Abstract

This study aims for know the influence of Quality Service, Value Customer, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) against Satisfaction Customer and Customer Loyalty PT. William Makmur Perkasa as an parties who sublease heavy equipment.        Population is customer tenant heavy equipment which amount to 88 customer with technique sampling which used is sensus. Data is obtained by way of using questionnaires and documentation. Technique data analysis using analysis  pathways (Path Analysis).      The results of research showed that the Variable Value Customer (X2) has a significant influence and positive towards variable Customer Satisfaction (Y1). Variable Quality of Service (X1) has a positive influence signifikan to variable Customer Loyalty (Y2). Variabel Customer Value (X2) has a positive influence signifikan to variable Customer Loyalty (Y2), Variabel CRM (X3) has a positive influence signifikan to variable Customer Loyalty (Y2). Variable Satisfaction Customer (Y1) has a positive signifikan to variable Customer Loyalty (Y2).    Based on the conclusion the research then it can advisable things as follows : Company in this case PT. Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, since all aspects related to human resources will also affect the growing emerging an organization in improving employee job performance. Improvement of the performance of an officer is the important thing in an organization or a company even though it was realized that in practice it is not easy. This research aims to know the influence of the working culture, work environment, job satisfaction on performance orgnic employee Kantor Sinode GMIH in Tobelo. Using the method of path analysis. Inferred variable working culture (X 1), and the work environment (X 2) simultaneously influence significantly to the performance of an employee's organic Kantor Sinode GMIH in Tobelo, F values obtained for sub structure with a value of 1 for 17,981 sing 0,000. Testing sub truktur 2 with Variable work culture (X 1), the working environment (X 2), job satisfaction (Y1) simultaneously influence work performance significantly to orgnik employees in the Office of the Synod of GMIH, obtained a value of 36, F 508-value sig 0.000. While individually testing variables work culture (X1) effect significantly to value employee performance table coeficients 0.273 sig value 0.008, variable job satisfaction (Y1) effect significantly to the performance of the work of the organic Kantor Sinode GMIH in tobelo with value 0,571 and value sig 0.000.   Keywords: work culture, work environment, job satisfaction and performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze several variables that can affect the performance of employees: leadership, work environment, work motivation and ability to work. Whether these variables simultaneously and partially affect employee performance. Hypothesis proposed in this study are as follows: (1) alleged leadership, work environment, work motivation and ability to work simultaneously affect the performance of employees. (2) thought leadership, work environment, work motivation and ability to work in a partial effect on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Pertani (Persero) Marketing Area Sulawesi number of 62 people. This study used multiple linear regression analysis model. Conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) the factors of leadership, work environment, work motivation and ability to work simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of PT. Pertani (Persero) Marketing Area Sulawesi, four factors contribute to employee performance by 69.2% and the remaining 30.8% was contributed by other variables outside the 4 independent variables studied. (2) Leadership factors, work environment, motivation and ability to work partially affect the performance of the employees of PT. Pertani (Persero) Marketing Area Sulawesi. The result show that reliability, emphaty, responsiveness, assurance and tangible have a significanty effect to the customer satisfaction, simultaneous and partially. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the mutation, and the promotion of the employee's career development. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire with a population of 70 career employees and all the research sample. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the mutation, and the promotion of positive significant effect on employee career development is carried out in North Sulawesi Prosecutor's Office is able to provide positive things for employees such as increase knowledge and experience, facilitating employees to strengthen the relationship fellow co-workers. Abstract

The Purpose of this research was to determine the significant effect between service quality and customer satisfaction against interests of referencing the smart electricity usage in Manado City. The data used primary data collected through questionnaires to 100 consumers of smart electricity users. The results of data analyze obtained by multiple linear regression analysis. F count is 18.522 and a significance value of 5%, degrees of freedom df1 = 2 and df2 (100-2-1) = 97 where n is the number of respondents, k is the number of independent variables, the obtained value of F Table is 0.024. in comparison, the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (18.522 > 0.024), as the result H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence between quality of service (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) against the interest of referencing the smart electricity usage in Manado City. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyses the public service performance in Dinas Pendapatan Daerah, Sorong City, North Papua Province based on respondent perception as service user. The resesearch design is descriptive. Population of this study is the service users and the head of Dinas Pendapatan Daerah, Sorong City, North Papua Province. The sampling method is accidental method. Analysis result that the 12 aspect of performance in Dispenda is high and the highest is the aspect of accountability but the lowers is life sustainability. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of corporate culture, motivation, and safety of the employee's performance. research instrument used was a questionnaire form of a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire used is enclosed questionnaire is a model that has been available answer questions, so respondents simply choose alternative answers according to the opinion or choice. The closed questions respondents to explain the variable corporate culture, motivation, workplace safety, and employee performance. results of studies using multiple regression analysis showed that partially proves corporate culture, motivation, and affect the safety performance of employees at PT. Antam Tbk. Buli. Suggested to the company to always give you a raise, develop employee skills and abilities in order to further enhance employee performance and profitable for the company. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of asset management at the Provincial Election Commission of North Sulawesi. The study was conducted using quantitative descriptive method. The method used is associative where research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The analysis technique used is factor analysis. Based on the test results of the data analysis it was found that the testing of the 33 factors in the management of assets in the Provincial Election Commission and District / City-North Sulawesi, then there are 19 factors that declared invalid meets Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) and 14 factors revealed no meet the KMO test results with values ​​below 0.5. After testing a factor rotation using the varimax method of factor analysis in this study the data were grouped into factors that Safeguarding and Maintenance of State property, the State Property Planning, Administration of State Assets, Use of State Assets and Technical Guidance State Property. Abstract

This study is aimed to compare the performance of the Indonesian capital market with capital markets in Hong Kong, China, Britain, and America. Comparisons are made by using the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and the Market Return, the data that is used comes from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Shenyang Commercial City, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Composite. The results show a significant sign in the capital market performance seen from the composite stock price index (CSPI) and a strong correlation to the five stock markets. in another hand, the result of research seen from the return of the market shows no significant differences due to the contagion effect that leads to a relationship or capital market interactions that make up a capital market integration.
