Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational commitment and emotional intelligence on performance by mediating teacher job satisfaction ( Study On SMP District of Pekalongan Sragi ) . The population in this study is 114 respondents , sampling in this study using census method . Testing in this research that uses Test Instruments ( Test Validity and Reliability Test ) , Normality Test , Test Assumptions Classical ( Multicollinearity Test and Test Heteroskidastity ) , Test Test model used is Adjusted R2 (coefficient of determination ) and F-test , Hypothesis Testing in research the regression analysis used to test the hypothesis significance level ( α ) of 5% and , test mediation effects with path analysis path . Based on the findings of the study are : Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction , Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction , Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance , Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance , job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance , job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment mediates the effect of teacher performance , job satisfaction mediates Emotional Intelligence on teacher performance . Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Motivation and Emotional Intelligence on Performance Master of Organizational Commitment as mediation (Studies in SMP Sragi District of Pekalongan. Total population in this study was 112 respondents , the sampling method used in this study sensus. Testing in this study is , using test instruments to test the validity and reliability testing. Testing for normality, using the classical assumption test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Testing the model using the coefficient of determination test and F-test , Hypothesis Testing using the t (test). Testing mediation effects by using path analysis path. Based on the findings of the study are as follows : motivation positively influences organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational commitment, motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance, emotional intelligence and have a positive effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance teacher , organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers but of organizational commitment mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers. Abstract

The results of this study are the Influence of Academic Supervision , Principal Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance . The research problem in this study are : (1) to examine the Influence of Academic Supervision , Principal Leadership and Job Satisfaction on teacher performance. (2) to test whether job satisfaction mediates Academic Supervision and Leadership Principal of the Teacher Performance. The  samples of this study are 105 teachers of Kesatrian Senior High School under the auspices of the Kesatrian Education Foundation of Semarang The used sampling was census techniques and the used model was multiple regression analysis The results of this study are: (1) the Academic Supervision was prooved in influencing the job satisfaction , (2) the principals leadership did have positive and significant influence on the teacher satisfaction , (3) Academic Supervision had positive and significant was not proooved influence on teacher performance , (4) the principals leadership had positive and significant influence on teacher performance , (5) the job satisfaction had positive and significant influence on teacher performance , (6) job satisfaction variable was prooved to have the function as intervening variable on the variable of Academic Supervision on teacher performance , (7) job satisfaction was not proved to have the function as intervening variable on the variable of Principal Leadership on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Competence andOrganizational Climate on the Performance School Teacher with Job Satisfactionas mediation. Studies on teachers in Indonesian Institute Foundation 48Semarang.Metode used in this study is the sensus method with 95 respondents. Testinstruments used in this study is the validity and reliability, with the criteria KMO> 0.5 , Loading Factor > 0.4 and Cronbach alpha > 0.7 . Normality Test, TestClassical Assumptions used are test heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test .Test model used is Adjusted R2 ( coefficient of determination ) and F Test(Goodness of Fit) Hypothesis Testing in this study used regression analysis usingt-test, testing the hypothesis on the significance level (α) of 5%. Test mediationusing path analysis.Based on the findings of the research: Competencies positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction. School Organizational Climate positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction. Competence positive and significant impacton teacher performance. School Organizational Climate positive and significantimpact on teacher performance. Job Satisfaction and significant positive effect onteacher performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the TeacherPerformance Competency. Abstract

This research that is done in Institute Agama Islam Walisongo Semarang. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment does not affect the employee performance, ccontinuance commitment has the influence a significant effect on employee performance, normative commitment does not effect on employee performance, organizational culture did not moderate the influence of affective organizational commitment to employee performance, organizational culture did’t  moderate the influence of continuance organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational culture moderates the effect of normative commitment on employee performance Keywords: Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment and Normative Commitment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The  objective  of  the  study is to evaluate  the  influence  of  working  motivation  and  teachers competence on to the teachers performance  moderated  and supervised by the principal ( research on teachers of  SMPN  Sub  Rayon  4 Semarang ). Kind  of  the study is  using  explanatory  Reseaach. The  population  of  the study  are  the  teachers of  SMPN  Sub Rayon 4  Semarang. The  number  of the  respondent  is 168  people.The sample taken by census technique. The technique of data analysis  is  using  linear  regression  analysis  model  testing , R2  test and F test. The  hypothesis  test using  t test  and  moderation  test. Based on the study result, the  cunclusions are : (1) Working motivation positively does not  effect teachers performance significantly, (2) Teachers  competence  effects the  teachers performance positively, (3) Principal  supervision effect the teachers performance significantly and positively, (4) Principals supervision moderates the relation  between  working  motivation and  teachers  performance, (5) Principal  supervision  does  not  moderate the  effect of teachers  competence  to  teachers performance. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership styles and motivation to work on teacher performance organizational culture moderated Foundation Waqaf Board Sultan Agung in Semarang. This study was conducted on teachers within the Foundation Waqaf Board Sultan Agung Semarang with a population of 175 teachers and samples taken 100 teachers. Test instrument used was the validity and reliability of the components of the matrix, while the test model used is the F test and determination, the classical assumption of normality test data and test hiterokedastisitas. Hypothesis test using T test. The purpose of this study to determine: (1) Testing and Analyzing Performance Against Teacher Leadership Style. (2) Testing and Analyzing the Effect of Work Motivation Against Teacher Performance. (3) Test and Analyze How Influence of Organizational Culture on Performance Master. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Influence Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfactionon to Teacher Performance in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. In this study population of all primary school teachers in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan  civil servants, while the samples used as many as 141 people as respondents to the census technique. With a respondent criteria PNS Elementary Teacher in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. the District Education Office. Measure mentsusing 5 Likert scale ( five ) alternative answers.Test instrumentsused are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determinationand F test ( goodnes of Fit ). Test this hypothesisusing regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized asfollows: (i) Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Motivation  positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Organizational Commitment positive and significant impact on teacher performance and (iv) Job Satisfaction has negative effect against Teacher’s Performance. Abstract

The objektive of research to: 1) Know the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 2) Determine the influence of organizational  commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 4) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study can contribute to development of models organizational citizenship behavior, making it useful for academics and practitioners. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The samples in this study were employees of the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kendal, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the question naire.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.580 and significant at 0.000; 2) Variable of organizational commitment has a positive and  significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.370 and significant at 0.039; 3) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior, with a coefficient of 2.072 and significant at 0.006; 4) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has no significant effect between organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior, because significant at 0.210. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristic and role conflict on employee’s performance, mediating by job satisfaction. The respondens are all Unit’s treasurers of Health Office, in Pati Distric. The sample of this research is all 106 treasures (sensus). Statistical technique used was to test the validity of componen matrix, alpha cronbach reliability test, regression analysis, adjusted R square, f test , t tes n mediating test. Survey result revealed that job characteristic had a significant positive efect on job satisfaction, while role conflict had unsignificant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job Characteristic significanly negative influent on employee’s performance. Role conflict  effect on emlpoyee’s performance negative and not significant.Job satisfaction gave significantly possitive effect on employee’s performance. Job characteristis undirect effect on employee’s performanc is better then it’s direct effect. It mean that job satisfaction does mediating job characteristic on employee’s performance. Unfortunally, role conflict effect is not significant , so there’s no mediating effect. Keyword : Job Characteristic, Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Employee’s  Performance
