Abstract

This study was done to examine the influence of the institution image and service quality toward student's satisfaction and the its implication image on student relational commitment and the impacts to positive word of mouth. This study was done to STEKOM students in Semarang. The amaount of respondents were 131students. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique based on criteria and consideration determined by researcher with software SPSS. V19. The result were ; 1. The institution image owned wholy accepted and gave positive impact to students. 2. The intense of service quality will influencepositively to a very high of students' satisfaction. 3. The high satisfaction was gained from service and institution image will influence positively to student relational commitment. 4. Relational commitment gave the close relationship among the students toward the institution was influenceful and created cooperation through positive word of mouth behaviour. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of work life, culture organizational and leadership serves on job satisfaction on employee and hospital of medical Islam Kendal. The population in this study were all employees of the medical part and supporting part of the hospital of medical Islam Kendal district. The sample in this study of 115 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis were first tested the validity and reliability. From the results of regression analysis shows that the quality of work life and make positive significant effect on job satisfaction, culture organizational make positive significant impact on job satisfaction and leadership serves positive significant impact on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of personality, quality of work life, towards organizational citizenship   leadership pada Dosen Stekom Semarang, from the results of regression analysis showed that personality variables (X1), quality of work life (X2) together influence on organizational citizenship behavior (Y1). With personality (X1) is the variable most positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior followed by the quality of work life. Both of these variables are able to explain Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the rest is explained by other variables outside of the model, for example, motivation, leadership and others. Results of the calculation coefficient of determination in model II shows that the Servant Leadership does not moderate the effect of variable Personality with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Results of the calculation coefficient of determination in model III shows that the Servant Leadership does not moderate the effect of variable Quality of Work Life with Organizational Citizenship Behavior Keywords: personality, quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors affecting financial performance Conventional Rural Banks Local Government in Central Java. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data obtained a total population of 46 companies with a total of 138 samples of Conventional Rural Banks Local Government in Central Java, published by BI. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the least square equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistic to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the effect together with the level of significance of 5%. The analysis showed that the variables of capital adequacy and Size a significant negative effect on the financial performance of BPR. Asset quality and loan to deposit ratio has a positive correlation, but not significant to the financial performance of BPR. Credit risk has no significant negative correlation to financial performance BPR. Keywords: capital adequacy, asset quality, credit risk, loan to deposit ratio, Size and financial performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze (1) Is the effect of quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior? (2). What effects on the psychological well-being of Organizational Citizenship Behavior? (3). Is resistance to change moderating influence quality of work life  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior? (4). Is resistance to change moderating influence of psychological well-being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior?. Population and sample of this research are civil servants (PNS) Financial Bureau Secretariat of the Province of Central Java as many as 126 people. The sampling method used is the census sampling techniques. Census sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Technical analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis method, validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through the study of documentation and questionnaires measurement using a scale linkert and be treated dolah in statistiik with SPSS 19.0 for Windows, the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. From the analysis conducted this study concluded that:. (1) Quality of Work Life positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability variable Quality of Work Life  of 0.000 <0.05 and t value of 6.629> t table 1,979. (2). Psychological wellbeing positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability Psychological Welfare variable of 0.000 <0.05 and t value of 6.835> t table 1,979. (3). Resistance to Change is not able to moderate the influence of Quality of Work Life  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability variable Resistance to Change at 0.099> 0.05 and t value of -1.664 <t table 1,979. (4). Resistance to Change may moderate the influence of Psychological Welfare on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability variable Resistance To Change 0.000 <0.05 and t value of 3.655> t table 1,979. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Leader Member Exchange and Organizational Citizenshipship Behavior Mediated Performance Against Job Satisfaction. In this study, the population of all employees of the Department of Health at the health center employees Tersono, Gringsing I and Limpung. Medium samples were collected based kuseioner many as 134 people who entered as a respondent to the census method. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Leader Member Exchange positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (ii) employ Engagement positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (iii) Leader Member Exchange is not positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior , (iv) employ Engagement is not positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (v) Job Satisfaction positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (vi) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of Leader Member Exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and (vii) Satisfaction Work mediate the effect employ Citizenship Engagement on Organizational Behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh karakteristik bank dalam hal kekuatan monitoring, risiko bank yang meliputi modal, non-performing loan, loan/deposit ratio dan ukuran bank dalam hal total aset terhadap spread suku bunga, studi pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat se Eks-Karesidenan Pekalongan periode 2012 – 2014. Variabel dependen adalah spread suku bunga yang di proxy dengan net interest margin (NIM). Independen variabel adalah kekuatan monitoring, modal, non-performing loan, loan/deposit ratio, dan total aset,  data diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Publikasi yang di-upload pada www.BI.go.id. Analisis menggunakan model regresi linear untuk mengestimasi dampak berbagai variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasi bahwa kekuatan monitoring positif signifikan, modal negatif signifikan, non-performing loan negatif tidak signifikan, loan/deposit ratio negatif tidak signifikan, dan aset negatif signifikan terhadap net interest margin. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of "Organizational Commitment And Work To Performance Through Quality of Work Life Satisfaction As Mediation (Study at PT. Gadar Medical Indonesia)" the research was sample as 134 people, using the data collected by the census technique. Data Analysis technique used is the test of the validity of the matrix component, with alfha cronbach reliabilias test, multiple regression analysis, t test and r2 with adjusted R-square. The results showed organizational commitment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and significant positive effect on performance, quality of work life is positive and significant effect on performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction organizational commitment mediates the performance and job satisfaction are also mediate on the performance quality of work life Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Quality of Work Life, Job Satisfaction and Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of life satisfaction and social capital mediated organizational citizenship behavior on the performance task research population is the Head of State Elementary School in Batang by taking the entire data population of 441. Mechanical test data using validity, reliability, classical assumption test, regression analysis and test mediation. The results showed that the variable life satisfaction is not proven effect on the performance of a task, while social capital has an influence on the performance of tasks. In addition, this study also shows that social capital is owned by someone would be more effective influence on the performance of his duties when mediated organizational citizenship behavior.. Key word : life satisfaction, social capital, organizational citizenship behavior and task performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Effect of Work Motivation and Emotional Intelligence on teachers’ Performance Mediated by the Organizational Commitment In Vocational High School in Texmaco Foundation of Science and Technology Development Center. This study is an explanatory research which is aimed at explaining the influence of variables of the research and testing the hypothyses of the study formulated. In this study, the population is all Texmaco vocational high school teachers in the Texmaco Foundation of Science and Technology Development Center. ,while the sample used in this study is 129 people as the respondents by using proporsionate accidental sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents are from the full-time and part-time teachers of Texmaco Vocational High School Semarang. The measurement was done by using a Likert scale with seven (7) alternative answers. The test instrument used in this study was the validity and reliability, normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test. In addition, the hypothesis test used the regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be summarized as follows: the motivation has the positive and significant impact to the Organizational Commitment, the Emotional Intelligence does not affect to the Organizational Commitment, the Work Motivation also has the positive and significant impact on the teacher performance, Emotional intelligence does not affect the Teacher Performance, the Organizational Commitment affects the Teacher Performance and it does not mediate the effect of motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers performance.
