Abstract

Warehousing refers to the activities that involve storing products on a large scale in a proper manner and achieving their availability whenever required. In a company, the warehouse has a very important meaning for the flow of goods for the company. A warehouse is a building where goods are stored for commercial purposes and are used by various stakeholders including manufacturers, importers, exporters, wholesalers, and transportation businesses. Warehouses are a key aspect of the modern supply chain and play an important role in the success, or failure, of today's companies. Stocktaking is the activity of counting goods between systems and physical data in the field. Stock taking is an activity of re-collecting data and thoroughly examining company goods to maintain the quality of collections and maximize a company's inventory development activities. In carrying out stock taking, the company can carry out controls, so that it can monitor and know the goods it has. Determining the magnitude of the benefits of stocktaking for the company is very important because stocktaking has a direct effect on the company's income

Abstract

This research aims to determine the audit committee (KA), independent board of commissioners (DKI), management ownership (KM), and institutional ownership (KI) to evaluate their influence on company value from 2018 to 2022 in oil and gas mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative research approach by utilizing secondary data sources such as annual reports from various companies. Seven companies were selected using a purposive sampling approach, which was based on certain criteria. Descriptive statistics, assumption tests in multiple linear regression, determination and hypothesis tests, partial tests, and f tests are some of the data analysis approaches used in this research. We used SPSS 24 in conducting this research. The conclusion drawn in this research is that the audit committee has a negative but significant influence on company value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership has a positive and significant influence on company value. This is different from an independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership which do not affect company value.

Abstract

This nation's graduates not only compete with their own country but also with foreign countries who can easily work in Indonesia so it is important for every individual who is ready to work in Indonesia to have good hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy. This research was conducted to find out the relationship between Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and Self-Efficacy and Work Readiness. The respondents of this research were FEB University students in Bandar Lampung with a sample of 97 people. To process the data, data analysis from this research used SPSS, the type of data taken was primary data taken directly by the researcher. Secondary data can be obtained from relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles on the internet. This research concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Hard Skills (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X3) on work readiness (Y). However, there is no significant influence between Soft Skills (X2) on Work Readiness (Y). Hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy together have a significant positive effect on the work readiness of FEB Final Year students in Higher Education in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Fashion leather includes garments made from animal skins and is used extensively in the manufacture of various items, including jackets, shoes, bags, and accessories. This popularity is due to the high aesthetic value and durability of leather fashion products. This study aims to investigate the influence of knowledge, attitude, and religiosity on the purchase intention of leather fashion products. Using a quantitative approach, data was primarily collected through questionnaires distributed among the residents of Bogor. The analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that knowledge, attitude, and religiosity have a significant influence on the purchase intention of leather fashion products in the city of Bogor. What sets this study apart from others is its unique approach to understanding consumer behavior in choosing leather fashion products in Bogor. While previous studies have mainly focused on variables such as price and product quality, this study introduces the variables of knowledge, attitude, and religiosity to measure the level of purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality affects customer satisfaction at Pelita Motor Workshop. This research is quantitative research with a simple linear regression analysis technique. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. Statistical tests used in this study were validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple correlation coefficient tests, partial tests, and determination tests. proved to be correct and acceptable. Through the determination test, it was found that service quality had an effect of 63,5% on customer satisfaction at Pelita Motor Workshop.

Abstract

Cosmetic and household goods subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 will be analyzed on the influence of profitability on company value moderated by corporate social responsibility. Using quantitative methods because the data obtained is in the form of figures originating from annual reports. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling based on consideration of certain criteria. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS software version 4.0 using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. The greater the profitability, the higher the company value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, moderated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The greater the profitability which is strengthened by corporate social responsibility (CSR), the greater the company value will increase.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the directive leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique chosen was saturated sampling. This was done because the population was relatively small. In this research, the samples taken were all 49 employees of Perum BULOG in the city of Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) directive leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture together influence the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and determine the Influence of Influencer Marketing and Content Marketing on Brand Awareness of Avoskin Products (Study on Instagram @avoskinbeauty). The research method is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents. The research population consisted of Instagram followers @avoskinbeauty and known influencer Refal Hady, selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Simultaneously Influencer Marketing and Content Marketing have a significant effect on Brand Awareness Avoskin products by involving Instagram @avoskinbeauty, 2) Partially Influencer Marketing has a significant effect on Brand Awareness Avoskin products by involving Instagram @avoskinbeauty, 3) Partially Content Marketing has a significant effect on Brand Awareness Avoskin products by involving Instagram @avoskinbeauty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of employer attractiveness at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk and analyze the most dominant factors shaping employer attractiveness. The method used in this research is the quantitative method through a survey. The population in this research is undergraduate students and alumni of IT in 2019 from Universitas Padjadjaran, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Telkom with a sample of 87 people. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was used with the Employer Attractiveness Scale (EmpAt Scale) measuring instrument and the Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis method using linear structure model (LISREL) version 8.5. The results of the analysis show that the employer attractiveness of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk is in the category of fairly good based on eleven dimensions and career growth value, familiarity value, and role value are among the top three factors considered in choosing PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk as a company to work.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and determine the influence of social media marketing, brand image, and brand trust on brand loyalty for skintific products (Study on TikTok Followers @skintific_id). This research method is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. The population in this study are TikTok users who follow the @skintific_id account using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research are 1) Social media marketing, brand image, and brand trust simultaneously influence brand loyalty for skintific products. 2) Social media marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty for skintific products. 3) Brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty of skintific products. 4) Brand trust partially has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty for skintific products.
