Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect from flick exercise and drag flick exercise, and to determine witch one more better to shoot in beginner player. This study uses quantitative research using experimental design approach pre test and pos test. Analysis use t test. The result by the everage in eksperiment 1 group are 24,17 and after exercise increaws are 16,67 so value after exercise are 40,83, so there are effect flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. The result by the everage in eksperiment 2 group are 22,50 and after exercise increaws are 23,33 so the value after exercise are 45,83. So there are effect drag flick and flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. Witch one more better between exercise start from flick and drag flick can see the average post test flrom eksperiment 1 and 2, 40,8345,83 and progress from exercise 16,6723,33. Conclusion of this study are drag flick and flick exercise more better than flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in amatir player. Given the limited ability, time, effort and the results of this study, should be followed up with a related or similar research.
Identifying The Level of Flexibilty, Agility and Speed Among Track and Field Athletes with Disabilities

Abstract

Abstract In order to become a successful track and field athlete, an athlete must develop skills in flexibility, agility and speed. However, to date, all the research regarding flexibility, agility and speed have concentrated on normal athletes. The present study extends this line of research to disabled track and field athletes in Malaysia. The aims of the present study were to achieve the set a benchmark for measuring level of flexibility, speed and agility among track and field athletes with disabilities; and to examine the influence of participation in either track or field events on the development of flexibility, agility and speed.Thirty-eight (n=38) track and field athletes with disabilities comprising of 27 males and 11 females participated in the study. Each participant completed six tests made up of sit and reach test, lateral change of direction test, hand grip strength test; back leg dynamometer test and sit-up test. A descriptive analysis was used to assess differences in performance between track and field athletes with disabilities on the six tests. It was observed that track athletes with disabilities were superior on agility, speed and agility than field athletes with disabilities. All the data were analysed using SPSS and presented as mean of (± SEM). The mean value height and weight for male 168.35 ± 1.46m and 66.73 ± 3.28kg. Meanwhile, the mean value height and weight for female’s 153.82 ± 2.10m and 45.08 ± 1.94kg. For male Body Mass Index (BMI), the mean was 23.33 ± 4.5 kg.m2 and 19.09 ± 1.6 kg.m2 for females. When divided according to gender category, the mean back grip test for male subjects was 92.06 ± 44.2 kg and 48.45 ± 17.2 kg for females. Sit-ups test revealed that the mean performance for male was 35.52 ± 9.8 and 28.36 ± 8.14 for the female athletes. Besides that in the sit and reach test, the mean for male athletes was 30.78 ± 12.2 cm and 23.18 ± 12.40 cm for females athletes. In the hand grip test, male subjects mean was 70.51 ± 30.5 kg and 45.47 ± 15.91 kg for females. The mean value for lateral change of direction test for male athletes was 13.66 ± 3.7 and 15.78 ± 2.9 for the female athletes. The field athletes were, however, superior on flexibility, back grip test and hand-grip test than track disabled athletes. Abstract

Asian Games 2018 dinilai sebagai pendorong kebangkitan olahraga nasional yang diiringi dengan penguatan peran sport science. Biomekanika sebagai salah satu area sport science menyediakan analisis gerak guna meningkatkan performa atlet. Permasalahannya, prinsip dan hukum mekanika Newtonian yang umum digunakan dinilai sulit karena counterintuitive dan kurang memberikan analisis yang bermakna. Pada saat bersamaan, kesenjangan antara teori dan aplikasi pada sport science masih terjadi. Beberapa ahli berupaya mengembangkan seperangkat prinsip-prinsip umum untuk aplikasi biomekanika kualitatif. Tulisan ini mencoba membahas prinsip-prinsip biomekanika kualitatif sebagai sebuah upaya menjembatani antara teori dan aplikasi dalam sport science.

Abstract

Conservation gymnastic consisting of three a part which is instillation parts, a part fundamental and a part refrigerations. This research constitute research that aims to result product as developmental as Conservation gymnastic. Steps that is utilized in this research utilizes 7 (seven) main stage.  Base observational result ” college student response,  84 % respondent perceive pleasings,  or 14 % respondent answer so-sos, and 2 % respondent answer discontented. Developmental aspect ” college student response 79 % respondent perceive to make easy studyings, 19 % respondent answer so-sos, and 2 % respondent answer to get into a mess studyings. Aspect processes learning ” college student response 83 % respondent perceive are easily, 15 % respondent answer so-sos, and 2 % respondent answer distresses. Expectation aspect ” college student response 86 % respondent answer Can be kept on,  reason makes easy learning, 2 % respondent answer Can be kept on,  reason up to haven’t available the other gymnastic,  and 2 % respondent answer don’t be kept on, reason gets into a mess studying, and 0 % or no respondent.  Simpulan pengembangan is conservation gymnastic can help to increase lecturer earthly concern fitness, employee, college student and society.   Gymnastic stirred development conservation and conservation gymnastic music,  was updated is assessed apropos and truth,  progressively simple its power, progressively lucid,  its music gets menggungah spirit,  can do by whoever.

Abstract

Berat badan merupakan salah satu hal menjadi perhatian khusus. Hal ini karena berat badan atlet sering menjadi persoalan sebelum pertandingan. Dalam usaha menurunkan berat badan atlet pencak silat ada tiga hal yang dapat dilakukan yaitu: mengurangi pemasukan kalori setiap hari, meningkatkan pengeluaran energi setiap hari, dan kombinasi keduanya.Menurunkan berat badan harus dilakukan secara bertahap. Kebiasaan yang salah dalam menurunkan berat badan dan harus dihindari adalah seperti: mengurangi cairan yang banyak dari dalam tubuh, menggunakan baju karet dalam latihan, dan menyengaja muntah waktu akan bertanding. Untuk pengaturan makanan yang dikonsumsi atlet maka dibutuhkan tenaga ahli gizi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi (1) context yang meliputi penyebaran informasi, dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia (2) Input meliputi seleksi penerimaan atlet, pelatih dan asisten pelatih, kelayakan sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan pelaksanaan program pembinaan (3) Process  meliputi pelaksanaan program latihan, sistem promosi dan degradasi, koordinasi, kesejahteraan, dan transportasi, (4) Product  meliputi keberhasilan program pembinaan, prestasi daerah, dan prestasi regional, prestasi nasional dan internasional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian evaluasi program ini adalah CIPP Model (Stufflebeam’s) ditinjau dari tahapan-tahapan Context, Input, Process dan Product. Metode penelitian evaluasi menggunakan rancangan/desain dengan mixing method atau elective.Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan (1) Context program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan yang ada di Kota Padang, sudah pada kondisi baik (43%), (2) Input program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan  yang ada di Kota Padang sudah baik (58%). (3) Process program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan yang dilaksanakan secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik (42,8%). (4) Product program pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan sudah baik (45%). Dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan program pembinaan belum baik (52,8%). Simpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah Konteks, kualitas masukan, proses dan produk pembinaan olahraga tenis lapangan yang ada di Kota Padang, sudah pada kondisi yang baik.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program; pembinaan; tenis lapanganAbstract The aims of this research are; (1) evaluate the coaching program plan, (2) implementation of athletes enrollment selection, (3) practice/training program, (4) the success of coaching program and the model of tennis coaching program policy at Padang. In this research, the researcher conducted a quantitative and a qualitative research that is CIPP which was consisted of Contexts, Input, Process, and Product. The result showed: (1) the plan and socialization of tennis coaching program in Padang have been run well, (2) the implementation of athletes, coach, and coach’s assistant selection had been run well, (3) the administrative system depended on athletes” parents and club, (4) the coordination, prosperity, and the exixtence of supporting elements of tennis coaching program at Padang had not been run well, (5) the result of tennis coaching program at PT. Semen padang and PTL UNP tennis club that their athletes already had some achievements. The conclusion: (1) CIIP at PT. Semen Padang and PTL UNP tennis club is aimed at improving athlete’s achievements, (2) the goverment carries out a long term training program, (3) the development of coaching science for tennis coaches, (4) athletes should have high commitment.Keywords: program evaluate; tennis

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui faktor psikomotor yang menentukan kemampuan groundstroke forehand tenis lapangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangananalisis faktor konfirmatori. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan diolah dan dianalisa menggunakan Program Statistik Komputerisasi dengan sistem SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Versi 23 dan menggunakan uji Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett’s Test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pembinaan prestasi tenis lapangan FKIP UNS Surakarta yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan pengukuran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: faktor psikomotor yang menentukan kemampuan groundstroke forehand tenis lapangan atau yang memiliki nilai komponen faktor ≥ │0,5│adalah: kecepatan dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,91), daya tahan kardiovaskular dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,79), kordinasi mata tangan dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,50), kelincahan dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,79), Faktor biomotor dan psikomotor yang kurang dominan penentu kemampuan groundstroke forehand tenis lapangan adalah keseimbangan (0,37). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: faktor psikomotor yang menentukan kemampuan groundstroke forehand yang paling dominan psikomotor adalah kecepatan dengan nilai (0,91).The purpose of this study is: To find out the factors of psychomotor determining tennis groundstroke forehand ability. This research method is using a quantitative approach and confirmatory factor analysis design. The data collected will be processed and analyzed using Statistical Program Computerized system with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 23 and try-out Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett’s Test. The population in this study was 40 students of coaching achievement tennis FKIP UNS Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were used test and measurement. The results of this study were as follows: biomotor and psychomotor factors which determines the tennis ability of forehand groundstrokes that have components value factor ≥ │0,5│ is: speed with the factors  component value of (0.91), cardiovascular endurance the factors  component value of (0.79),  hand-eye coordination with the factors  component value of (0.50), agility with the factors  component value of  (0.79). The conclusions of this study were as follows: psychomotor was the most dominant factors determining the ability of the forehand groundstrokes. psychomotorfactor wass the speed with the value (0.91).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of practice shooting free use size 3 basketball , volleyball , and which one is more influential among free throw shooting drills using 3 size basketball and volleyball on the results of free throw shooting. This research method using the experimental method . The study population was by boys basketball extracurricular participants SMP Negeri 3 Unggaran totaling 16 people . The study design was a pre - test and post-test design . The research instrument used was free throw shooting proficiency test . The amount of validity and reliability in this trial are 0.860 and 0.750 with a significant r - table at 5 % is 0.544 . Since r - count is greater than the r - table then the instrument is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis of data obtained by t-test was 2.411 , while the t - table on db = 7 with a significance level of 0.05 was 2.365 ( t-test = 2.411 t - table = 2.365 ) , so there is significant relationship between exercise free throw shooting using 3 size basketball and volleyball . Control group mean difference test results obtained at 4.75 , while the mean of the experimental group obtained results 4 , so Me Mk ( 4.75 4 ) .

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of exercise kicking motion to kick the ball away on a football game 15 years in the KU students SELABORA FIK UNY SSB in 2010. This research is a quasi-experimental (quasi experiment) using survey methods with data retrieval technique using tests and measurements. This study was a population (population sampling). Subjects in this study were all students SSB SELABORA FIK UNY 15 years old are 40 students who were divided into 4 groups. Collecting data using test and measurement using the test tool or instrument “Warner test of Soccer Drills”, from Barrow and Mc. Gee (1979) with units of meters (m). The results showed that: (1) There are differences in the effects of exercise kicking motion and a quick rhythm burden was lighter loads to kick away students SSB SELABORA FIK 15 years at  UNY Yogyakarta municipality in 2010. (2) There are differences in the influence of long legs and short legs to kick away FIK UNY students SSB SELABORA in 2010. (3) There is no interaction between exercise and long legs kicking motion to kick away students SSB SELABORA FIK 15 years at UNY Yogyakarta municipality in 2010.

Abstract

Push-up merupakan salah satu bagian dari komponen kondisi fisik yang sering digunakan dalam tes keterampilan fisik dan merupakan salah satu syarat untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model alat push-up yang dapat digunakan secara efektif dan efisien serta lebih praktis dan akurat penggunaanya dalam membantu seseorang melakukan gerakan push-up. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan komponen utama produk diantaranya adalah HC-Sr04, Adruino nano, dan Buzzer. Percobaan pemakaian dilakukan setelah dilakukan uji coba produk berhasil. Total partisipan yang digunakan sejumlah 20 orang dan melakukannya selama 30 detik. Hasil rata rata push-up manual yang dilakukan sebesar 28.7, sedangkan rata rata push-up dengan menggunakan alat bantu sebesar 30.75. Hasil t-hitung yang diperoleh sebesar -7.698 dengan signifikansi .000, maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara push-up manual dan push-up dengan alat bantu. Kesimpulannya bahwa alat bantu push-up memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bila dibandingkan dengan push-up manual yang dilakukan. Alat bantu push-up ini juga lebih praktis digunakan dalam aktivitas fisik baik mandiri maupun dalam tes keterampilan fisik. Harapannya alat bantu push-up ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi alat bantu multifungsi yang dapat digunakan untuk segala macam tes keterampilan
