Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership andmotivation to work on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency with school climate moderated. The specific objectives of this study was toexamine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacherperformance that dmoderasi by climatic role. The usefulness of this study is to clarify andextend previous research on the effect of transformational leadership and motivation towork on teacher performance are moderated school climate.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is nonprobabilitysampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: transformationalleadership influence on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performanceof teachers, school climate affect the performance of the teacher, the influence oftransformational leadership on teacher performance is moderated by school climate, andthe effect on the performance of teachers' work motivation is not moderated by schoolclimate.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, school climate, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics andcompetence of the teacher's performance with the mediation of job satisfaction inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents.Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and allquestionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used includetest validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach’s alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation.The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachershas positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics andcompetencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacherperformance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristicson teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of theinfluence on the performance of teachers' competence.Keywords: job characteristics, competencies, job satisfaction, teacher performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on theperformance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives ofthis study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personalityand motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated.This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior HighSchool (MTs Swasta) Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Samplingtechniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolutedifference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: personality has asignificant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderatethe influence of personality and motivation on the teacher’s performance.Keywords: personality, motivation, organizational culture, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence and Motivation on TeacherPerformance moderated Principal Leadership (Studies in Teacher Private MTs Winong Districtof Pati regency). This study included in the quantitative research using survey method throughdescriptive analysis approach. This study whit a census tehnic where the sample size is equal tothe population of as many as 115 teachers, while the data is processed as many as 102 teachers.Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used arevalidity and reliability. Normality Test (1 Sample-KS) Classical Assumption Test (testheterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test(Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of workmotivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance withorganizational climate as moderated variable in State Elementary School DistrictWinong of Pati regency.Sampling was done by purposive sampling method so that all teacherswho work in State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency totaling158 as respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study includetesting the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alphaformula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testingmoderation.The results showed that; work motivation has positive and significantimpact on teacher performance, organizational commitment has positive andsignificant effect on teacher performance, organizational climate has positive andsignificant impact on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation onteacher performance moderated by organizational climate, and the influence oforganizational commitment on teacher performance moderated by organizationalclimate at State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency.Keywords: work motivation, organizational commitment, organizational climate, teacher performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligenceon the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regency withorganizational culture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect ofintrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers who aremoderated by the role of organizational culture. The usefulness of this study is to clarifyand extend previous research on the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotionalintelligence on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with interaction quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, emotional intelligence does notaffect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect theperformance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance ismoderated by organizational culture, and there is the influence of emotional intelligenceon performance teachers are moderated by organizational culture.Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, Performance teacher.

Abstract

The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effectof labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated bythe role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extendprevious research on the effect of labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacherperformance are moderated working environment.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this research is proportional to thepurposive sampling method.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows labor disciplineeffect on the performance of teachers, teacher competence has no effect on theperformance of the teacher, the work environment affect the performance of teachers,working environment weaken labor discipline relation to the performance, and the workenvironment does not affect the relationship of teacher competence on performance.Keywords: work discipline, teacher competence, work environment, the performance of teachers.

Abstract

Abstract

This research purposed to examine motivation influence teacher’s competence about the job of SMAN 1 Jakenan teacher be mediated by organizational commitment.The spesific purpose of this research is to examine organizational commitment role in job motivation influence and teacher competence through the teacher’s work.The useful of this research is to explaint and enlarge the reseach before about organizational commitment role mediated job motivation influence and teacher’s competence about the teacher’s work.This research use the sum of SMA N 1 Jakenan teachers in Pati regency about 70 teachers.The sample removal technic in this reseach is by census technic,its mean that we use all of the sample. According to the reseach, we can conclude that: job motivation have positivs influence and significant to organizational commitment,teacher competence have positive influence and significant to organizational commitment, job motivation don’t have influence to teache’r work, teacher competence have positive influence and significant to techer’s work, organizational commitment mediation effec of motivation of the teacher’s work, organizational commitment doesnot mediate to the effect of teacher competence of the teacher’s work.
