Abstract

This  study  aimed  to  analyze  and  test  the  Influence  of  Professional  Competence  and Discipline Work on the Performance of elementary school teachers throughout the District Tirto Pekalongan with Organizational Climate moderated.This type of research is a field research (field research), using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers in the district elementary Tirto Pekalongan regency totaling 213 teachers. Samples were taken using purposive technique of proportional random sampling, some 139 teachers. Techniques of analysis using multiple linear analysis testing, ² test, and hypothesis testing using t test.  Based on   the results  of  the  study  can  be  summarized  as follows:  professional  competence  has no  effect on teacher  performance,  Work Discipline  positive  and significant impact on  teacher  performance, Climate   Organizational   positive   and   significant   impact   on   teacher   performance,   Climate Organizational Professional Competence to strengthen the influence of teacher performance, and Organizational Climate Work Discipline strengthen the influence of the teachers performance. Keywords      : professional  competence,  discipline  work,  organizational  climate,  and teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of affective professional commitment and professionalcommitment to the normative organizational commitment moderated teacher idealization influence.The study population was a teacher at SMK Negeri Pati regency as many as 331 teachers. The totalsample of 140 respondents. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Dataanalysis using regression test berganda.Hasil research can be found that affect the professionalcommitment affective organizational commitment, professional commitment normative effect onorganizational commitment, idealization influence effect on organizational commitment. idealizationeffect of strengthening the influence of affective professional commitment to organizationalcommitment. Abstract

This research is intended to examine the influence of motivation intrinsic and emotional intelligence to the state senior high school teachers’ work performance with the moderation of transformational leadership style. The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. The usage of this research is to explain and expand the previous research about the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. This research used the population of 116 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The technique of sample collection used in this research is non-probability sampling with the purposive method. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi. Based on the research result can be conduded that: intrinsic motivation influences teachers’ work performance, emotional intelligence influences the teachers’ work performance, transformational leadership style do not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation to teachers’ work performance, , transformational leadership style strengthen the influence of emotional intelligence to the teachers’ workperformance.Key words : intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership style, teachers’ work performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence and Motivation on TeacherPerformance moderated Principal Leadership (Studies in Teacher Private MTs Winong Districtof Pati regency). This study included in the quantitative research using survey method throughdescriptive analysis approach. This study whit a census tehnic where the sample size is equal tothe population of as many as 115 teachers, while the data is processed as many as 102 teachers.Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used arevalidity and reliability. Normality Test (1 Sample-KS) Classical Assumption Test (testheterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test(Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of competence and motivation towardorganizational climate moderated Teacher Performance (Studies in SMPMuhammadiyah of pati regency). This study included in the quantitative data withmengguna primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this study is in the form of questionnaires in which thepopulation of as many as 99 teachers, while the data is processed as a teacher.Measurements using a Likert scale with seven (7) alternative answers. Test instrumentsused are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient ofdetermination (R2) and the F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regressionanalysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i)Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Motivationpositive effect on teacher performance, (iii) organizational climate positive andsignificant impact on teacher performance, (iv) a positive organizational climate andsignikan on teacher performance, (v) strengthening the organizational climate influenceon the performance of the competence and motivation of teachers.Keywords: COMPETENCE, MOTIVATION, CLIMATE ORGANIZATION AND TEACHER PERFORMANCE

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the influence of self efficacy and resiliensi to the profesionalcomitment of the teachers of SMK Negeri in Pati regency with moderated by clan culture. The studypopulation were teachers of SMK in Pati regency. The sampling technique uses proportional randomsampling. The number of samples is calculated using the formula Slovin. Collecting data usingquestionnaires. The amount of data that can be analyzed as many as 140. The data were analyzed usingregression-based model of quasi moderator absolute difference. The results showed that (1) professionalcompetence influence on teacher performance, (2) professional commitments do not affect the performanceof teachers, (3) organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers, (4) organizational culturemoderated the effect of professional competence on teacher performance (5) organizational culturemoderated the effect of professional commitment to teacher performance.Keywords : self efficacy, resiliensy, clan culture, profesional comitment

Abstract

The aims of the study are to determine: the effect of professional competence toward teacher’s performance, the effect of social capital toward the teacher’s performance, the effect oftransformational leadership toward the teacher’s performance, Does transformational leadership moderates the effect of professional competence toward teacher performance, Does thetransformational leadership moderates the effect of social capital toward the elementary teachers’ performance throughout the District of Doro in Pekalongan regency. This research is conductedto the entire elementary school teacher in district Doro in Pekalongan Regency. This research takes 142 elementary teachers as the sample. The sample is chosen byusing Professional sampling. This research uses statistical techniques by doing the validation test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumptions, and test the feasibility of the modelBased on the survey results it is revealed that the professional competence gives significant and positive impact on teacher performance, social capital does not affect theperformance of teachers, leadership transformational gives positive and significant impact on teacher performance, leadership transformational does not moderate the influence of theprofessional competence of the teacher performance, and leadership transformational moderate the influence of social capital on teacher performance.Keywords: Professional Competence, Social Capital, transformational leadership and teacher performance.

Abstract

The goal of this observation is to know influence of relational social capital and the cognitive theextra role of teacher performance moderated organizational culture (special studies on teacher of vocationalhigh school of Pati district). Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of workmotivation and teacher competence on teacher performance transformationalleadership moderated Principal at Madrasah Aliyah teacher in District WinongPati regency.Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who worked inMadrasah Aliyah in District Winong of Pati regency, amounting to 83 people asrespondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing thevalidity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testingmoderation.The results showed that; work motivation has positive and significant effecton teachers performance, teacher competence has positive and significant impacton teacher performance, transformational leadership has positive and significantimpact on teacher performance, the effect work motivation on teachersperformance moderated by transformational leadership, and the influence ofteacher competence on teachers’ performance moderated by transformationalleadership at Madrasah Aliyah in District Winong of Pati regency.Keywords: work motivation, teacher competence, transformational leadership,teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moderating influence of the principal supervision of organizational commitment and personal competence of the teacher's performance in MTs.N Pati . The research was conducted on the teacher at MTs in Pati as many as 109 respondents , using the data collected by the census technique . A statistical technique is used to test the validity of the component matrix , Cronbach alpha reliability test , test with the adjusted r ² r square and t tests .   Test results obtained hypothesized that 1 ) no significant effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance , 2 ) the competence of the teacher 's personality and a significant positive effect on teacher performance , 3 ) supervision of the principal positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers , 4 ) Supervision of the principal does not moderate the effect of commitment to teacher performance , and 5 ) the principal supervision does not moderate the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance in MTs N Pati .
