject.  This study was Class-Action Research which was designed into two main cycles, the 1st cycle and the 2nd cycle. Each cycle consisted of some stages; they were planning - implementation - evaluation and reflection. The research was conducted at accounting class, Economics Faculty, UNNES started on June until November 2008. The collected data were: (1) students 'activities during learning, (2) faculty and student interaction, (3) the level of student motivation, (4) student achievement and (5) students' response to the learning process. Observation of the learning process carried out by two lecturers. The quality of the learning process in the classroom can be illustrated by the lecturer’s activities that should be able to motivate students to learn actively and creatively. The result showed that there was improvement in all aspects of learning so that the average score also increased from 76.18 to 84.64. It also showed that all aspects of students’ activities in the classroom increased, especially in the aspects of teamwork and discussion because of the number of members in each group in the 2nd cycle was relatively smaller than the number of members in each group in the 1st cycle. The quality of student learning outcomes is the output of the learning process in class. In the 2006 curriculum, student learning outcomes are based on the degree of students’ mastery with value standard indicator determined. The result showed that there was an increase in the students’ score. The highest score was from 87 to 95 and the lowest score was from 50 to 62, so the average score was 76 and the degree of mastery became 83%. It meant that students could improve their understanding of the materials and concept of risk management through the Discovery Learning approach.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to improve students’ understanding in Accounting Computer subject mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Komputer Akuntansi, (2) to improve students’ skills in Accounting Computer subject. The subject of this research is accounting students of education program that take accounting computer subject. This research is class action research consists of  3 cycles. The given action in the first cycle according to the result of beginning reflection. In every cycle consists of 4 stages that are planning, actuating, observation, and reflection. This research reached standardized indicator that 70% students have minimum score that was 71 (B). It showed that the application of cooperative learning jigsaw type can improve the students’ ability in a computer accounting subject.   Key Words : Cooperative Learning, Jigsaw, the students’ understanding, creativity

Abstract

This research aims to improve students’ knowledge and understanding on pattern development of economic activity on community that retain its local wisdom. Kuta village is located at Karangpaningal Village, Tambaksari District, Ciamis Regency. It is one of traditional villages which still maintains its traditions in harmony with nature. The research was a qualitative study and data were collected by using interviews, observation, and literature study. Findings show that there is a development of the community’s livelihood at Kuta Village. The scope of economic activity is still in micro scale. Then, there is a technological transformation in natural resource management. Therefore, it is very clear that local wisdom is very suitable for subject materials in the form of narratives, stories, posters, or comics.

Abstract

Students’ motivation to learn Economics especially at 10th Grade on the Unit of National Income in SMA N 1 Ungaran in the academic year of 2011/2012 was low. It was only 50% students who got score more than the minimum score (KKM). The research discussed about the effort to improve students’ learning achievement on the unit of National Income through interactive media (ITC) with talking stick learning model. The objective of the class action research was to improve students’ achievement on Economics on the unit of National income. The learning process was done in 2 cycles. Based on the result and discussion, pre-test assessment, 1st cycle test, and 2nd test cycle, the tests showed the increase. There were 16 students (50%) from 32 students who completed the competencies on the pre-test, then it increased to 25 students (78.13%) on the 1st cycle and finally all students (100%) completed the competencies on the 2nd cycle. Furthermore, students’ motivation based on the questionnaire showed that there were 84.39% students agreed and 15.61% disagreed on the 1st cycle. Then, it increased to 93.75% on the 2nd cycle. Whereas, the observation on the 1st cycle showed that there were less motivated students and after joining to the 2nd cycle, almost all students were more active so the study result increased.

Abstract

Nowadays, the teachers’ performance did not meet the expectation based on the competencies. There were many problems related to their performance such as; only a few teachers who did classroom action research, creating the lesson plans which were not supported by the learning media, the lack of learning sources, delivering the lesson without using creative learning so students were difficult to get the lesson. The factors which could influence the teachers’ performance were the principals’ leadership, the teachers’ activeness to join the Subject Teachers Forum/ Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Thus; the problem of the study: was there any influence of the principals’ leadership, the teachers’ activeness to join MGMP toward the Economics/ Accounting teachers’ performance of Senior High Schools in Kendal either partially or simultaneously? It was a population research so 35 Economics/ Accounting teachers of State Senior High Schools in Kendal as the samples. The data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis and doubled linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the study; simultaneously the principals’ leadership and the teachers’ activeness to join MGMP influenced positively and significantly up to 55.5% toward the Economics/ Accounting teachers’ performance of State Senior High Schools in Kendal and partially, the 1st variable (The principals’ leadership) influenced up to 43.16%, whereas the 2nd variable (The teachers’ activeness) influenced only 16%.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to know the improvement of students’ motivation and achievement with Cooperative learning at Team Games Tournament (TGT) Model. The subject of study was IV grade students in SDN Sungapan, Bantul Games Tournament (TGT) Model in the teaching learning process. The steps of procedure in conducting the research were planning, implementation, observation via questionnaire, test, interview and field notes. Then, the data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the result of observation. The result of the research showed that there was improvement of students’ motivation and achievement on IV grade students of SDN Sungapan Bantul with Team Games Tournament (TGT) Model. At the beginning, the average of students’ motivation was 67.17% (average category), then it increased up to 73,35% (high category) on the 1st cycle, and rose to 80.75% (high category) on the 3rd cycle. Where as, students’ achievement at beginning was only 67.64 with classical completeness was 39.28%, and then increased up to 79.6 with classical completeness was 85.28% on the 2nd cycle. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative learning at Team Games Tournament (TGT) Model can improve student’s motivation and achievement on IV grade students in SDN Sungapan Bantul in learning Social Science.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional dan penguasaan keterampilan pembelajaran terhadap Produktivitas guru mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sama dengan sampel sebanyak 36 guru Ekonomi Akuntansi di SMA Se- Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket (kusesioner). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan keterampilan pembelajaran terhadap produktivitas guru di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Semarang secara simultan dan parsial. Besarnya pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan keterampilan pembelajaran terhadap produktivitas guru di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Semarang (R2) 68.3% dan sisanya sebesar 31.7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : kecerdasan emosional, ketrampilan pembelajaran, produktivitas guru

Abstract

This study aims to develop the interactive e-book multimedia model to improve the students' critical thinking ability (KBK). Critical thinking is very important to develop because it provides a high level of reasoning thinking that provides permanent experience to students through conscious and controlled decision making in a rational, reflective, responsible manner with the optimization of potential. Flash-based e-book media is capable of interactively loading videos, pictures, practice questions and learning with directed directions from the teacher. The research method developed is research and development. The output products are learning plan, KBK evaluation question, flash-based interactive e-book multimedia, and quasi experiment to see media effectiveness to KBK. The results showed that e-book multimedia is able to significantly increase the KBK of high school students in economic learning.
