Abstract

The purposes of this research were to analyze deeply the values and moral message ofTarling in subject perspective ofTarling-Cirebon Art and performers internalization of value and moral message Tarling. The purpose of this research aimed to answer the research question, how a value and moral message according to the subject perspective of Tarling-Cirebon art and performers internalization of value and moral message Tarling? This research is based on an qualitative study. Subjects perspective of value and moral message in Tarling Art were gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation. The analyzing of internalization process of value and moral message was inspired by ethnography. The result of this study indicate that the values of tarling obtained are empathy of subjects in tarling, covering "dandanggula" song ofSunan Kalijaga, "ngalap berkah" or seeking blessing, "a plate of rice" philosophy, "apa jare wong tua ngagem ngageme wong rumah tangga" or happy household, and "payun geneng sabonana payun geneng sabot enteng lakonana" or mutual cooperation. That there is explicitly moral messages that absorbed are "ingsun titip tajug lan fakir miskin" philosophy of Sunan Gunung Djati, conversation in polite language such as "punten" expression, "sabasita" or "unggah-ungguh" behavior, "pamali" or do behavior charily, "yen wis mlatar gage eling" philosophy of tarling, and "saweran"tradition. The internalization process of values and moral messages performers obtained through five stages based on an taxonomy of educational objectives from Bloom, Krathwol, & Masia (1970). The first is an receiving. The second is an responding. The third is that the valuing. The fourth is that organization. Abstract

The purpose of this research is understanding how positive emotion on extraordinary teachers. Subjects consist of three extraordinary school teachers who already taught more than one year. This research used qualitative methods with phenomenological approach. Data collection in this research used observation and interview. This research used interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman's. The results of this research show that positive emotions generate motivation to provide services for children with special needs. Factors affecting the positive emotions that become the new findings in this research are patience and spirituality. Positive emotions make people more open to new experiences that expand the personal resources, both cognitive, social, and physical resources. Key words: positive emotions, special education, teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explore the level of entrepreneur intention of undergraduate student in Yogyakarta university. There were many factor of entrepreneur intention such as environtment, relatives, education, personality trait, age, and sex. The subjects were 100 university student who almost finished their study. The data were collected by entrepreneur intention scale. The result indicated that only 31 university student in this research have high level of entrepreneur intention (31%) . The rest, 39 student (39%) at medium level, and 30 student at low level of entrepreneur intention. Keywords: entrepreneurship, intention, university student,

Abstract

The aim of this research was to empirically examine the correlation between internal factors (emotional intelligence and psychological capital}, and external factor (social support) with work stress. The level of emotional intelligence, psychological capital and social support is inversely proportional to the work stress level. The respondents of this study consists of the employees who have the loads and more responsibilities at work. The number of respondents involved is a nurse at a private hospital in the province as many as 61 people, the crew (ABK) in the Port of Boom Baru Palembang as many as 88 people, and employees at Printing in Yogyakarta as many as 84 people. The measurement tool used is Emotional Intelligence Scale, Psychological Capital Scale, Social Support Scale and Work Stress Scale. Statistic method by SPSS for windows was applied to analyze data. Correlation test showed the results of emotional intelligence and work stress has a correlation coefficient r= -0792, p= 0.000 (p <0.01), psychological capital and job stress has a correlation coefficient r= -0.308, p= 0.011 (p <0.05), social support and work stress has a correlation coefficient r= -0.686, p= 0.000 (p <0.05). The test result showed a sigmificant negative correlation between internal factors and external factor with work stress. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore: 1) the correlation between attachment style and emotional expression in a marital relationship, 2) the correlation between secure attachment style and positive emotional expression in a marital relationship, 3) the correlation between avoidant attachment style, 4) the correlation between anxiety and positive emotional expression. This study involved 58 person as participants. The results of this study demonstrated that there was a positive significant relationship between attachment style with the emotional expression in marital relationship. Attachment contribute 50.3% to the person positive emotions expression. The ability to express emotions in a positive way was increased if spouses had attachment for each other. This study also discovered that the most influential attachment style on the likelihood of a positive emotional expression is secure attachment styles. The more secure the person feeling to the spouse, the ability to express emotions in a positive way also increasing. Keywords: attachment style, emotional expression, marital relation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between prophetic parenting and psychological well-being. There were 102 students participated in this study. Two scales, psychological well-being and prophetic parenting were used in this study. The psychological well-being scale was compiled by Jordan (2011) and is based on six aspects of psychological well-being ofRyffand Keyes (1995). The prophetic parenting scale was compiled by researchers were based on six aspects of parenting prophetic from Suwaid (2010). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between parenting prophetic father and psychological well-being of students (r = 0.448; p < 0.05), and there is also a positive relationship between parenting prophetic mother and psychological well-being of students (r = 0.310; p < 0.05). Keywords: psychological well-being, prophetic parenting, undergraduate students

Abstract

This article aimed to develop an idea on psychology of religiosity as a psychological paradigm on various religious phenomenon.One of important point emphasized in this article is the experience of psychologists in viewing religion as psychological phenomenon. The three important issues on religiosity context in Indonesia are the fundamentalism issue, the relation of religion and mental health and also the discrimination among minority in the name of religion. Keywords : Psychology of religiosity, discrimination, mental health, fundamentalism.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and personality competence. The subjects were mothers of single parent as much as 70 by using of accidental sampling. Data retrieval is done using a scale of emotional intelligence and hardiness scale. The data was then processed using the statistical parametric Pearson product moment The analysis shows that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and hardiness in mother single parent. This shows that higher emotional intelligence, the higher the hardiness in mother single parent Key words: emotional intelligence, hardiness, single parent mother
