Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Against Teacher Performance Moderated Transformational Leadership Styles On High Schools Teachers in District Rembang. In this study population of all teachers in the district of Rembang on High Schols  servants, while the sample used as many as 194 respondents with a sampling technique. With the criteria of the respondents are civil servants Teachers in High Schools in Kabupaten Rembang. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is the validation and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation positive and no significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline positive and no significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) the Transformational leadership style has weakens effect on teacher performance, (iv) transformational Style  leadership has weakens and no significant effect on work motivation against performance Teachers, (v) the principal's leadership style transformasional had no effect on performance  Work Discipline Master.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Performance Teacher, and Transformationall Leadership Styles

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to examine the influence of compensation and perception of fairness to the performance by organizational commitment as a intervening variabelin the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. This research uses multiple regression linear that uses data collection techniques with questionnaires to measure using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Object of this research is the employees at RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati regency. Number of samples in this research were 175 respondents that uses purposive sampling as sampling technique. Survey results revealed that compensation and perception of fairness have positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. compensation and perception of fairness have positive and significant influence toward employees performance in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. Organizational commitment has positive and significant influence toward employees performance in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between compensation and perception of fairness toward employees performance in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. Abstract

This study has aimed to examine and to analyze the influence job characteristic and psychological capital for organizational citizenship behavior on moderation person organization fit at Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Pati. Data collection used survey method for 103 respodens. They were public servant on Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Pati with census methode. The technique of data testing used statistical method, they covered validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t-test and moderation test. They were used to test and to prove hypotheses of  study. The result of validity test pointed out KMO value was 0,683 for job characteristic variable, 0,731 for psychological capital, 0,690 for person organization fit variable, and 0,793 for organizational citizenship behavior variable. They were reliable in test, so alpha cronbach value was over 0,7. Based on resulting of their analysis, its examining pointed out job characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior influenced positive and significant for psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. While person organization fit moderate the influence job characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior and person organization fit moderate the influence psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the sensitivity of taxes and retribution on capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures. To test the hypothesis, this research used panel data regression with hausman test as a determinant method of the appropriate regression model to be used. Taxes and retribution are the independent variables, while capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures are the dependent variables. The results showed that the capital expenditure only sensitive to retribution while goods and services expenditure sensitive to tax and retribution. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of transformational leadership and competence on performance with the mediation of motivation and organizational commitment. To hypothesis tested by multiple linear regression with the practicing of mediation test. Transformational leadership and competence are the independent variables, while performance as the dependent variable as if motivation and organizational commitment as the mediation variables. The results of partial test showed that transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment have significatn effect on performance. Transformastional leadership effect on motivation and organizational commitment while competence only effect on motivation. The mediation test results showed that the effect of transformational leadership on performance could be mediated by motivation and organizational commitment while the effect of competence on performance could be given by the mediating of motivation. Abstract

This study investigated the Competence Effects on Performance and Intrinsic Motivation Teacher job satisfaction Mediated of Junior High School Teacher Comal District of Pemalang. The specific objectives of the study is to examine and analyze how the Influence of Competence and Performance Intrinsic Motivation  for Teacher Junior High School in the District Pemalang Comal. The usefulness of this study describes and expands previous research on the Competence and Intrinsic Motivation Effect on Teacher Performance. The population in this study PNS teachers SMP Comal District of Pemalang totaling 132 people from 5 Junior High School. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire. This research was condutected by distributing questionnaires in the form of limited questioning respondents. The research method uses quantitative data and analysis to statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The data analysis method used was linear regression to test the effect of mediation. The results showed that the competence of positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of teacher. Intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Intrinsic motivation does not affect the perfomance of teachers. Job satisfaction does not mediates the influence of competence on teacher perfomance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher perfomance.Keywords: Competence, Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Mediation

Abstract

This study examines Influence Achievement Motivation and professional competence of the teacher performance Moderated by Academic Supervision (Case Study at Junior High School in the District Pemalang Comal). This research is a census means the entire population were subjected to experiments. The population in this study were teachers Comal Junior High School in the District Pemalang totaling 135 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. Data analysis method used was linear regression to test the moderating effects.The results showed that the achievement motivation and significant have a positive impact on teacher performance. Professional competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Academic supervision does not affect the performance of teachers. Academic supervision does not moderate the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of local tax potential in terms of contribution, growth and elasticity to Total Tax Areas that form the Local Revenue. The data used are secondary data in Pemalang District Government with the study period of 2010 - 2014. The analysis technique used is the contribution analysis, analysis of growth and elasticity by considering the standard deviation. Results showed that the types of local taxes related to economic activity is indicated as a potential tax that has stability in all three indicators, namely the restaurant tax, advertisement tax and entertainment tax. Abstract

This study examines the effect of organizational culture and leadership style transformational role moderating influence on the performance of teachers' work motivation. Population and sample is an elementary school teacher in Dabin V Ulujami the District Pemalang. From a population of 136 teachers, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: (1) work motivation positive effect on teacher performance; (2) Cultural organizations do not affect the performance of teachers; (3) The positive effect of transformational leadership style on teacher performance; (4) strengthen the influence of organizational culture motivation to work on teacher performance: (5) transformational leadership style weaken the influence of motivation to work on teacher performance. Theoretical implications, and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the final part in this study.Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Performance Teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze transformational leadership role in moderating the influence of emotional intelligence and social capital on teacher performance. This study used analysis regrestion method. The study population numbered 271 elementary school teachers. The sample selection procedure was done by using proportional sampling  Rondom using Slovin formula approach with a confidence level of 5% .Sampel UPP 161 elementary school teachers in the District  Ampelgading Pemalang 2015. Transformational leadership as moderating variable is the independent variable that will strengthen or weaken the effect of other independent variables against the dependent variable. The study shows that transformational leadership moderated. the effect of emotional intelligence and social capital on teacher performance.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence Capital Social and Teacher  Performance
