Abstract

The effect of job characteristics and po fit on employee performance with OCB mediation at PT.Wirasta Guna Mandiri Semarang. Good performance requires employees are not just doing the basic job description but also working that is outside the main job. It is called extra role performance that is not instantly recognizable in a formal work system that supports effective functioning of the organization. OCB is a kind of employees contribution that exceeds the demands of their role in the workplace and they get reward by the acquisition of task performance. This behavior illustrates the added value of employees and it is one of prosocial. The leader’s job won’t be difficult if there are employees with high OCB. This study aims to determine whether the effect of Job Characteristics and Person Organizatinal Fit to employee performance with the mediation of OCB at PT.Wirasta Guna mandiri semarang. This research provides empirical evidence as follows: (1) The characteristics of the work and Po Fit have positive effect related to OCB (2) OCB, job characteristics and Po fit have positive effect related to employee performance (3) OCB mediate job characteristics and employee performance (4) OCB does not mediate Po Fit and employee performance. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and organizational commitment to the lecturer’s performance on maritime higher education in Semarang moderated by leadership style. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, instrument quality test, moderated regression analysis by absolute difference, classic assumptions test, model fit test, and hypothesis test. Result of research shows that competence has significant and positive influence to the lecturer’s performance. Meanwhile, organizational commitment and leadership style do not influence the performance. Leadership style also founded does not moderate the influence of competence and organizational commitment to the performance. The equation model of moderated regression generated by this research formulated as Y = 0,532X1 + 0,178X2 – 0,106Z – 0,097|X1-Z| – 0,027|X2-Z|. Data distribution is stated as normal and the model fulfil classic assumptions. Competence, organizational commitment, and leadership style simultaneously influence the performance at 33,8%. Abstract

In achieving the objectives of the organization, of course, must take into consideration several factors that influence performance. Among them is communication, compensation, organizational commitment and motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of communication on motivation, compensation effect on motivation, communication influence on organizational commitment, influence of compensation on organizational commitment, communication influence on the performance, the effect of compensation to performance, the effect of motivation on the performance and influence of organizational commitment to performance. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Employment Board Central Java Province some 167 people. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method in which sampling based on predetermined criteria. Data processing was performed using SPSS 19.0. The analysis used in this research are descriptive statistics, test instruments and multiple linear regression. Conclusions from the study indicate that communication has a positive and significant impact on the motivation, compensation has a positive and significant impact on the motivation, communication has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, communication has a positive and significant impact on the performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Role Of Academic Supervision Moderate The Influence Of Discipline And Motivation On The Performance On Secondary School Teachers In Distric Trunk. In this study is 139 respondents  this study is  explanatory research. By all the criteria of senior high school SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 05 teachers Semarang. Measurements use a likert scale of five alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis test used in this study uses  regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Motivation effect no effect on teacher performance, Academic Supervision positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Academic Supervision doesn’t moderate influence discipline on teacher performance, Academic Supervision doesn’t moderate influence motivation on teacher Performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Good corporate governance diukur dengan kepemilikan institusional, konsentrasi kepemilikan, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan (size). Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 270 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling selama periode penelitian, tahun 2009-2013. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah regresi berganda dengan SPSS 16. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan dan size berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Namun, variabel lainnya yaitu leverage tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kata kunci:    Kepemilikan institusional, konsentrasi kepemilikan, leverage, size, ROA.

Abstract

This study was to investigate the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee motivation in PD. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat BKK Taman Kabupaten Pemalang. The purpose of this research is the Test and analyze the effect of empowerment on employee motivation. Examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics on employee motivation. Examine and analyze the effect of empowerment on job satisfaction. Examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction. Examine and analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. The population in this study are all permanent employees in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat BKK Taman Kabupaten Pemalang. Data population of 111 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a sampling technique Census. Of the total population of 111 people we took a sample of 100% of the entire population so that the sample size in this study as many as 111 people. The analysis tool used is regression analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation on the job performance with organizational commitment as mediator in Rembang Regional Development Planning Agency. This study use cencuss methode for collecting data, using statistical tests that include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test using Cronbach's alpha, double regression analysis, and significance test using the coefficient of determination to prove the validity of hypothesis and for mediation tests. The results of this study proved that model’s ability to correctly describe that the influence of individual characteristic, job characteristic, compensation and organizational commitment is 11,9% on job performance, and organizational commitment didn’t to mediating the influence of independence variable to dependence variabel. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, psychological capital on job satisfaction of employees to achieve the performance of civil servants. The population in this study were all civil servants in the District Secretariat Blora. The sample in this study was 115 civil servants in the Secretariat Blora taken purposively. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. Models built theoretical framework describes the variables mediating / intervening then to test 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed to use multiple regression analysis with the model intervening (mediating) analysis technique using SPSS ver. 21. The test results show that the hypothesis of a significant effect of job characteristics and positive impact on job satisfaction, in addition to the characteristics of the work also shows the results of a significant and positive impact on the performance of civil servants, the psychological capital showed a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction, but on the other hand psychological capital has the result that no significant effect on the performance of civil servants and further job satisfaction significantly and positively impact on the performance of civil servants. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job satisfaction, psychological capital and organizational commitment to Turnover Intention the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP. Bangkong Semarang at the Credit Colletion& Recovery. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP. Bangkong Semarang at the Credit Colletion& Recovery.. Models built on the theoretical framework to describe the variables mediating / intervening then to test 5 (five) hipotesis has been developed to use multiple regression analysis with the model intervening (mediating) analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that job satisfaction is a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then the capital of psychology also shows significant results and positive impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction besides significant and indicates a negative value on turnover intentions, but the results different shown different results where psychological capital and organizational commitment not show significant and positive impact to turnover intentions. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy on teacher performance with organizational culture moderation. The population in this study is the early childhood teachers, in Bulu Rembang many as 103 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 17. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While ui model used is the coefficient of determination and hypothesis using regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant effect of motivation on teacher performance, self-efficacy significant negative effect on teacher performance, organizational cultural does not affect the performance, organizational cultural moderated motivation significant negative effect on teacher performance, organizational culture moderated self-efficacy significant positive effect on teacher performance.
