Jurnal Manajemen Agribisnis (JMA) merupakan jurnal ilmiah, memiliki konsentrasi fokus pada Pengelolaan Pertanian Agribisnis dan Kawasan Pertanian yang Berkelanjutan serta mengacu pada terminologi “Sustainable Development Goals.” Sustainable Development Goals sangat dibutuhkan dalam manajemen agribisnis sebagai sarana untuk membentuk perencanaan agribisnis yang terstruktur dan terorganisasi dengan baik. Melalui konsentrasi fokus tersebut, dapat dipahami bahwa perencanaan sangat vital dalam bisnis pertanian mengingat sifatnya yang penuh ketidakpastian dan rentan risiko kerugian, sehingga memerlukan analisis dan sintesis ilmu multidisiplin untuk menjelaskan fakta empiris dimensi sosial, ekonomi, manajemen, dan kelembagaan dalam suatu perusahaan atau kawasan pertanian.

ABSTRACTCommunity Based Tourism and Its Impacts to the Welfare of Farmers in KertalanguCulture Village, Denpasar CityThe development of tourism in Bali until now has oriented in the mass tourismconcept that was dominated by investors through the development of large scale facilities toboost the local revenue. In the short term, tourism gives significant benefits to economic, butin the long run it will become a boomerang for economy. An alternative to the tourismproblem is the establishment of community based tourism which farmers as the subjectdirectly involve in tourism. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence oftourism, empowerment, and participation on increasing the welfare of farmers. The study hadtaken in Subak Padanggalak, Kertalangu Culture Village. The sample has done withpurposive sampling which consist of 57 farmers. Technique analysis data using Partial LeastSquare (PLS) with Smart PLS program.The research results show that tourism potential has significant impact on farmersempowerment, and it has followed by farmers empowerment also have significant impact onthe farmer participation. In contrast, farmer’s participation have not significant onincreasing their welfare. This indicate that the farmer’s participation have not give opimalbenefit in supporting welfare of their life. Farmer have not look as the tourism subject. Therole of farmers and subak have limited to support the tourism development, which thefarmers have not involvement directly. It suggested the need that will be supported by privatesector to develop agriculture to agrotourism. Trough the development of agrotourism a lot ofagriculture commodities can be developed, and has been undertaken by variousmanufacturing agriculture products. The government through relevant agencies is expectedto provide capital access and market acces as well as various guidance in managingagricultural products as a tourism product, thus farmer having high competitiveness on skillenhancement and improving their well-being.Keywords: Community Based Tourism, Tourism Potential, Empowerment, Participation, theWelfare of Farmers.

Provinsi Bali telah menjadikan Tri Hita Karana sebagai landasan pembangunannya, yang tercermin dari visi pembangunan Provinsi Bali tahun 2006-2026 yakni:”Bali Dwipa Jaya, Adil, dan Demokratis, serta Aman dan Bersatu”. Tri Hita Karana telah menjadi landasan pembangunan di Bali. Tri Hita Karana wajib diterapkan pada berbagai kegiatan kemasyarakatan seperti politik, ekonomi, sosial, pertahanan, serta keamanan masyarakat. Satria Agrowisata sudah menerapkan konsep Tri Hita Karana, namun dalam penerapannya ada yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan pada penerapan Tri Hita Karana di Satria Agrowisata, menganalisis hubungan penerapan Tri Hita Karana dengan manajemen Satria Agrowisata, dan menganalisis kepuasaan konsumen terhadap kegiatan agrowisata di Satria Agrowisata yang menerapkan Tri Hita Karana. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Satria Agrowisata. Penelitian menggunakan dua macam penentuan sampel yaitu sensus sampling dan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskripstif kualitatif untuk data penelitian kualitatif dan korelasi Rank Spearman untuk data penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada kesesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan pada penerapan Tri Hita Karana di Satria Agrowisata. Hubungan antara penerapan Tri Hita Karana dengan manajemen pada Satria Agrowisata sangat lemah namun pengunjung merasa sangat puas. Saran-saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu terus mempertahankan penerapan Tri Hita Karana pada kegiatan yang ada di Satria Agrowisata khususnya, memperbaiki hubungan antara penerapan Tri Hita Karana dalam manajemen pada Satria Agrowisata, dan mempertahankan ataupun meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menambah variasi minuman serta makanan yang bisa dijual ke pengunjung.

ABSTRACTThe Influence of Service Quality of Dewi Sri Farmer’s Cooperative and theFarmer’s Work Productivity on the Welfare of Farmer’s at the Subak ofSengempel, Bongkasa Village, Sub-District of Abiansemal, Badung RegencyFarmer’s cooperative as a facilitator in improving welfare, the quality ofservice would be an important part in order to always be the selection of farmers toobtain the required product. The farmer’s cooperative is expected to provide the bestservices in order to achieve the welfare of farmers. An improved labor productivity offarmers as a source of income will have implications for the welfare of farmers. Thestudy objective was to determine the effect of service quality of the farmer’scooperative on the welfare of farmers at Subak of Sengempel.The research method used descriptive qualitative method. Total respondentswas 151 members of farmer’s cooperative taken by proportional random sampling.Data were analyzed using inferential statistics (SEM-PLS).The results showed that the quality of service of the farmer’s cooperative andthe farmer’s work productivity positively and very significantly effect on the welfareof farmers. Quality of services of the farmer’s cooperative positively and verysignificantly effect on the productivity of farmers. Quality of services of the farmer’scooperative has an influence in reaching the welfare of farmers, both directly andthrough the work productivity of farmers. The farmer’s cooperative should furtherimprove its reliability by serving members on time. The farmers of the Subak ofSengempel should increase the labor productivity by increasing the quantity of labor,especially by increasing the number of main harvests. The Local Government throughthe relevant departments should further improve coaching, training and monitoringof the services of the farmer’s cooperative and improving agricultural extensionprograms.Keywords: service, productivity, farmers, welfare.

Lahan pertanian memiliki peranan penting sebagai media peningkatan penghasilan, taraf hidup, dan kesejahteraan petani yang ada didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani dalam mengkonversi lahan sawah, 2) menganalisis dampak sosial dan ekonomi terhadap konversi lahan di Subak Petangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Subak Petangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara yang dipilih secara sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan populasi berjumlah 40 orang yaitu pemilik penggarap. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuisioner, Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis faktor dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konversi lahan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal dibentuk oleh jumlah anggota keluarga, pendidikan, kebutuhan hidup (Konsep Teori Hierarki Kebutuhan Maslow), pendapatan hasil pertanian. Faktor eksternal dibentuk oleh indikator gaya hidup, minat generasi muda untuk bertani, akses pengelolaan lahan, ketersediaan air irigasi. Dampak konversi lahan terhadap sosial yaitu terhambatnya saluran irigasi, timbulnya konflik antara petani dengan pemilik pemukiman, terkikisnya nilai budaya di Subak Petangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, dan dampak ekonomi yaitu berkurangnya sumber pangan, petani tidak mempunyai pekerjaan tetap, meningkatnya tingkat penganguran, adanya perubahan pola kehidupan petani. Seluruh pihak terkait baik pemerintah maupun prajuru subak harus mampu untuk mengontrol dan membuat program atau aturan dalam menekan laju konversi lahan. Pada dampak sosial dan ekonomi dalam konversi lahan di Subak Petangan sangat berdampak buruk terhadap lingkungan dan budaya pada lahan sawah Subak Petangan.

ABSTRACTBusiness Development Strategy Certified Rice Seed On Subak Guama,Marga District, Tabanan RegencyThe increasing rate of population growth led to increased demand for food. Inorder to achieve food security, the use of certified seeds is one of the factors thatinfluence the improvement of yield and quality of production. Attempt to capturethese opportunities, Subak Guama need to make strategic business development ofcertified rice seed. The purpose of research is to investigate alternative strategiesand priorities appropriate strategies run by Subak Guama in the development ofcertified rice seed business.The research location was at Subak Guama. Respondents were selectedpurposively regarding their expertise and knowledge of the research. Primarydata were collected focus group discussions, surveys, and in-depth interviews.Secondary data were collected from publications. Formulation of alternativestrategies and priority strategies using SWOT matrix analysis and analysisQSPM.The results show alternative strategies of business development certifiedrice seed include: 1) expand market share in order to meet the potential needs ofseeds, 2) the formation of youth groups farmer, 3) improving the quality of humanresources, 4) empowerment of farmers through the capital strengthening farming5) integrated pest and disease control, and 6) optimization of the certified riceseed business. The result also shows that the priority strategy selected is capitalstrengthening farming.In supporting the development of business certified rice seed, members of SubakGuama is expected to strengthen the capital to apply for credit farming throughfinancial institutions/banks so as to increase production and develop productsseed varieties vary, increase access to a wider market so as to maintain its marketposition has been achieved, as well as more effective cooperation betweenfarmers with KUAT Subak Guama.Keywords: SWOT, QSPM, Rice Seed, Subak

The rate of population growthand theconversion of agricultural land that will never be stopped. Efforts were made to keep striving for food availability by optimizing the utilization ofthe yard. The Ministry of Agriculture initiated the optimization of theutilization of the yard through KRPL program. KRPL program emphasizeson meeting the food need sat the household level by involving KWT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence ofthe characteristics of women farme s to KRPL program's success in Gianyar, knowing the perception of women farmers to KRPL program in Gianyar, and analyzing the success of the program KRPL to increase drevenue and improved family nutrition in a group of women farmersin Gianyar. This research was conducted in Gianyarwith a population of KWT members KRPL program beneficiaries in 2013. Determination of the number of respondents by Slovin method with the number of respondentsas many as 58 people, while the technique of making respondents using proportional method. Data collection techniques include: interviews, observation and documentation, while the relationship between the construc analyzed by PLS-SEM. The results showed thatthe characteristicsof women farmers which include: age, formal education and non-formal education has apositive influence on the success of the program KRPL in Gianyar. Perceptionof KWT on the implementation and success of the program KRPL in Gianyar is very well. KRPL program implementation have a positive impact on household income and family nutrition improvement in the group of women farmers in Gianyar. It can beseen from the PPH in the research location of 71.5, and an average gain o fKRPL Rp. 48 448/month. Suggestion that san be summited:(1) KWT is expected to improve knowledge about balanced nutrition for the families so that diversification of food consumption and nutrition can be realized. Technica linstitutions such as the Department of Agriculture, Plantation and Forestry, and the Departmentof Industryand Trade ofthe Gianyar regency need to provide technical guidance (technical guidance) on post-harvest handling and the development of domesticindustry; (2) KWT order to improve the application of technology and techniques of planting so that optimal utilization of the yard;(3) KRPL program success is expected to continue to be sustainableing maintaining the utilization of the yardand the preservation of local food crops fo rthe future o fsustainable and diversification

ABSTRACT Palm plants (Arrenga pinnata Merr) until now are not widely cultivated, but they are still forest plants. This plant can be used very much, both as a household appliance and as a home industry. The main results that are widely used in home industries are sap which is processed into palm sugar, which is then used as a sweetener in various kinds of cakes, drinks and others. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the production of palm sugar and to find out the risks in the small industry of palm sugar. From this study, it is expected to be used as a material consideration in advancing the palm sugar industry in rural areas, especially in the research area. This research was conducted in the Belimbing Village of Tabanan Regency, Bali. The results of this study indicate that only the factor of craftsman experience and the volume of roomie can affect palm sugar production, from five other factors that are suspected. Making palm sugar from sap material has a large risk of production of 115,587 kg, but it is still easily avoidable by craftsmen. With a risk threshold of producing 35.74 kg of printed palm sugar.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the description of farming system and to analyze the technical and allocative efficiency of Eban local garlic farming by using survey method while the data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and stockhastic frontier analysis. The results of the general overview of Eban's local garlic farms include; land preparation, seed preparation, planting, maintenance and harvesting. While technically Eban local garlic farming is efficient where the analysis conducted for 50 respondents shows the efficient average achieved by 92% while the allocation of local garlic farming has not been efficient because of the calculation of NPMx / px > 1.

ABSTRACT Marketing requires more than just developing a good product, set an attractive price, offering an affordable prices, but also need to promote the product itself. The success of a marketing program also determined by promotion mix. This research aimed to analyzed the influence of promotion mix cost simultaneously, partially and the most dominantly variable toward the sales turnover of agribusiness company in Denpasar. The research method was used descriptive statistics. Through descriptive statistical analysis will be described and described characteristic table of respondents, while the influence of promotion mix cost to sales turnover using multiple linear regression analysed using the help of SPSS program version 22.0. Based on multiple linear analysis, the results of research showed promotion mix variables give simultaneous positive and significant effect toward the sales turnover p ? 0.05 with determination coefficient 0.575 or 57.5 %. Partially, all of five variables promotional mix showed that the cost of advertising, cost of personal selling, cost of sales promotion and cost of direct marketing give significant affect, while the variable cost of public relations showed insignificant results. The most dominant variable affecting the sales turnover is the cost of sales promotion with standardized beta coefficient point to 0.463. Suggestions that can be given by the author to agribusiness entrepreneurs in Denpasar in order to implement promotional mix cost policies that are appropriate in the future to be in accordance with the capabilities and budget owned by the company. The combination of the five components of the promotional mix costs is still carried out, but must pay attention and consider allocating funds efficiently into the promotional mix costs so that the company does not experience losses.

ABSTRACTANALYSIS OF COMPANY PERFORMANCE OF CV. BALI INDAHWITH BALANCED SCORECARD METHODBusiness competition has raised the work standard in various dimensions suchas quality, cost, and smooth operation. The challenge caused by the increasingcompetition is that companies or institutions will do anything that is consideredimportant for strategic competitiveness and overall business improvement. That is,companies will always compete to attract customers by offering various facilities atcompetitive prices. This situation will obviously encourage the management to makecertain strategies in order to win the competition and achieve companies ultimategoals. This study entitled "Analysis of Company Performance of CV. Bali Indah withBalanced Scorecard method. The company's performance is looked from fourperspectives of Balanced Scorecard namely financial perspective, customer, internalbusiness processes, learning and growth. The aim of this study is to analyze theperformance of CV. Bali Indah based on the four perspectives of the BalancedScorecard.The Performance of CV. Bali Indah from a financial perspective in this studywere assessed using Liquidity Ratio (current ratio and quick ratio), ProfitabilityRatio (net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity), Solvency Ratio (totalasset to debt ratio and networth to debt ratio), Leverage ratio (total debt total assetsratio and total debt to equity ratio) and Activity Ratio (total assets turn over). Theperformance of costumer perspective used the customer acquisition and customersatisfaction index. Internal business process performance was assessed by usingManufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE). The performance assessment of learningand growth perspective was done by assessing the capability of employees bymeasuring employee productivity and employee satisfaction index. Based on the study findings, it can be concluded that CV. Bali Indah fromFinancial Perspective of the year 2011-2014 is rated good. From the customerperspective, customer acquisition fluctuated and customer satisfaction index resultsarevery good (customers were satisfied with their transactions with CV. Bali Indah).Assessment on internal business process perspective by assessing product ordertransaction using Cycle Manufacturing Effectiveness is rated good. Product ordertransaction has run effectively.In term of learning and growth perspective, employeeproductivity fluctuated from 2011-2014 and the employee satisfaction index result isgood (employees are satisfied with their employment in CV.
