Abstract

This research was aimed to examine the influence of teacher competence and work motivation toward the performance of Primary teachers moderated by Organizational Culture in Pati the District. Population of 106 people, after Slovin formula used a sample of 79% or about 84 people from the total sample, sampling using random sampling. Data collecting is done by questionnaire required by the respondent. Data analysis uses the regression analysis. The results of this research show that the competence of teachers (X1) has significant positive effect on teacher performance (Y). Motivation (X2) has also significant positive effect on teacher performance (Y). While in moderation test in this study are moderated by Cultural Organization (Z) variables can be stated that the Teacher Competency (X1) of the Teacher Performance (Y) with moderated Cultural Organization (Z) with Z as a result of research Variable Moderating. To Influence Motivation (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) which is moderated by the effect of Cultural Organization (Z) is not significant and not as a moderating variable. Abstract

This Research have a purpose to explain the influence studying motovation, reading interest and fatigue to the English studying aresult for the cadets of SemarangMerchantMarine Polytechnic. The independent variables are studying motivation, studying interest and fatigue whereas studying result as a dependent variable. Research population are the cadetsof Semarang Merchant Marine Polytechnic, whilesample use the technique of purposive sampling. Method  data collecting by using questionerwhich   passed to a responder. Examination to research instrument done with the validity test (analyse the factor) and test the reliabilitas with the coefficient alpha of appliance to statistic testby multiple regression analysis regresi, test the t, test  R2 and  mediation test.Result of research indicate that studying motivation has a positive effect  to the English studying result, this research show that the higher studying motivation will be able to make the studying result to be high. Reading interest has a positive effect to the English studying result. The research show that the higher reading interest will be able tio make the studying result to be high. Fatigue has a negative effect to the English  studying result. Keyword :Studying Motivation, Reading Interest, Fatigue and Studying Result

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and profesional competence of the teachers performance of Public Senior High School with moderation organizational culture. The specific objective of this study is to examine the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of emotional intelligence and profesional competence of the teachers performance. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous study on the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teachers performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 147 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study, the writer can summarize as follows: the emotional inteligence does not infuent the performance of teachers, the profesional competence influences on teacher performance, the organizational culture influences the performance of teachers, the organizational culture does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence to teacher’s performance, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of profesional competence on teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze that school leadership moderates the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment to the performance of a high school teacher in the District City State Pati Pati. This study is the population of all teachers who work in Public High Schools in the City Pati Pati regency, amounting to 164 people used as a sample. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, and reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula. The technique uses multiple regression analysis model of moderation Type Quasi. The results showed that; work motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment negatively affect the performance of teachers, school leadership does not affect the performance of teachers, school leadership weaken the influence of motivation to work on the performance of teachers, school leadership strengthen the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance in high school country town in the district of Pati Pati. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to the teacher’s performence of Public Senior High School with moderation of transformasional leadership. The specific study of this study is to examine the role of transformasional leadership moderates the influence of motivation and organizational commitment e to the teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study is directed to understanding the relationship between performance appraisal and compensation to employee performance through employee motivation. To answer the problem posed in this study, the data obtained from 111 employees KPP Madya Semarang by using questionnaires and census sampling method. The collected data were then analyzed using IBM SPSS analytical tools and data analysis using two stages multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that: 1) the performance appraisal have positive and significant effect on work motivation; 2) compensation have positive and significant effect on work motivation; 3) performance appraisal have positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) compensation have negative and significant effect on employee performance; and 5) work motivation have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study examines the influence of participation, transparency, human resource competencies, control and budgeting process against  effectiveness of the hospital budget Bhayangkara AKPOL Semarang. This study was conducted with a population of 58 people. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, obtained result that budgetary participation, human resource competencies, and  budgeting process partially does not  significantly influence the effectiveness of the hospital budget Bhayangkara AKPOL Semarang, but transparency  and  control variable  positive partially and significant effect. Base on these results can be recommended to the future researchers can complement the shortcomings of this research, particulary regarding the selection of research variables and added  relevant indicators. Abstract

Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang will achieve vision, mission, goals and objectives when fully supported by employees as one of the most important assets of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang. Furthermore, Organization will not able to achieve its goals without the leadership role. This study aims todetermine the effect of variable transactional leadership against job satisfaction, variable transformational leadership against job satisfaction, variable transactional leadership against organizational citizenship behavior, variable transformational leadership against organizational citizenship behavior, variable job satisfaction against organization citizenship behavior, variable job satisfaction against organization citizenship moderated by team commitment. Population in this study is staff ministry of energy and mineral resources (ESDM) and environmental agency (BLH) district Rembang, which amounted to 85 people and sample collection using census techniques, data collection was done by using a questionnaire and scale SPSS 20.00. Based on research results shows that transactional leadership have significant positive effect against job satisfaction, transformational leadership have significant positive effect against job satisfaction, transactional leadership have significant positive effect against organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership have significant positive effect against organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction have significant positive effect against organizational citizenship behavior, team commitment weaken the relationship of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang. Suggestion provided to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang that is the next leader must apply leadership style which can push up job satisfaction of subordinates, so the employees themselves comfortable in the work and have a high work ethic. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of OCB and organizational commitment on the job satisfaction, the influence of OCB, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance and the influence of OCB, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance moderated by motivation. Analysis tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis using a t test. Data collection through questionnaires to measure using Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Object of research is employees at Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral in Rembang regency and employees at Badan Lingkungan Hidup in Rembang regency. Number of samples in this study were 83 respondents. Sampling technique using the purposive sampling. The results showed that (1) OCB have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (2) organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (3) OCB have a positive and significant impact on performance, (4) organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on performance, (5 )job satisfaction have not effect on performance, (6)motivaton moderates the effect of OCB on performance, (7) motivation moderates the effect of organizational commitment on performance, (8) motivation moderates the effect of job satisfaction on performance, (9) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of OCB on performance (10) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine how much capital expenditure to be able to increase the optimal library visitors bidget based on existing libraries in Pekalongan City Public Library.This type of research is quantitative descriptive. research study conducted to illustrate the extent of capital expenditures libraray collection give effect to an increase the library visitors. The data used in study is secondary data ini Public Library in Pekalongan City. The analysis tool used elasticity, to measure the degree of elasticity increase capital expenditure libraray collection to rise library visitors.The results showed that the increase capital expenditure libraray collection affecting to rise library visitors. This can be seen from the value of the elasticity of 4,2 means that every 4,2 percent increase in capital expenditure library collection affecting 1 percent of library visitors.
