Abstract

This study examined the effect of investment decision, funding decision and structure of ownership on the firm value (study at Manufacturing Companies Listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2009 until 2011 period). The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in span of years 2009–2011. Study sample is as much as 133 companies with 102 observations. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis to all hyphotesis.The results showed that the investment decision have a significant positive effect to firm value. Funding decision have a significant negative effect to firm value, and Structure of ownership have a significant positive effect to firm value. With Goodness of Fit Test showed that 77,6% investment decision, funding decision and structure of ownership given effect to firm value, while the rest equal to 22,4% influenced by others variable which do not check. Abstract

This study examined the effect of Price Earnings Ratio and Price to Book Value of Stock Returns (study at Manufacturing Companies Listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2009 until 2011 period). The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in span of years 2009–2011. Study sample is as much as 133 companies with 306 observations. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis to all hyphotesis.The results showed that Price Earnings Ratio have a significant positive effect to Stock Returns. Price to Book Value have a significant negative effect to Stock Returns. With Goodness of Fit Test showed that Price Earnings Ratio and Price to Book Value given effect to Stock Returns. Abstract

Career plateau is a point in a career that is likely to get very little promotion hierarchy. Someone will have a career plateau due to employee dissatisfaction and low competitiveness of the organization. Career plateau phenomenon in PT. Mayapada Semarang branch contained 20% of employees are not able to increase his career. It is influenced because of the lack of supervisor support and motivation that exist within the PT. Mayapada Bank Branch Semarang. The purpose of research is to analyze the support and motivation to work with the boss mediation job satisfaction on employee career at Bank Mayapada Plateau Branch Semarang. The population inthis study wereemployees ofBankBranchSemarang, without elaborating. Samplingtechniquein this studyisusingpurposivesamplingwith a sample of93people. Analysis tools usedin this studyusing multiple linear regression. The results of this study it can be concluded that support supervisor and work motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Supervisor support, work motivation and job satisfaction negatively affect employee career plateau. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of supervisor support and motivation to work towards a career plateau Mayapada Bank Branch employees Semarang. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of supervisor support and job characteristics on the performance of an employee health center Eks Kawedanan Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang with organizational commitment as mediation. Here is the entire population at the clinic former paramedic Eks Kawedanan Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique that is not based on the sampling strata, random, or a region but is based on a specific destination using the criteria. Criteria respondents is as follows: Employees with a minimum educational background D3 with a minimum tenure of 3 years. Mechanical testing data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, F test and the test of significance, test the mediating effect to validate the research hypothesis.Research shows that the ability of the model to correctly describe relations supervisor support variables, job characteristics and organizational commitment influence the employee's performance.Key words : supervisor support, job characteristics, organizational commitment and employees performance

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of Fiscal Stress for Fiscal Independence Regional Fiscal Stress effect on the growth of Capital Expenditures; Regional Fiscal Independence influence on the growth of Capital Expenditures and Fiscal Stress effect on capital expenditures through Regional Fiscal Independence. The research was conducted in 8 districts of Central Java Province dominant industry non migas sectors is Regency of Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Kudus, Jepara, Semarang, Kendal, Batang and Pekalongan. The data used and the realization of the budget target of 2005 to 2012. Data obtained from the report government finance statistics published Central Java Central Agency of Statistics (Biro Pusat Statistik/BPS), Central Java. Then the normality test data and followed by linear regression analysis with a model of mediation. Fiscal Stress research found that direct negative effect on Regional Fiscal Independence (β=-0.323; sig=0.020 < α=5%). The negative path coefficients provide information if Fiscal Stress increases the reliance on central funds (Dana Alokasi Umum/DAU) decreases and vice versa if the Fiscal Stress decreases the dependence on central grants (Dana Alokasi Umum/DAU) is increasing. Fiscal Stress has positive and direct impact on Capital Expenditures (β=0.480; sig=0.001 < α=5%). This marked a positive path coefficients provide information if Fiscal Stress increases, Capital Expenditures increased and vice versa if the Fiscal Stress decreases the Capital Expenditures in decline. Fiscal Independence Regional positive and direct impact on Capital Expenditures (β=0.412; sig=0.002 < α=5%). This marked a positive path coefficients provide information if the Regional Fiscal Independence increases, capital expenditures increased and vice versa if the area decreases the Fiscal Independence Capital Expenditures also decreased. Fiscal Stress has a direct impact on Capital Expenditures and has no direct effect of -0.133. So overall Fiscal Stress affects Capital Expenditures through Regional Fiscal Independence of ​​0.347. Abstract

The optimality insufficient of immunisation employee’s performance is warked with six puskesmas / health centre which yet has been fullfil the range target of UCI. There is still a KIPI case, the lack of optimality of employee’s awareness in doing serving to society. Another problem toward officer’s immunisation’s performance in DKK Pati / health office of Pati regency is that there is 2 KIPI case. KIPI case is an indicator that immunisation officer’s performance in DKK Pat / health office of Pati Regency is not optimal (DKK Pati year 2012). This study has anain to know the influence of competency and compensation toward employee’s performance with job satisfaction mediation in immunisation worker in DKK Pati. The study has been done toward 143 immunisation worker in Puskesmas Pati Regency. Sampling technique using purposive sampling and taking civil servant workers who has ever join an immunisation training about 104 person. Statistics technique which is used is validity test with matrix component, Reliability test which alfa cronbach, double regresion analysis, t test and r2 test with adjusted r square. The result of the study is known that competency has an influence toward job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive influence toward job satisfaction. Competency has a positive influence toward performance. Compensation has an influence toward performance. Job satisfaction has a positive toward the performance of immunisation worker in DKK Pati. Job satisfaction doesn’t bring mediation of competency influence toward immunisation worker’s performance in DKK Pati. Job satisfaction doesn’t bring mediation of compensation influence toward immunisation worker’s performance in DKK Pati. Keyword : Competency, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of work motivation and leadership style on employee job satisfaction through Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees at PT. Sari clumps Medini Kendal. Population of 149 people, with purposive sampling technique sampling obtained a sample of 102 employees. Techniques of data analysis: test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Alpha Chrombach, model test with Adjusted R2 and F-test, hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression and t test. The results: motivation and leadership style has a positive effect on jobnsatisfaction of employees, either directly or through mediation Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Keywords: Motivation, Leadership Style, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of Self Efficacy and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction with mediation Motivation. This study aims to provide empirical evidence that Self Efficacy effect on Motivation, provide empirical evidence that the effect on Motivation Empowerment, Self Efficacy effect on Job Satisfaction, Empowerment effect on Job Satisfaction and Motivation effect on Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of the central office of the Department of Highways Central Java province's status as a civil servant in the sample is determined by purposive sampling method ie method of sampling based on certain criteria. In this study sampled criteria are Civil Servants which is at least high school or equivalent qualified and have had work experience of at least 1 (one) year. This study is a survey research and data required in this study is primary data with the questionnaire as research instrument that is distributed directly to the respondents. The data processing used in the analysis include validity, reliability test, regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. Results of this study indicate that Self Efficacy and Empowerment positive and significant impact on employee Motivation Highways Agency Central Java Province, Self Efficacy and Empowerment positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction Employee Department of Highways Central Java Province, as well as the positive influence motivation and significant impact on Employee Job Satisfaction Highways Agency Central Java Province. Abstract

This study has an ain reveal the influence of compensation and communication toward the employee’s performance with organization culture as a mediation (Study in Puskesmas / Health Centre eks Kawedanan Pati). This study has been done toward 163 civil servant in eks kawedanan Pati. Sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling and taking an employee who has been working at least 4 years about 121 person. The statistic technique which has been used is a validity test with reliability test matrix component with alfa cronbach, double analytical regrestion, t test and r2 test with adjusted r square. The result of the study is known that compensation influencing toward organization culture. Communication has a positive influence toward organization culture. Compensation has a positive influence toward employee’s performance in puskesmas exs kawedanan Pati. Communication has an influence toward employee’s performance in puskesmas exs kawedanan Pati. Organization culture has a positive influence toward employee’s performance in puskesmas exs kawedanan Pati. Organization culture doesn’t bring mediation to the compensation influence with the employee’s performance in puskesmas exs kawedanan Pati. Organization culture doesn’t bring mediation t the communication influence toward employee’s performance in puskesmas exs kawedanan Pati.
