Abstract

This study examines the role of the Charismatic Leadership Moderating Effect of Work Motivation and Professional Competence against Teacher’s Performance in Dabin V Kecamatan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal. The purpose of this study is to examine how the role of the Charismatic Leadership Motivation Moderating Effect of Work Motivation and Professional Competence against Teacher’s Performance in Dabin V Kecamatan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal. The sample in this study is 103 respondents which is obtained based on population of teachers in Dabin V Kecamatan Tegal Timur Kota Tegal. This research uses the primary data obtained by questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is linear regression with moderation test. The result of the study shows that work motivation does not have a positive impact on teacher’s performance. Professional competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher’s performance. Charismatic leadership has a positive and significant impact on teacher’s performance. The influence of moderation between charismatic leadership strengthens the motivation with the teacher's performance. Charismatic leadership strengthens the relationship between the professional competence with the teacher's performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine moderate the organizational culture of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on teacher performance Dabin I Mintaragen Eastern District of Tegal Tegal, research was conducted on teachers Dabin I Mintaragen Eastern District of Tegal Tegal as many as 109 people using the study population. The statistical techniques used by the validation test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumptions, and test the feasibility of the model. The research method with the entire population of teachers Dabin I Mintaragen Eastern District of Tegal Tegal, corrections research and sampling techniques based on the status of education, tenure, class, age, gender. Variables used freely, bound and moderation research instrument using a questionnaire with items as an indicator of variable transformational leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture and performance. Likert scale studies are 5-point range. Based on the survey results revealed that transformational leadership significant and positive impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture strengthen the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance and organizational culture does not moderate commitment organizational on teacher performance. Abstract

The performance of LPMP employees, especially the public servants, is not optimum and tends to decrease. This situation leads to poor organizational commitment and performances. This is a case study conducted at LPMP Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The purposes of the study are to identify the influence of psychological capital, and employee engagement on the employee’s performance. The mediating variable of this study is organizational commitment. Employing population technique, 135 public servants of LPMP are involved in the study. The instrument is examined through factor analysis, i.e. validity and reliability tests. To analyze the data the multiple linear regressions is used by employing determination coefficient model and F-test, and also conducting t-test to examine the hypothesis. The analysis reveals the following results; psychological capital has positive significant influence on organizational commitment,  and employee engagement influences positively and significantly towards organizational commitment, psychological capital and employee engagement affect on employee’s performance positively and significantly, organizational commitment does not mediate on employee’s performance. The most dominant variable influencing organizational commitment is employee engagement, and the most dominant variable affecting employee’s performance is employee engagement. Abstract

The main problem of researchare how effect of competence and dicipline on teacher performance with organizational commitment variabel intervening. The population in this study is the elementary teachers, in Sulang Rembang many as 122 respondent. Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 17. Result of research analysis express that (1) competence gives positive influence and significant toorganizational commitment, (2) dicipline gives positive influence and significant to organizational commitment, (3) competence gives positive influence and significant to teacher performance, (4) dicipline gives positive influence and significant to teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment gives positive influence and significant to teacher performance, (6)organizational commitment isn”t variabel interveningcompetenceto teacher performance, (7)organizational commitment isn”t variabel intervening disipline to teacher performance.Keywords: Competence, Dicipline, Organizational Commitment, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture as well as the influence of teacher performance on job satisfaction. Total population set a number of 101 respondents. As independent variables namely motivation, moderation is variable while the dependent variable of organizational culture teacher performance and job satisfaction. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity, determination test, F test to test the hypothesis. Results of analysis using linear regression and two-stage least squares method, it is known that motivation variable significant positive effect on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers. As for the results of the regression testing with moderation models indicate that organizational culture is not able to moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance, while the performance of teachers give positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and motivation are directly related to the performance of teachers. Job satisfaction and motivation felt by teachers can degrade performance and also improve the performance of teachers. A teacher who is satisfied with the work that earned will be motivated to improve the performance so the impact on the overall improvement of the teacher.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of  "Effect of Environmental Work And Motivation To Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Mediation (Study at Department Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Central Java Province)". The staff at the Department Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Central Java province, research was conducted on employees 120 people, using the data collected with the technique of the population (total sampling). Data Analysis technique used is the test of the validity of the matrix component, with alfha cronbach reliabilias test, multiple regression analysis, t test and r2 with adjusted R-square. Work Environment The results showed a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, motivation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, working environment and significant positive effect on performance, motivation and significant positive effect on performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not mediate work environment on performance but job satisfaction mediates motivation on performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Performance

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of leadership, motivation on employee performance with mediation person-organization fit for the job. The study was conducted by taking samples Apparatus State Civil Hospital Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal who have the status of civil servants with tenure of more than 5 years old, at least high school education and have a minimum rank class IIa. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method and probability sampling stratified random sampling to obtain the number of respondents 148 employees. The statistical method used is Multiple Linear Regression assisted by SPSS version 19. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the person-organization fit, there is positive and significant correlation between motivation of the person-organization fit, there is positive and significant between motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence between person-organization fit on employee performance. While the leadership has no significant negative effect on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Performance, Person Organization Fit

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect motivation on the teacher performance and the effect teacher performance on job satisfaction with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation to work on teacher performance, the influence of teacher performance on job satisfaction of teachers, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of teachers and the role of organizational culture in the influence of teacher performance on job satisfaction of teachers. This research is an explanatory research study that proves the effect motivation on the teacher performance and the effect teacher performance on job satisfaction with organizational culture moderated. This study uses the study population (census) amounted to 127 respondents. Data of this research is primary data obtained directly from the source. The method of data analysis using a model of moderation with a quasitype interaction techniques. The results showed that motivation positive effect on the performance of teachers SMP Negeri, in District Ulujami, Pemalang; performance of teachers positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers SMP Negeri, in District Ulujami, Pemalang;  organizational culture has positive influence on job satisfaction of teachers in District Ulujami SMP Negeri, Pemalang and organizational culture weakens the influence of teachers' performance on job satisfaction of teachers Ulujami SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang.Keywords: Motivation, Teacher Performance, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Transformational Leadership Mediated by Organizational Culture and Organizational Learning Empowerment against (Case Study Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang). The population in this study were teachers Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang totaling 125 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method approach statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that transformational leadership has no influence on organizational learning. Organizational culture mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational learning. Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate is moderated. Population and sample are SMP teacher who has been a civil servant in the District Pemalang Ulujami consisting of five (5) school of 128 teachers. From a population of 128 teachers, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method uses computer software approach using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: (1) Cultural Organization positive effect on teacher performance; (2) Work Motivation positive effect on teacher performance; (3) Climate organization significant positive effect on the performance of teachers; (4) Organizational Climate does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance and (5) Organizational Climate moderating influence on the performance of teachers' work motivation. Theoretical implications, and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the final part in this study.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Organizational Climate and Teachers Performance
