Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligenceon the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regency withorganizational culture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect ofintrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers who aremoderated by the role of organizational culture. The usefulness of this study is to clarifyand extend previous research on the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotionalintelligence on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with interaction quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, emotional intelligence does notaffect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect theperformance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance ismoderated by organizational culture, and there is the influence of emotional intelligenceon performance teachers are moderated by organizational culture.Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, Performance teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers , how the influence of professional competency on the performance of teachers , how theinfluence of leadership tranformasional on the performance of teachers , whether transformational leadership motivation moderating influence on the performance of teachers , and whethertransformational leadership moderating the influence of professional competency on the performance of teachers .The population in this research was of primary school teachers who arecivil servants of Dindikbud in Talun Pekalongan District , with proportional technique random sampling obtained samples from 134 people as respondents .Data analyzed by regression analystworship of idols. The results of the study can be concluded motivation have had a positive impact and significant impact on performance of teachers, professional competency have had a positiveimpact significant impact on performance of teachers, leadership transformational have had a positive impact and significant impact on performance of teachers, leadership transformationalmoderating influence motivation of the performance of teachers, and leadership transformational not moderating the influence of professional competency of the performance of teachers.Keywords: motivation , professional competency , transformational leadership and performance teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to know how influence intrinsic motivation on teacher performance, how influence transformational leadhership influence on teacher performance, how influence culturerole organizational influence on teacher performance, how influence transformational leadhership moderation intrinsic motivation impact on teacher performance, and how influence culture roleorganizational moderation pedagogic competence impact on teacher performance. In this study population on Teacher in Doro Subdistrict Regency Pekalongan, while the samples used as many142 people as respondents to the random sampling proportional technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation influence on teacher performance, transformational leadership not influence on teacher performance, culture role organizational significant positif influence on teacherperformance, transformational leadership not moderation intrinsic motivation impact on teacher performance, and culture role organizational not moderation intrinsic motivation impact onteacher performance. Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Culture Role Organizational, and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, professional competence, organizational culture on teacher performance and to analyze the influence of organizational culture in moderating the influence of motivation and professional competence on the performance of government school teachers in SMA as the city of Tegal. The object of this research is all teachers were civil servants in SMA as the city of Tegal. This research uses a quantitative research with a sample of 154 teachers. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study examined the role of the Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture Intrinsic Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance of State High School Teachers in District Taman. The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the Moderating Role of Organizational Culture Influence Intrinsic Motivation , Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance Teachers in District Taman. This study describes the usability and extend previous research on the Effect of Intrinsic Motivation Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance Master. The population in this study were high school teachers in the district Taman  State totaling 156 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test the moderating effects. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance. Emotional intelligence has is not positive and not significant impact on performance. Competence Professionel has a positive and significant impact on performance .. Organizational culture moderates the effect of intrinsic motivation has an effect on performance is not positive and not significant. While organizational culture moderates the influence of emotional intelligence is not significant to the performance of teachers. Organizational culture moderates the effec of competence professional is not significant to the performance of theachers..Keywords : organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, competence professional, performance and moderation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizationalcommitment to job satisfaction mediated UPT performance of teachers in the Departmentof Education and Culture Doro Pekalongan. The population in this study were allprimary school teacher (SD) in the Department of Education and Culture Unit DoroPekalongan as much as 219 people. Sampling this study using a sampling techniqueproportional sampling is a way of sampling by selecting each sampling unit inaccordance with the size of the sampling unit so that the study sample is 142 people.Hypothesis testing is done by using the direct hypothesis testing and test mediation. Theresults showed that motivation significant and positive impact on teacher performance,organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance,motivation significant and positive impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitmentsignificant and positive impact on job satisfaction, teacher performance significant andpositive impact on satisfaction work, the performance of teachers do not mediate theeffect of motivation on job satisfaction, teacher performance does not mediate the effectof organizational commitment on job satisfaction.Keywords: motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on theperformance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives ofthis study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personalityand motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated.This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior HighSchool (MTs Swasta) Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Samplingtechniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolutedifference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: personality has asignificant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderatethe influence of personality and motivation on the teacher’s performance.Keywords: personality, motivation, organizational culture, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effectof labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated bythe role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extendprevious research on the effect of labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacherperformance are moderated working environment.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on MTs teachers performance in Kedungwuni districtof Pekalongan regency. Research was conducted MTs teachers in Kedungwuni district as many as 141 people using the population research. The statistical analyze used by the validity test,reliability test, normality test, classical assumptions, goodness of fit model and hypothesis test. Based on the survey results revealed that the motivation significant and positive impact onteachers performance; organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teachers performance; organizational culture significant and positive impact on teachers performance;organizational culture strengthen the effect of motivation on teachers performance and organizational culture strengthen the influence of organizational commitment to teachers performanceKeywords : motivation, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and the performance of teachers.

Abstract

Studies in this study about the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. The issues raised in this study were: (1) examine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. (2) to test whether organizational commitment mediates the organizational culture and motivation of the teachers performance. The population was 219 elementary school teachers in UPT Dindikbud Doro Pekalongan. Retrieval of data using the formula Slovin population. Using multiple regression analysis model. Results of the study: (1) organizational culture are statistically significant and potif toward organizational commitment, (2) motivation significant and positive impact on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture proved significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (4) motivation significant and positf on teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (6) organizational commitment mediates the effect is not proven organizational culture on teacher performance. (7) notproven organizational commitment mediates the effect of motivation on teacher performance.Keywords: organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance.
