Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and ProfessionalCompetence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School Patiregency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study wasto examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on theperformance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsicmotivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderatedthe organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High SchoolPati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with difference quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsicmotivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and theinfluence of professional competence on performance teachers does not moderated byorganizational culture.Keywords: intrinsic motivation , professional competence, organizational culture, performance teacher and moderation

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership andmotivation to work on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency with school climate moderated. The specific objectives of this study was toexamine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacherperformance that dmoderasi by climatic role. The usefulness of this study is to clarify andextend previous research on the effect of transformational leadership and motivation towork on teacher performance are moderated school climate.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is nonprobabilitysampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: transformationalleadership influence on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performanceof teachers, school climate affect the performance of the teacher, the influence oftransformational leadership on teacher performance is moderated by school climate, andthe effect on the performance of teachers work motivation is not moderated by schoolclimate.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, school climate, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of workmotivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance withorganizational climate as moderated variable in State Elementary School DistrictWinong of Pati regency.Sampling was done by purposive sampling method so that all teacherswho work in State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency totaling158 as respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study includetesting the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alphaformula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testingmoderation.The results showed that; work motivation has positive and significantimpact on teacher performance, organizational commitment has positive andsignificant effect on teacher performance, organizational climate has positive andsignificant impact on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation onteacher performance moderated by organizational climate, and the influence oforganizational commitment on teacher performance moderated by organizationalclimate at State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency.Keywords: work motivation, organizational commitment, organizational climate, teacher performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the quality of work life, the competence of the organizational commitment and job satisfaction as mediation Kajen nurse at General Hospital, as well as to prove the five hypothesis that the lift in this study. Researchers used several theories to explain the four variables consisting of definitions, dimensions and indicators as outlined in the questionnaire as a tool to search for primary data from respondents with Likert scale. Data obtained from the questionnaire in though and analyzed with SPSS and results: the quality of working life has positive effect on job satisfaction, competence significant effect on job satisfaction, satisfaction keja significant effect on organizational commitment, competence no significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediates the influence QWL the organizational commitment, but its direct effect greater job satisfaction mediates the full effect of competence to organizational commitment. An increase or decrease in the competence of nurses BLUDs RSU Kajen no direct impact on their organizational commitment, the higher the job satisfaction of nurses will increase the organizational commitment of nurses. Abstract

This study aimed to test the servant leadership, compensation effect on motivation, leadership and compensation does serve effect on organizational commitment, whether the motivation effect on organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of AIDS Commission in 35 districts and cities in Central Java, amounting to 140 employees and also AIDS Commission, Central Java Province, amounting to 12 people. So the total population used in this study were 152 employees. The sampling technique used is by using census sampling the entire population sampled. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership is a positive effect on employee motivation AIDS Commission in Central Java, the compensation has no effect on employee motivation, servant leadership has positive influence on organizational commitment on employee AIDS Commision in Central Java, motivation positive effect on organizational commitment, motivation proved to mediate the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment. Abstract

This study aims to know how influence intrinsic motivation on teacher performance, howinfluence pedagogic competence influence on teacher performance, how influence culture roleorganizational influence on teacher performance, how influence culture role organizational notmoderation intrinsic motivation impact on teacher performance, and how influence culture roleorganizational not moderation pedagogic competence impact on teacher performance. In thisstudy population on Teacher in Karangdadap Subdistrict Regency Pekalongan, while the samplesused as many 105 people as respondents to the cencus technique. Data were analyzed usingmultiple regression analysiS. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the role of the Leadership Principal Moderating Effect of Professional Competence and Motivation for Primary Teachers performance throughout the District Talun Pekalongan. In this study population all primary school teachers in the district Talun civil servants, whereas samples taken as many as 136 people as respondents with purposive sampling technique. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Professional Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Leadership Principal has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Leadership Principal does not moderate the influence of professional competence of the teacher performance, (v) Leadership Principal Work Discipline does not moderate influence on Teacher Performance.Keywords: Professional Competence, Motivation, Leadership of Headmaster and Performance Teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of professional competence, motivation, leadership principals on teacher performance and analyze the impact of school leadership in moderating the influence of professional competence and motivation to work on the performance of government school teachers in SMA as the city of Tegal. The object of this study was the entire government school teachers in SMA as the city of Tegal. This research uses a quantitative research with a sample of 153 teachers. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and achievementtowards self-efficacy of teachers which moderated the organizations culture. Theusefulness of this research is to explain and extend previous research on the effects ofemotional intelligence and achievement towards self-efficacy of teachers in whichmoderated the organizations culture.This study used a sample of teachers Junior High School in District Juwana Patiregency as many as 125 teachers. The sampling technique in this study is a randomsampling. The method used in this study is a quasi moderation regression with theabsolute value of the difference.Based on the results of this study concluded that emotional intelligence affect theefficacy of teacher. Achievement affect the efficacy of teacher. School culture affect theefficacy of teachers. Organizational culture moderates the effect of emotional intelligencethemselves against self-efficacy. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics andcompetence of the teachers performance with the mediation of job satisfaction inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents.Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and allquestionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used includetest validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach’s alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation.The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachershas positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics andcompetencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacherperformance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristicson teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of theinfluence on the performance of teachers competence.Keywords: job characteristics, competencies, job satisfaction, teacher performance
