Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Jasa yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, bukti fisik dan proses baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Konsumen untuk menggunakan produk Kredit Cepat Aman pada kantor PT. Pegadaian di wilayah kota Manado. Populasi penelitian yaitu nasabah PT. Pegadaian di Wilayah Kota Manado. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menggunakan produk Kredit Cepat Aman pada kantor PT. Pegadaian di wilayah Kota Manado. Kata Kunci : Bauran Pemasaran dan Keputusan Konsumen.

Abstract

Pengujian hipotesa dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner sebanyak 56 pegawai organik di kantor sinode GMIH Tobelo. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji multikolinieritas dengan mengunakan program SPSS versi 18.0 mengunakan analisis jalur (paht). Dengan mengunakan metode analisis jalur, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja (X1), dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara simultan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai organik di kontor sinode GMIH Tobelo, diperoleh nilai F  untuk sub struktur 1 sebesar 17,981 dengan nilai sing 0,000. Pengujian sub truktur 2 dengan Variabel budaya kerja (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), kepuasan kerja (Y1) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai orgnik di kantor sinode GMIH, diperoleh nilai F sebesar 36, 508 dengan nilai sig 0,000. Sedangkan pengujian secara individual variabel budaya kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai dengan nilai tabel coeficients 0.273 nilai sig 0,008, variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) pengaruh tidak signifikan dengan nilai 0.160 nilai signya 0.077. variabel kepuasan kerja(Y1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai organik di kantor sinode GMIH Tobelo dangan nilai 0,571 dan nilai sig 0,000. Kata Kunci  : Budaya Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh signifikan dari stres, keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja jika dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan mengetahui pengaruh signifikan keterlibatan kerja jika di moderasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pada arah berlawanan sementara variabel keterlibatan kerja memberikan pengaruh positive terhadap prestasi kerja. Dari hasil analisa juga ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memoderasi hubungan antara stres dan prestasi kerja pada arah positif dan antara keterlibatan kerja dan prestasi kerja pengaruh kepuasan kerja akan melemahkan hubungan keterlibatan kerja dan prestasi kerja. Berdasarkan pada model regresi menunjukkan adjusted R square adalah 0.448. Sehingga dapat di interpretasikan bahwa stres (X1), keterlibatan kerja (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), interaksi antara stres dan kepuasan kerja (M1) dan interaksi antara keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja (M2) mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 44.8% sementara sisanya 55.2% dari prestasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Nilai Pelanggan, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan PT.William Makmur Perkasa sebagai pihak yang menyewakan alat berat.  Populasi adalah pelanggan penyewa alat berat yang berjumlah 88 pelanggan dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus.Data diperoleh dengan cara menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Nilai Pelanggan (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel Kepuasan pelanggan (Y1). Variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y2). Variabel Nilai Pelanggan (X2)  memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y2). Variabel CRM (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y2). Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y1)  memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y2). Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian maka dapat disarankan hal-hal sebagai berikut: Perusahaan dalam hal ini PT.William Makmur Perkasa harus memperhatikan jalur-jalur yang signifikan dalam penelitian ini agar supaya dapat menambah dan mempertahankan pelanggan dengan lebih baik. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial, kompensasi finansial non finansial dan komitmen organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini diklasifikasikan pada jenis data primer, yaitu persepsi responden mengenai kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial dan komitmen organisasi serta prestasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Arcende Cabang Sulut. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling sensus, yaitu seluruh populasi diikutkan sebagai sampel atau responden. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang dimaksud adalah populasi target sebanyak 47 orang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan  ternyata hasil penelitian membuktika bahwa kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Arcende Cabang Sulut. Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen (kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial dan komitmen organisasi) berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Bank Sulut Cabang Kantor Pusat is regional development bank number one who exists in north Sulawesi, PT. Bank Sulut sued for can also effectively employees. The research of intellectual Quotient (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) owned by employees of the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulut partially or jointly affect significantly against its performance as an employee. Of the three types of human intelligence are examined, the intellectual intelligence that has the greatest impact and significantly to the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Sulut. Companies need to make the evaluation of employee performance and accompanied the EQ-IQ test at the beginning of the year. This evaluation is useful also for the employees, with the knowledge and ability of its performance, employees will be encouraged to work with a maximum of and compete to provide the best for his company. Abstract

Employees of the companies being sued are professionals in all job duties that all work is completed in accordance with the standard specified. To that end, the compensation policy are expected to affect employees ' work performance. The purpose of this research is untukmengetahui the influence of financial compensation, financial and non financial compensation organizational commitment to employee achievements of PT. Arcende. The population in this study are all employees in the company of PT. Arcende. The sampling technique used was the Census sampling technique, i.e. the entire population being included as sample or respondents. In this study population the target population is referred to as many as 47 people. The number of samples in this research as much as 47 respondents used analysis method is a method of multiple regression analysis. Research results by using multiple regression analysis showed that partially and simultaneous turns out membuktika research results that financial compensation, compensation of non-financial, and organizational commitment affect the accomplishment of work of employees of PT. Arcende. Multiple regression testing results showed that all the variables are independent (financial compensation, non financial compensation and organizational commitment) positive effect on employee accomplishments PT. Arcende. The granting of compensation for employees must comply with the regulations in force, as well as standard and always pay attention to the minimum cost of living. Without prejudice to the principle of fair and reasonable, so that the compensation provided to each employee according to the prestai it works.   Keywords: financial, compensation, organizational commitment and job performance

Abstract

Advertising is a means to promote goods or services who want to offer, especially to the community. For most companies, advertising is becoming an attractive option, as well as a source of information, the ad also viewed as entertainment media and effective marketing communications media to reach target market especially if aired on television. One of the companies that make brand building through advertising is PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of television advertising a product model using the method of Aqua EPIC and its effects on Product purchasing decisions and simultaneous partial Aqua. Methods of analysis used in this study is a method of EPIC model and multiple regression analysis. Results of the analysis using the method of the EPIC model in mind that television advertising has been effective in Aqua product introduce product Aqua to the consumer. And in the Multiple Linear regression Method becomes Y =-2,344 0, 167X1 0, 065X2 0, 084X3 0, 087X4.. the four variables that are used give the same effect that a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The numbers R Square is called the coefficient of determination, the result was 70,2% consumer purchase decisions are influenced by variables emphaty, persuasion, impact, and communicatio whereas 29,8% explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.   Keywords : empathy, persuasion, impact, communication and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Performance is a workly achievement or working result/output either the quality or quantity gained by a personal in every certain period with in doing his/her duty as his/her responsibility given. In fact, the employee performance is influenced by many things. Some of these things observed by the writer are the job stress, job involvement and job satisfaction at the employee of PT. Ciputra Internasional Cabang Manado. The research aims at knowing the significant influence of stres , job involvement and job satisfaction to performance, knowing the signigicant influence of stress to performance if it is moderated with  job satisfaction and knowing the significant influence of job involvemen if it is moderated by the job satisfaction.The result of the research shows that stres significantly related to performance in negative direction while job involvment variable give a positive influence to the performance. From the result also found that job satisfaction moderates the relationship between stres and performance in a positive direction and between job involvement and performance the effect of job satisfaction will weakend the relationship of job involvement and performance. Based on the regression result, it shows that adjusted R square is 0.448. So that it can be interpreted that stress (X1), job involvement (X2), job satisfaction (X3), interaction between stres and job satisfaction (M1) and interaction between job involvement and job satisfaction (M2) influenced the performance of the employee 44.8% while the rest of 55.2% employee performance is influenced by other variable which is not observed in this research.   Keywords : stress, job involvement, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

Based on the observation that the physical appearance and the author do not support facilities in the units of service branch (UPC), the less satisfying service from employees, employee ketidakramahan is a problem that is often found. But disappointments or perceived customer dissatisfaction, will certainly be bad, customers are disappointed and dissatisfied will seek alternative providers of other financial services. In this case the company has to be truly effective and appropriate in applying marketing mix strategy, all aspects of the marketing mix is a chain that cannot be separated and influence each other. Date analysis using a statistical regression and correlation of both simultaneous and partial. Research services marketing mix that consisted of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical appearance and simultaneous processes affect the consumer's decision to significantly to use Fast Secure Credit products (KCA) in unit cabang pegadaian of mining areas of the city of Manado. Services marketing mix that consisted of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical appearance and partial processes affect significantly to consumer decisions using Secure Quick Credit products (KCA) in unit cabang pegadaian of mining areas of the city of Manado.
