Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of the professional competence of teachers on teacher performance in upper secondary schools in the District Pati; (2) to analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of teachers in upper secondary schools in the District Pati; (3) analyze the effect of the principals supervision of the performance of teachers in upper secondary schools in the District of Pati. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study are all teachers in secondary schools in the District Pati totaling 164 people. Samples taken in the census. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, each of which has qualified the validity and reliability of the factor analysis and AlphaCronbach and test Classical Assumption. Data analysis techniques using test models of multiple linear regression analysis. R2 test, F test, and hypothesis testing using t test. The results showed that: (1) Teachers Professional Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance teacher at SMA District of starch; (2) Work motivation positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMA District of starch; (3) Supervising Principal positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA District of starch; (4) Supervising Principal moderate the influence of teacher professional competence in a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in SMA District of starch; (5) Supersivi Principal Motivation moderate work on teacher performance in SMA District of Pati. Abstract

This is a research which was done in the land, high school teachers in pati of starches and aims at: ( 1 ), the motivation to work and analyze the teacher organisasional ( 2 ), and analyzing impact on organisasional self-efficacy the teacher ( 3 ), and analyzing impact on the performance of the job and ( 4 ) and analyzed self-efficacy impact on the performance of ( 5 ) and analyzed organisasional test of the performance of the teachers, ( 6 ) the organisasional memediasi the role of teacher in the teacher s impact on the performance of ( 7 ), the role of teacher in organisasional memediasi self-efficacy influence on the teacher. This type of research is the research field (Field Reseach), using a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the teacher of government employees in high school country, Subdistrict Pati, Regency Pati, which amounted to 164 people. Samples were taken using the technique of the census. Technique of data analysis using regression analysis of liner model test, test, test R 2 F, hypothesis testing using t-test and test of mediation The results showed that in the scope of teacher high school country, Subdistrict Pati, Regency Pati, as follows; (1) significant positive effect of work Motivation of Organizational Commitment of teachers, (2) Self-Efficacy the significant positive impact on Organizational Commitment of teachers, (3) a significant positive effect of work Motivation on performance, (4) Teacher Self-Efficacy the significant positive effect on performance teacher, (5) Organizational Commitment of significant positive influence on performance of teachers, (6) Organizational Commitment does not mediate the influence of Work Motivation on teacher performance, (7) Organizational Commitment does not mediate the influence of Self-Efficacy on teacher performance . Abstract

This study examines the effect of employee empowerment on employee performance with organizational commitment as mediating variables and organizational culture as a moderating variable. This study was based on previous research conducted Fadzilah (2006), Praptadi (2009), Rahman (2009), Tielung (2013), Kambey and Suharnomo (2013), Rahayu and Sudibia (2014), Srinadi and Netra (2014) which states empowerment positive and significant effect on the behavior of employees. This study focused on Lung Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga. The method of sampling a total of 210 employees used a simple random sampling. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis of linear regression of moderation and mediation. The results showed that employee empowerment significant indirect effect on employee performance through organizational commitment to be moderated by organizational culture. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze and determine the influence of psychology, work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance in office BPTIKP Central Java Provincial Education Department. Data used are primary and secondary data. All employees amounted to 92 people research sample. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Test the validity of the questionnaire using factor analysis and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The study concluded: (1) capital psychology no significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Work motivation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction; (3) psychological capital no significant effect on organizational commitment of employees; (3) work motivation and significant positive effect on organizational commitment; (4) job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of employees; (6) capital psychology positive and significant impact on the performance of employees; (7) work motivation no significant effect on the performance of employees; (8) job satisfaction does not significantly influence the performance of employees; (9) organizational commitment no significant effect on the performance of employees. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Subjective Norms,Perceived Behavioral control Interest to Loan Products Micro KUR in Pati ( Studies to pati customers ) This study included in the quantitative research using survey method through descriptive analysis approach.This study uses census techniques where the of population is 150 persons prospective customers BRI, while the data is processed as many as 121 candidates nasbah. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Normality Test (Sample 1-KS) Classical Assumption Test (test heterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) subjective norm does not affect the intention, (ii) Perceived Behavioral Control positive and significant effect on the Intention.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe and analyze the influence of the quality of working life, motivation, and organizational culture to job satisfaction and also the influence of the quality of working life, motivation, and organizational culture to desire to move job due to job satisfaction. Research method which is used is quantitative through census, while primary data are collected through questionnaire.  Population in this research is temporary employees at Regional Secretary of Jawa Tengah Provincial Government, they are 95 personnel. The data collected are then tabulated and data normality tested, and then are analyzed with linier regression analysis with mediation model. This research concludes that quality of working life, motivation, and organizational culture affect positively to job satisfaction; where organizational culture has the strongest impact to job satisfaction, on the other hand quality of working life has the weakest impact to job satisfaction.  Quality of working life, motivation, and job satisfaction affect negatively to desire to move job, while organizational culture does not affect to desire to move job.  Motivation has the strongest impact to desire to move job, while quality of working life has the weakest impact to desire to move job.  Quality of working life, motivation, and organizational culture affect indirectly to job satisfaction.  In other words, it is proven that job satisfaction is the mediation variable. From the conclusion the writer recommends that the temporary employees should be supported with good quality of working life, motivation from their superior, and organizational culture which can stimulate harmoniuos interaction amongst employees, so that it results in job satisfaction where they do not have desire to move job. Abstract

World sales and marketing is a very dynamic world, where so many strategies and triktrik used to attract consumers to buy a product. World beverage itself, in particular carbonated beverages, has tersediri challenges, ranging from the shift of the community of beverages Health Soft drink to drink, the number of competitors who compete with a variety of promotions and discounts. However, not all discounts and promotions done on a large scale can bind a large enough number of consumers. Greatness of a brand or product is not necessarily offset by higher sales of these products. This has led researchers to conduct behavioral research, menggunakkan theory of planned behavior of Prof. Ijek Ajzen to see the influence of attitudes, norms, and control of the consumers purchase intention. The respondents of this study amounted to 150 people with the status of visitors Indomaret Point at Jl. And Jl Pemuda Semarang. Pandanaran Semarang. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, and multiple regression analysis techniques using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that attitudes, norms and Control Behavior positive and significant effect on intention. Marketing managerial implications of this research are the benefits to be received (attitude), support or encouragement from the surrounding community (the norm), but does not depend on the ability to purchase and availability of products in the existing outlet2. By sharing experiences, consumers can encourage other consumers to participate purchase Rootbeer beverage products. When we return to the description of the respondents, it can be seen that the majority of respondents (70%) polled rensponden is male, aged 26-32 yr (46.7%) with the highest level of education is high school (64.7%). Appropriate marketing strategy for this consumer group, can increase the intentions and behavior of consumers into buying products Rootbeer drink. This consumer group is actually a target consumer segment Rootbeer beverage products. Managerial marketing should conduct an evaluation to improve marketing rootbeer. Abstract

This research investigates and examines the Effect of Quality of Work Life and Carrier development on Employees performance by using Organizational commitment as moderating role in Comunication Transportation and Information Rembang. This research uses cencus sampling method. The collected sample is 105 respondent. The instrument testing used validity and reliability by alpha cronbach value. Model measurement uses Coefficient determination and F testing. Hypotheses testing uses multiple linier Regression and t testing. The result found that Quality of Work Life (QWL) positively and significantly effects the employees performance, Career development positively and significantly affectsthe employees performance which moderated by organizational commitment and Career Development has positive and significant effect on employees performance which is moderated by organizational commitment in Communication Transportation and Information of Rembang. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of personality and Quality Of Work Life on the performance of the mediation organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment (studies in Central Java provincial secretariat office). In a study using census method with a total population of 105 respondents. Test used is a test instrument with testing using multiple regression analysis. Test models using test R2 (coefficient of determination) and F test the hypothesis testing is using the t test. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows; 1) personality positive and significant effect on OCB, 2) QWL positive and significant effect on OCB, 3) personality positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) QWL positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 5) personality positive and significant effect on performance, 6) QWL positive and significant effect on performance. 7) OCB positive and significant impact on performance, 8) organizational commitment is positive and significant impact on performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of personality on performance. 10). OCB does not mediate the effect QWL on OCB. 11). Organizational commitment mediates the influence of personality on performance. 12). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and motivation to job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance in PT. Reycom Document Solutions. The respondents of this study amounted to 115 employees with the status of contract employees who have a service life of less than five years. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, and multiple regression analysis techniques using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that the working environment positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance , these results show that job satisfaction is not mediate Work Environment, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance. Managerial implications of this research that work equipment is not currently qualified to complete the work of employees in work, yet provide adequate benefits to the employees and the company has not provided the opportunity for employees to create and innovate. Managerial should do the evaluation in order to improve the performance of employees of PT. Reycom Document Solutions.
