Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices.
First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number.
The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

The research aims to develop the valid and reliable measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention in vocational secondary school students. Multi stage random sampling was used as the technique to determine sample (300 respondents). The research method used research and development with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) at the second order with robust maximum likelihood method shows that valid and reliable instrument with the acquisition value of loading factor is more than 0.5 (> 0,5) and a significance value of t is more than 1,96 (> 1,96). Reliability test results shows that the value of the combined construct reliability (CR) of 0.97and a variance value extract (VE) to 0.52 is greater than the limit of acceptance CR ≥ 0.70 and VE ≥ 0.50. The conclusion of the measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention with three dimensions and 31 items met the standards of validity and reliability in accordance with the instrument development process.

The objective of this study is to know junior high school students interest in choosing vocational school (SMK). The research took place in 2 RSBI junior high schools and 2 SSN junior high schools in Semarang. The population of this study 854 students and the samples were 120 students.The data were collected by questionnaire and interview. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage description. The results showed that (1) RSBI junior high school students interest in choosing vocational school is very low. (2) SSN junior high school students interest in choosing vocational school is very low.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan strategi belajar efektif terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi kasus pokok bahasan laporan keuangan perusahaan dagang pada siswa kelas II semester 2 di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 baik secara simultan dan parsial dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan strategi belajar efektif terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi kasus pokok bahasan laporan keuangan perusahaan dagang pada siswa kelas II semester 2 di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 baik secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II semester 2 SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 yang berjumlah 276 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang berjumlah 38 dilakukan dengan Cluster Random Sampling, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi berprestasi dan Strategi Belajar Efektif Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi Kasus Pokok Bahasan Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Dagang pada siswa Kelas II Semester 2 di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2004/2005. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Strategi Belajar Efektif, Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi.

The average result of Economic Learning result in Foreign Exchange Rate Learning and Balance of Payments were less satisfied. A study of discovery-inquiry by using interactive CD expected to be more effective towards the learning result. This research is using experimental design within 120 of students’ population. The samples are 58 students divided into 30 students as an experimental group and 28 students as control group. The research variable is the study with discovery-inquiry interactive CD, the students’ response and the students’ learning result. The research result shown that average students’ response are very high as equal as 85.29%. The study with discovery-inquiry interactive CD in mastery of learning skill had average as 83.60 with point of thitung = 2.73 > ttabel = 1.699. The study with discovery-inquiry interactive CD also increasing the average students’ learning result from 50.27 to 83.60 by point of thitung = 17.80 > ttabel = 1.71 and normalized-gain as big as 0.67 in a middle category. As a conclusion, the study with discovery-inquiry interactive CD had a positive response from the students, in achieving learning mastery and very effective for learning result in dealing with Foreign Exchange Rate Learning and Balance of Payments learning material.Â

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence either partially orsimultaneously of English vocabulary mastery, basic computer and basic accountingtoward the learning achievement of MYOB accounting computer at class XI AccountingSkills Competency at SMK N 1 Bawang in the academic year of 2011/2012. Thepopulation of the study was 94 students and they were all the respondents. The datawere collected by test and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by percentagedescriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the studyshowed that simultaneously, English vocabulary mastery, basic computer and basicaccounting influenced the learning achievement significantly for 23.7%, partiallyEnglish vocabulary mastery influenced the MYOB accounting computer learningachievement for 7.95%, basic computer mastery influenced it for 5.15%, and basicaccounting mastery influenced it for 7.51%. It means that the good mastery of Englishvocabulary, basic computer and basic accounting can improve the learningachievement of MYOB accounting computer.

The change of curriculum from KBK to KTSP expects more autonomous pupils and teachers, so it can improve students’ competency and teachers’ competency in teaching-learning process in the future. Every teachers’s perception, however, makes the implementation of KTSP different among each other because there are diversity in getting information, experiences, and fieldwork. It also occurs in teachers’ attitude because concerning to the KTSP socialization, culture which is various will make various teachers’ attitude toward the implementation of KTSP. So, the teachers’ attitude and perception leads to the different teachers’ readiness in implementation of KTSP. Therefore, this research has an objective to know the effect of teachers’ attitude and perception within implementation of KTSP. The research is conducted in state senior high schools in Biltar Regency on Februari – March 2008 by distributing closed-questionnaire. It uses path analysis with teachers’ attitude and perception as independent variable, while teachers’ readiness as dependent variable. After analyzing the data, the researcher gets correlation score 0.491. it means that the effect of teachers’ percetion and attitude within implementation of KTSP is strong with the percentage of it is 49.1%. it indicates that there are still many factors except those independent variables which influence the teachers’ readiness in implementing the KTSP. In conclusion, teachers’ perception and attitude has strong effect towards teachers’ readiness in implementations of KTSP.

the objective of this study is to improve the students’ learning activities by remedial teaching that used skill for asking question and giving reinforcement. This is a class action research with 55 students of Economics Education year 2006/2007, Semarang State University as the subject of research. The result of observation cycle I showed that there were several points that blocked learning design. Those are in ineffectual time allotment, crowded class situation and completing assignment dominated by only certain students. Learning activities have improved well and the number of active students who were brave to give opinion has also increased. At the end of cycle I showed that the number of active students who could give opinion were 12 students (21.82%), students who submitted the assignment on time were 25 students (45.45%), the average of study result was 65.51 and the number of students who got score 71- 80 above were 30 students (54.54%). After remedial teaching, at the end of cycle II, the numbers of active students who asked and answered question and also gave opinion were 35 students (63.64%), students who submitted the assignment on time were 43 students (78.18%), the average score was 77.31 and the number of students who got score 71-80 above were 45 students (81.83%). Based on the result above, it can be concluded that the criteria of action success were (1) at least 60 % students were active to ask and answer questions or give opinions and (2) at least 70% students were on time to submit the assignment and (3) more than 60% students who got score 71-80 above was reached. The objectives of this study are to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management in State and Private Vocational Schools (SMK) in Semarang Residence, and to identify the overall performance of State and Private Vocational Schools (SMK) in Semarang Residence which based on School-Based Management. The population of this study was all State and Private Vocational Schools (SMK) in Semarang Residence. The sample consisted of 10 State Vocational Schools (SMK) And 10 Private Vocational Schools (SMK). The results showed that either the principals of State Vocatinal Schools (SMK) or the principals of Private Vocational Schools (SMK) had very ideal criteria, curriculum and teaching programs had optimal criteria, staff had ideal criteria, students had ideal criteria and the infrastructure had highly optimized criteria.

The objectives of this study are to improve the learning quality Introduction to Economics, to improve students’ spirit in learning, to improve lecturers’ skill in developing learning model and media and  also to improve students’ achievement in learning. This study was class action research consists of three cycles. Result of study showed students’ achievement was improving on each cycle. Students’ learning completeness before applying syndicate group discussion method was 0%, after applying syndicate group discussion group; students’ achievement after final test was 94%. Students’ interest, activeness and relationship in learning process with range 1-4, the result was good (3.2). Result of observation related to lecturers’ skill in managing the learning process which used map concept method with range1-4 showed a good result with average of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3 was 3.2. That score was the average of all aspects investigated on three cycles. Based on result of study, it was suggested that for lecturers of Introduction of Economics subject to apply syndicate group discussion method in teaching-learning process. This methodwas approved to improve students’ ability to analyze the case and understand the concepts of Introductions to Economics. This was because students are given opportunity to do research in the field related to the topic and then find the problems that will be discussed in the class. Thus, students are usual to think critically and analytically to face a case. And finally, students can find the topics concepts. Moreover, result of study can be applied for other subjects because this study gives the positive impact. Key words: Syndicate Group Discussion Method, Basic Concepts of Introduction to Economics.

This research aims to know about the entrepreneurship as one of the key issues related to many aspects, including its relevance to the economic, business and employment. The researches on entrepreneurship are the references to identify the success factors which supported the entrepreneurial success. The internet development in the digital age indirectly influenced the entrepreneurial ethos. It is not only influenced by the market potential and product innovation, but also by the commitments to entrepreneurship education and training model. Therefore, the studies on entrepreneurship in the industrial and developing countries are attractive. It is relevant to the internet era which provided opportunities for the development of entrepreneurial ethos, especially for the younger generation.
