Abstract

The purpose of this research to develop a discipline control card that serves as a medium assessment attitude with development model refers to the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)-waterfall starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the material experts validation get a score of 4.0 with a very good category. Media expert validation results to get a score of 3.7 with a very good category. Rate teachers use to get a score of 3.4 in the category of good. Based on trial results using a control card the first day use get a total score of 4525 and continues to increase with an average progress score of 223 points per day until on the sixth day of use get a total score of 6534. This means control cards can increase the discipline of students, Based on the results of this study concluded that student discipline worthy of a control card is used as an instrument ratings attitude. Researchers hope the school can use the controller card in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul Bermuatan Kearifan Lokal Pada Pembelajaran Tematik di Kelas V SDN 2 Waruroyom, untuk mengetahui perancangan e-modul bermuatan kearifan lokal pada pembelajaran tematik kelas V, dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul bermuatan kearifan lokal pada pembelajaran tematik kelas V.Penelitian dijalankan menggunakan metode Research Development. Tahap validasi melibatkan 5 orang subjek yaitu empat orang ahli materi dan satu orang ahli media dilibatkan untuk menilai kelayakan materi dan desain e-modul yang baik dan benar.E-modul ini dibuat untuk menunjang penambahan materi khususnya pada pembelajaran tematik sehingga bisa meingkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar yang baik serta bisa memanfaatkan penggunaan Smartphone para peserta didik untuk bisa belajar melalui e-modul ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kelayakan oleh ahli materi dengan nilai 93,5%, sedangkan kelayakan oleh ahli media dengan nilai 62,5% dan dengan itu didapatkan hasil akhir untuk kelayakan e-modul tematik kelas V yaitu 78%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa e-modul dengan menggunakan software Sigil yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini dianggap layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran tematik bermuatan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Based preliminary observation on the SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang. The writer found a problem in social fifth grade of learning. The teachers did not use an innovative learning model and instructional media, so it made the passive students have no spirit to follow the learning process. By implementing cooperative learning model type Make A Match is expected to improve the students achievment on social learning. Classroom action research was conducted with four steps they are planning, execution, observation and reflection using implement cooperative learning model type Make A Match. The subject of this research was the teacher and 48 students on the fifth grade of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang, consist of 27 male and 21 female. The variables of this study were the skill of teachers, students activity, and students achievement. In this study, the writer using observation, test and documentation. And for the data analysis of this study using descriptive analysis. The result of this study showed an average score of teacher’s skill in the cycle I was 3,5 with excellent category, the cycle II was 3,7 with excellent category and the cycle III was 3,9 with excellent category too. The average of student activity in cycle I was 3,0 with very good category, cycle II was 3,7 with very good category and the last in cycle III was 3,8 with very good category too. The exhaustiveness student learning in the initial condition only 2 from 48 students who achieve KKM (65). The average of process social learning which obtained by applying cooperative learning model of type Make A Match cycle I was 62,27 and 26 from 48 students experiencing learning exhaustiveness with percentage 54,16%. In cycle II was 71,46 and 36 from 48 students had studied with the percentage of completeness 75%. In cycle III was 79,90 and 41 from 48 students had studied with the thoroughness percentage 85,41%. Based on the resut of this study, it can be conclude that by applying a type of cooperative learning model Make A Match can improve the quality of learning social studies of the fifth grade of SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang. The advice that can be given is a model of cooperative type Make A Match is need to be applied and develope because it can improve teacher’s skill, students activity and learning achievement so it can influence the improvement of social learning. Abstract

This research aimed to describe the role of teachers in class management to improve the emotional intelligence of the fifth grade students at Purwoyoso 06 Elementary School Semarang. This research was descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the research is 1 teacher and 41 students of the fifth grade at Purwoyoso 06 Elementary School Semarang. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation and field notes. The data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman. The results of this study were: 1) The role of the teacher was very good starting from educators, instructors, role models, advisers, class managers, and evaluators. 2) The classroom management conducted by the teacher included 4 proces management class from thebeginning to the end of the activities both in term of preventive and corrective have been designed to the maximum. 3) Increased emotional intelligence of students is characterized by good emotional characteristics . The conclusion from this research is the teacher's role was to provide direction and input as well as good examples and manage the class as best as to support students' emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik pada materi Operasi Bentuk Aljabar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Love Notes. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIIG SMP Negeri 1 Ungaran yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik, hal ini dikarenakan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar peserta didik di kelas tersebut masih rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, evaluasi dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data keaktifan dan hasil belajar dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan penilaian diri keaktifan peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh respon rata-rata keaktifan pada siklus I sebesar 6,67 dan peserta didik yang memperoleh skor 5sebanyak 80,56% , siklus II sebesar 7,11 dan peserta didik yang memperoleh skor 5 sebanyak 88,89%. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 78,17 dengan banyak peserta didik yang tuntas (memperoleh nilai ≥75) 28 anak, dalam persentase 77,78%, siklus II sebesar 78,96 dengan banyak peserta didik yang tuntas 83,33%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Pembelajaran matematika melalui model pembelajaran pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Love Notes dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik; (2) Pembelajaran matematika melalui model pembelajaran pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Love Notes dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis scientific pada guru PAUD ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru PAUD di Kel. Talang Kelapa, Kec. Alang-alang Lebar, Palembang dalam menerapkan perangkat pembelajaraan berbasis scientific. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan praktek langsung penyusunan RPPH, LKPD dan lembar penilaian . Berdasarkan pada hasil evaluasi dengan membandingkan antara skor pre tes dan post tes. Skor saat pre tes sebesar 43,05% sedangkan post tes skor meningkat menjadi 79,10%, sehingga kegiata pelatihan perangkat pembelajaran pada guru PAUD telah terlaksana dengan baik. Berdasarkan pada hasil evaluasi, dampak positif dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah: (1) Semakin baiknya kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPPH, LKPD, dan lembar penilaian, (2). Guru terampil dalam mengaitkan tema-tema dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan, (3) Dengan adanya perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan anak usia dini dapat mengembangakan aspek perkembangan secara optimal. Penyusunan RPPH, LKPD, dan lembar penilaian dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini mengacu pada kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku saku berbasis mind mapping, mengkaji kevalidan, menguji keefektifan, dan mengkaji kepraktisan buku saku berbasis mind mapping pada pembelajaran IPA materi kalor dan perpindahannya kelas V SDN Patemon 02. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model penelitian pengembangan Sugiyono dengan sampel sebanyak 25 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket, dokumentasi, wawancara, data dokumen dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis normalitas, homogenitas, uji t, dan N gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan skor rata-rata kevalidan buku saku berbasis mind mapping dari ketiga validator adalah 88% dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji t diperoleh thitung 20,4771 dan lebih dari ttabel yaitu 2,0930, artinya hasil belajar siswa sesudah pembelajaran berbeda dan lebih baik dari sebelum pembelajaran menggunakan buku saku berbasis mind mapping dan didukung dengan uji-gain pretest dan posttest sebesar 0,64 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil prosentase klasikal angket tanggapan guru dan siswa menunjukkan kategori sangat positif sehingga buku saku berbasis mind mapping praktis digunakan.

Abstract

The development of learning devices with Disco-Ning JS model is expected to make a better learning. This is a developmental research. This model uses a modified 4-D model by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. The subjects are the students of XI Science Class of SMA Negeri 1 Demak in the academic year of 2016/2017. The developed devices are valid with the validation analysis of learning devices on conic sections material covering the syllabus, lesson plan, BPD, LKPD, and student achievement test. Data collection was gathered through testing and observation. Test data were processed with learning mastery test and average deviation test. The result showed: (1) The results of expert validation shows that syllabus obtained an average score of 3.92 with good criteria, lesson plan obtained an average score of 3.72 with good criteria.; (2) The implementation of the valid Disco-Ning JS learning device was proven effective because it meets thoroughly classical passing standardization of 75%, the average learning achievement in the class taught by a Disco-Ning JS model was better than a class taught by STAD, and the observation of character values including creativity, independence, hard-work, and curiosity of 36 students displayed 17% in the category of have not seen (BT), 78% in the category of began to develop (MB), and 6% in the category of entrenched (MK). The conclusion obtained from this research is the mathematics learning devices developed with the model of Disco-Ning JS on conic sections material of class XI is valid, effective, and practical. The above research also showed that the learning model of Disco-Ning JS is eligible to be practiced in mathematics subject in high schools and can be developed for learning on the conic sections.

Abstract

Family involvelment in leveraging abilities and child social behaviors is urgently needed. The role of a parent in particular is significant, parents must nurture and educate their children in order to socialize and communicate well. Communication between parent and child becomes according to the pattern set by the parent. Parents not only deliver by word but also set a fine example in conduct. The purpose of this study is to know the role of parent communication with child. In this study researchers use descriptive qualitative research, which takes location at SDN 1 Kapringan Kecamatan Krangkeng Kabupaten Indramayu. That data source used is a primary and secondary source of data. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the role of parent communication with child, intimacy, agreement, precision of response, and appropriate tone of voice. Based on deduced analysis and understood thet the role of communication between parents and children is quite good. This can be seen from interviews and observation that been well realized by parents at SDN 1 Kapringan Kecamatan Krangkeng Kabupaten Indramayu.

Abstract

The backgrounds of the research were the lack of students’ activity in learning science, students’ dissatisfactory achievement, and the lack of learning media. Numbered Head Together cooperative approach (NHT) model was used to overcome those problems. Subject of the research were the students of year V Buwaran 2 State Primary School. This belonged to classroom action research with steps of  planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research results showed that obtained average score on students’ activity tended to improve significantly. At the first cycle, the average score was 59%, second cycle was 79%, and the third one was 90%. The next result was that teacher’s activity also improved. The average score in sequence was 78% at cycle 1, 88% at cycle 2, and 95% at the last cycle. The third result of the research was that students’ achievement also improved. They got average score 60% at cycle one, 75% at cycle two and 95% at the last one. So that based the data, it could be concluded that NHT Cooperative approachcould improve activity of the fifth grade students of Buwaran 2 State Primary School.
