Abstract

Visi Universitas Negeri Semarang adalah menjadi universitas berwawasan konservasi dan bereputasi internasional. Nilai Konservasi merupakan salah satu ciri khas dari Unnes. Dengan prinsip semua pengembangan kurikulum di setiap fakultas maupun jurusan harus berpijak dan dimaksudkan untuk pembentukan karakter bangsa yang berbudaya konservasi. Karakter inspiratif salah satu dari nilai konservasi, harus dimiliki oleh setiap mahasiswa Unnes. Pengembangan nilai konservasi inspiratif merupakan fokus dari pengembangan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Penelitian ini  bertujuan  untuk mendeskripsikan karakter inspiratif mahasiswa PGSD FIP Unnes dalam mengikuti perkuliahan pembelajaran geometri dan pengukuran SD. Karakter Inspiratif mahasiswa PGSD FIP Unnes diukur melalui 5 indikator pengamatan karakter inspiratif yang tercermin dalam karya mahasiswa berupa Lembar Kerja Siswa. Dari  kelima  indikator  pengamatan  tentang  karakter  inspiratif  yang tertuang dalam  tugas LKS yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa, diperoleh  rata-rata  2,84  dan  masuk  dalam  kategori  baik.  Sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan bahwa  karakter inspiratif  sudah muncul dengan baik dalam  diri  mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS di sekolah merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran akademis yang sengaja dirancang dan dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan cinta lingkungan warga negara Indonesia mulai dari tingkat usia dini, SD, SMP, SMA, bahkan perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan kepedulian lingkungan pada pembelajaran IPS dapat lebih berhasil apabila menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, interaktif, komunikatif, dan bekerja keras. Adapun pendekatan tersebut adalah melalui model project based learning. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: penerapan pendidikan lingkungan melalui pembelajaran IPS dengan pendekatan Project based learning dalam menciptakan sekolah hijau. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan random sampling secara undian Jumlah sampel yaitu 40 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan lingkungan merupakan suatu program pendidikan untuk membina siswa agar memiliki pengertian, kesadaran, sikap, dan perilaku yang rasional serta bertanggung jawab tentang pengaruh timbal balik antara warga sekolah dengan lingkungan sekolah dalam berbagai aspek kegiatan. Adapun kegiatan tersebut antara lain: 1. membiasakan sikap toleransi pada sesama, 2. membiasakan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, 3. membiasakan rasa bangga, 4. sikap apresiatif, 5. membiasakan rasa gotong royong, 6. membiasakan sikap tanggung jawab, dan 7. Mengembangkan sikap disiplin.

Abstract

The main problems faced in learning PKn is the low level of student involvement at a time when learning is taking place, especially to the study of the arrangement of the Central Government, the students looked enthusiastic to follow the lessons. The matter then raises the low learning achievement of students. The effort to enhance the learning of students in leraning PKn activities, particularly material about the arrangement of the Central Government, one of which can done by applying the model 3T. Class action research model Kemmis McTaggart was used in this research. Data collected through two techniques: observation and tests. The validity of the data specified with triangular. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Full length research with three cycle namely throuhg cycles of 1,2 and 3, with a very significant results as follows: first cycle of activities by students on average; 50.00%, test scores with a mean: 63.57%, cycle II students activities on average; 82.00%, with test scores average: 72.14%, cycle III the students activities with an average; 86.00%, with tes scores average: 83.50%. With the results of the study showed that by applying the learning model 3T and student learning outcomes activities increased.

Abstract

Teachers who generally still apply classical learning, namely teaching in the classroom. This factor also causes students to find it difficult to write poetry because they are bored and cannot develop imagination, ideas that exist in students. This study aims to determine the learning process of poetry ability and find out the results of poetry writing skills using the outdoor study method. This research method uses a qualitative case study approach (case study). The subjects in this study were class V students. The data collection instruments used in this study were observation and interviews. By learning to write poetry using the Outdoor study method, it can improve student learning outcomes. Starting from the first meeting of students who have reached the KKM as many as 6 or 30% of students and students who have not reached the KKM as many as 14 or 70%. At the second meeting there were 13 or 65% students who had reached the KKM and 7 or 35% of students who had not reached the KKM. At the third meeting there were 16 or 80% of students who had reached the KKM and 4 or 20% of students who had not reached the KKM. At the fourth meeting, 19 or 95% of students who have reached the KKM and 1 or 5% of students who have not reached the KKM. The fourth meeting is the last meeting because based on the results of the fourth meeting the level of completeness can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

The background  of this research were dissatisfactory study achievement of the students of year IV, Kutukan 5 Primary School Randublatung Blora, and dissatisfactory capability of the teacher in teaching mathematic. The objective of this research was to improve students’ activity and study result, and also teacher’s capability in teaching integer by applying Bruner’s presentation steps. The results of this research showed that the use of Bruner’s presentation steps could improve students’ activity in learning integer. The data showed that students’ average score in activity improved, score 2.1 at cycle one, 2.3 at cycle two, and 2.4 at the last cycle. The second result was that the students’ achievement in mathematics improved. The data for this result was the students got average score 65 at cycle one, 69 at cycle two, and 80 at the last cycle. The last result of the research was that teacher’s capability in teaching integer also improved. In sequence he/she got score 1.4 at cycle one, 2.0 at cycle two, and 2.6 at cycle three. Abstract

Teacher competency is a mandatory requirement of every individual who works as a teacher at the lowest level such as PAUD or skill subject teacher at the high school level, and here even the Class Teachers in Elementary School must have because it is a pedagogic competence that is one of the four competencies that must be owned by a teacher in accordance with the Teacher and Lecturer Law. The right way to improve professional teacher competency is by coaching, training or non-training / activities other than education and training and is now rife with development through education / education in the network or known online. With this Online it is clear that the ability of a teacher in the use of technology need not be doubted, because all the training processes are carried out and completed with the use of computers. So that the computer capabilities of the teacher must be in good category. This study aims to assess the teaching ability of teachers and the learning process in the classroom by comparing several classes of teachers who obtain online and have not received education training in the network. The results of the study are analysis data obtained from students with the help of questionnaires, teacher teaching skills in designing learning and in preparing learning tools. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results show that there are errors in alternative learning carried out in the classroom, that learning is still in flattening rather than integrated. Therefore it is necessary to improve the evaluation in online activities held by the government, because in the value of the teacher evaluation is complete, but the skills and ability to teach teachers can not meet the national education goals. Not only that?, the transition from the two different curricula? is still widely found learning can not meet the scientific approach criteria

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan dan kefektifan  media Pop-Up Book pada pembelajaran menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas III. Metode Penelitian  Research and Development (RD). Subyek penelitian siswa kelas III SDN 01 1 Langensari Kabupaten Semarang. Sumber data  dari validasi media, validasi materi, hasil belajar , dan tanggapan siswa dan guru tentang media yang dikembangkan. Desain penelitian Pre-Experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design.Hasil penelitian  menunjukan Pop-Up Book yang dikembangkan terdiri atas 3 cerita narasi berbentuk gambar ilustrasi berbantuan photoshop.Pop-Up Book  memenuhi kevalidan media sebesar 83,82% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan oleh ahli materi 87,50% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Pada uji coba skala besar hasil posttest siswa telah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan klasikal yaitu sebesar 94,4%. Hasil perhitungan N-gain dengan hasil 0.50 menunjukkan kriteria “sedang”. Hasil Uji t 16,420 2,0315 terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Media Pop-Up Book memenuhi kriteria valid dan efektif sebagai media pembelajaran menulis narasi siswa kelas III SD.

Abstract

This research was to determine the effect of the arithmetics Jarimatika practice towards multiplication skills in second grade Elementary School cluster of Jogonegoro Selomerto, Wonosobo District. The population in this study was second grade Elementary School cluster of Jogonegoro which is amounted 8 schools. The type of the research was quasy experiment by using the type of the randomized control gourp pretest-posttest design. The sampling system used in the reserarch was cluster random sampling method which takes in two steps randomly. The first step got 5 class samples and second step got 3 classes. Analysis of hypothesis testing is using SPSS version 20, that produced: (1) There was influence of Jarimatika aplication to the multiplication numeracy skills, value df = 40 obtained by the Sig. (2-tiled) 0024, then H0 was rejected. (2) Jarimatika practice increased the multiplication numeracy skills. The analysis of N-Gain know to increase numeracy skills in the experimental class at 0.411. While control class only 0.135.

Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of the writing skills of fifth grade students of SD 5 Jekulo Kudus on theme 6 by applying the Group Investigation learning model which is assisted by serial image media. The Group Investigation Model is a cooperative learning model that emphasizes student participation and activities to find their own material. Serial image media is a medium used to make it easier for students to understand learning. This class action research was carried out in class V with 29 students as research subjects which lasted for two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed an increase in learning by applying the learning model in each meeting. Students' writing skills in pre-cycle obtained a percentage of 24.20% and increased in the first cycle by obtaining an average score of 752 with a percentage of 65.51% with a good category, experiencing an increase in the second cycle with an average score of 864 with a percentage of 89.65 % with very good category. Keywords: Group Investigation, Gambar Berseri, Keterampilan Menulis

Abstract

Based on preliminary data which were obtained through the observations first grade of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01, Semarang city was found some problems in learning processes. The less maximum of the teacher in using 8 teaching skill impact on not maximum of student activities. The lack of variety and innovation in learning processes to make the students do actvities that are inconsistent with learnin. It is an impact on students’activity and result learning. Formulation of the problem in this study were: (1) Does model of Snowball Throwinglearning can improve the teacher skill in learning processes of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang city? (2) Does model  Snowball Throwing learning can improve students’ activities in learning processes of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang city? (3)Does model Snowball Throwinglearning can improve learning quality of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang city? The research goals of this class action are: (1) To increase the teachers’ skills by applying the model of Snowball Throwing. (2) To increase the students’ activities in learning by applying the model ofSnowball Throwing. (3) To increase learning quality by applying the model of Snowball Throwing. This research is classroom action research using a model of Snowball Throwinglearning. It counsist of  three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, execution, observations and reflection. The subject of this research were the teachers and the students on fifth  grade of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang city. Data collection techniques using the test techniques, observation, documentation and The result showed that the teacher’s skill has increassed. On first cycle the teachers’ skill get a score with average 2,5 which included in good category. On second cycle the techers’ skill get score with average 3,4 which included in very good category. On third scycle the techers’ skill get score with average3,4 which included in very good category.The increase also occured in students activities. On first cycle the students activities get score with average 3,0 which included in good category, and on second cycle the students activities get score with average 3,53 which included in very good category. and on third cycle the students activities get score with average 3,56 which included in very good category. On first cycle the learning result getaverage 67,6 with percentage 63% students is success in learning., on second cycle the learning result increasing get average 73,5 with persentagen73,9% students  is success in learning. On third cycle the learning result get average 76,5 with percentage 84,7% students is successin learning. This shows that percentage of learning result 80% so is success full. Conclusion from classroom action research by model of Snowball Throwing learning can be increase teacher skill in learning IPS. To increase the students’ activities in learning by applying the model ofSnowball Throwing. (3) To increase learning quality by applying the model of Snowball Throwing. Model of Snowball Throwing can be implemented to increase learning result. Keywords: Snowball Throwing learning, quality learning  IPS
