Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the quality of work life, the competence of the organizational commitment and job satisfaction as mediation Kajen nurse at General Hospital, as well as to prove the five hypothesis that the lift in this study. Researchers used several theories to explain the four variables consisting of definitions, dimensions and indicators as outlined in the questionnaire as a tool to search for primary data from respondents with Likert scale. Data obtained from the questionnaire in though and analyzed with SPSS and results: the quality of working life has positive effect on job satisfaction, competence significant effect on job satisfaction, satisfaction keja significant effect on organizational commitment, competence no significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediates the influence QWL the organizational commitment, but its direct effect greater job satisfaction mediates the full effect of competence to organizational commitment. An increase or decrease in the competence of nurses BLUDs RSU Kajen no direct impact on their organizational commitment, the higher the job satisfaction of nurses will increase the organizational commitment of nurses. Abstract

This study aims to examine, test and analyze whether the principal role oftransformational leadership and organizational culture moderates the intrinsic motivation onteacher performance.Population and sample are high school teachers in the State Pemalang south by 110people. The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to thequestionnaire. The research method used Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA)-type quasimoderator, The method of data analysis using computer software approach with SPSS forWindows version 19.The results showed that the role of transformational leadership strengthens the influenceof intrinsic motivation on teacher performance, as well as weaken the influence of organizationalculture on the performance of teachers' intrinsic motivation.Keywords: transformational leadership principals, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation,teacher performance

Abstract

This study was to examine the transformational leadership and work environment moderate the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance. Usefulness of the research is to explain and extend previous research on transformational leadership and work environment moderate the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance. The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The results showed that transformational leadership moderates the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance and the work environment moderate the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance. Abstract

Hospital has a social function. Beside That, hospital has economic function aimed at obtaining profits. With the increasing number of existing hospitals and increasing the range of services provided by various hospitals, it made increasingly add to the competition in the healthcare business also. RS Bhayangkara Semarang which incidentally is type B hospital which was established to serve the interests of the health of police officers in particular and society in general are required to serve consumers ( patients ) as well as possible. With this study writer expect RS Bhayangkara Semarang can improve their services and to compete with other hospitals in an effort to serve the needs of society in terms of health . This study aims to analyze quality of service and rates provided by RS Bahyangkara Semarang as independent variables on satisfaction , loyalty and commitment relational RS Bhayangkara Semarang as the dependent variable. Sampling technique taken with accidental sampling , with the population is a member of the Police. Observed samples taken while the patient is ambulatory and inpatient . While the number of samples taken amounted to 119 pieces . From the data analysis it can be concluded ( 1 ) the quality of services and rates have a positive effect on patient satisfaction ( 2 ) the higher patient satisfaction , the loyalty will increase ( 3 ) the higher patient satisfaction , the relational commitment will increase ( 4 ) more high loyalty , then the relational commitment will increase. Abstract

Human needs are always developing in accordance with the developments of technology and communication. The high number of BlackBerry users in Indonesia is an interesting phenomenon when compared to mobile phone users in developed countries. On one side consumers are not those who need BlackBerry as a push mail device, on the other hand the name of BlackBerry in Indonesia is very dominant and has very strong brand equity if it is compared to other mobile phone brands. Semarang has a relatively high number of BlackBerry users. But social fact shows that BlackBerry is only reachable for the middle to upper class segment. Thus, Chinese mobile phone manufacturers take an attitude by launching mobile phone which has the same features as BlackBerry that is Blackberry Black Market or BlackBerry BM in brief. As a follower product, it always appears the same features with the pioneer products which are often sold but it has 50% lower price. Same features and cheaper price become the mainstay for China mobile phone (BM) to cut the growth in modern mobile phone sales such as authorized BlackBerry product. In accordance with the phenomenon of declining BlackBerry sales growth, it is presumably caused by low brand loyalty and equity.The population in this study is all BlackBerry users in Semarang but the amount is not known precisely. While the samples are taken by using purposive sampling method that is sampling method based on specific criteria. This study establishes minimum criteria by coming twice and making an appointment with 3 Service Centres. This is done because the measurement of service quality has the indicators of timeliness in fulfilling the appointment with the customers. Based on the service center data there are 117 customers who had come at least twice to the BlackBerry service center.Based on the analysis that has been conducted before, this study concluded ;( 1 ) it is proven that Brand image gives positive effect on brand loyalty , it means that a better brand image will increase the brand loyalty,( 2 ) Service quality gives positive effect on brand loyalty ,it means a better service quality will increase brand loyalty, ( 3 ) Perceived value has positive effect on brand loyalty , it means the better perceived value, the better brand loyalty , and ( 4 ) brand loyalty gives positive effect on brand equity , thus, a better brand loyalty will improve the brand equit Keywords: brand image, service quality, perceived value, brand loyalty and brand equity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the influence of education and training, social capital and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction Secretariat General Affairs Section Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province. To examine the effect of organizational commitment mediates the influence of education and training in employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediates the effect of social capital on job satisfaction of employees of General Affairs Section Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province. In this study population used is the General Affairs Section Secretariat of Central Java province, amounting to 130 people. The samples are part of the population that is used as an object of research headcount above 130 people. The determination of the number of samples by using purposive sampling technique sapling which means sampling based on certain criteria that an employee who has a minimum term of 5 years . Based on these criteria produced a sample of 110 respondents. Pursuant to result of research which have been conducted by hence can know by training and education have an effect on positive to organizational commitment. Social capital have an effect on to organizational commitment. Training education have an effect on positive to satisfaction of job. Social capital have an effect on to satisfaction of job. Organizational Commitment have an effect on to satisfaction of job. Organizational Commitment do not education mediate and training to satisfaction work because indirect influence smaller than at direct influence. Organizational Commitment do not social capital mediate to satisfaction work because indirect influence smaller than at direct influence. Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of transformational leadership and empowerment on organizational commitment through employee satisfaction. The study was conducted by taking object on the employees in the Department of Industry of Central Java Province. Data was collected using surveys, using purposive sampling, with the minimum criteria tenure of 3 years, which amounts to 85 people. Analysis of Linear Regression is used. The hypothesis has been demonstrated only 4 of 5 hypothesis, so there are 1 unsupported hypothesis. The study found that organizational commitment can be achieved in two ways, namely (1) is influenced directly by the leadership, it means that transformational leaders may have reflected the intellectual stimulation turns will be able to create organizational commitment (2) indirectly affected by empowerment through job satisfaction, meaning when employees feel empowered they will feel satisfied of the work, so that they will commit to the organization. Abstract

This study examined the effect of disclosure of Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Debt To Equity ratio (DER), and Return On Asset (ROA) To Earning. The research objective is to find empirical evidence of (a) the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) to Earning,(b) the influence of the Total Asset Turnover (TAT)to Earning, (c) the influence of the Debt To Equity ratio (DER) to Earning, (d) the influence of the Return On Asset (ROA) to Earning.The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in span of years 2009–2011. Study sample is as much as 46 companies with 138 observations. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis to all hyphotesis.The results showed that the Current Ratio (CR) have an effect but not significan to Earning. Total Asset Turnover (TAT) have an effect but not significan to Earning, Debt To Equity ratio (DER), have a negative effect to Earning, and Return On Asset (ROA) have a significant effect to Earning. With Goodness of Fit Test showed that 48,8% Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Debt To Equity ratio (DER), and Return On Asset (ROA) given effect to Earning, while the rest equal to 51,8% influenced by others variable which do not check.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of earnings management, managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value and managerial ownership, and examines the role of institutional ownership in moderate earnings management on firm value.Sample in this study is a manufacturing sector that has been listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange, which publishes annual financial statements during the observation period 2009, 2010 and 2011, which have data institutional ownership and managerial ownership and always make a profit. Data analysis using classical assumption, normality test, mulcollinearity, autocorrelation test and test heterokedastisitas, hypothesis testing using multiple regression.The result of this study indicate that earnings management, managerial ownership and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. Managerial ownership doen not moderate the relationship between earning management and corporate value, while institutional ownership moderates the relationship between earnings management and firm value.
