Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of the competence and motivation of teachers to work on the performance of the organizational culture moderated. Population and sample were teachers SMP Comal District of Pemalang totaling 135 people from five (5) Junior High School, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: 1) Competence affect teacher performance Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 2) Work motivation affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 3) Cultural organizations do not affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 4) Organizational Culture moderate effect on the performance of teachers' competence Junior High School, in District Comal Pemalang; 5) moderate the organizational culture employee motivation influences on teacher performance Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang. Theoretical implications and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the final part in this study.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Teachers Performance

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect of school leadership and intrinsic motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate is moderated. The specific objectives of the study was to examine and analyze the impact of school leadership on teacher performance, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance, the effects of climate organizational on teacher performance, whether climate organizational moderate the effects of school leadership on teacher performance, whether climate organizational moderating influence intrinsic motivation to teacher performance. This research is an explanatory research study that proves the effect of school leadership and intrinsic motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate moderated. This study uses the study population (census) amounted to 127 respondents. Data of this research is primary data obtained directly from the source. The method of data analysis using a model of moderation with a quasitype interaction techniques. The results showed that leadership principal does not affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri in District Ulujami Pemalang; intrinsic motivation affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri in District Ulujami Pemalang; organizational climate positive effect on teacher performance Ulujami of SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang; the organizational climate is not moderate the effects of school leadership on teacher performance Ulujami of SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang; organizational climate is not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance Ulujami of SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang.Keywords: Principal Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Organizational Climate and Teachers Performance

Abstract

This research was to examine the degree of fiscal independence Government  KabupatenKota in Central Java province. The data used in this research is secondary data composed of data DKF. DAK and DAK. As for the analytical techniques used multiple linear regression is a method. Based on the results of the analysis using the method of multiple linear regression indicated that DAK variables  influential are significant and have a negative relationship toward fiscal self-sufficiency in Government counties/cities  in the province of Central Java. This negative direction indicates that the increased allocation of Funds Specifically does not increase the fiscal independence in the region. Meanwhile, DAU variable does not affect the independence of the Government's fiscal counties/cities in Central Java province. It shows that an increase in the DAU does not increase the fiscal independence in the region. Thus it can be stated that the independence of the Government's fiscal counties/cities in Central Java province in the autonomous region are still low, or it can be stated that the level of dependency of the Government Center is still quite high. It is characterized from a proportion of the DAU Spending towards areas that are relatively more.Keywords: DAK, DAU and DKF

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Intrinsic Motivation for moderated teacher performance style transformational leadership principals. To test the hypothesis, this study uses empirical jurisdiction with census population data retrieval kuesioner.Komitmen Organizational, Intrinsic Motivation and Transformational Leadership is an independent variable. Teacher performance is the dependent variable. Whereas Transformational Leadership principal is moderating variable. The results showed no significant effect on the commitment of teachers' performance while the Intrinsic Motivation and transformational leadership style of principals significantly influence teacher performance. Transformational Leadership Style not moderate the principal of Organizational Commitment on teacher performance but moderate Intrinsic Motivation to teacher performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Intrinsic Motivation, Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacher performance moderated by the organizational culture. The specific objectives of the study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, organizational culture moderates the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance, and organizational culture moderated the effect of motivation to work on teacher performance. Abstract

This study examined the effects of emotional intelligence and professional competence of the teacher's performance organizational culture moderated in junior high school districts Pemalang Park. The study population was junior high school teachers in the district park totaling 155 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. Engineering analysis using statistical program SPSS version 22. The results showed that emotional intelligence and professional competence have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. In this research, organizational culture does not have a significant positive influence and not on teacher performance and organizational culture are not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence, the professional competence of the teacher's performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Professional Competence

Abstract

This study is about the effects of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style at SMK in Pemalang regency. The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style. The population in this study are 133 SMK’s teachers in Pemalang regency. The research data in this research is primary data which conducted  by using questionnaire. The data analysis based on  Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed that psychological capital did not effect on the teacher performance. Organizational commitment have a positive effect  on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style have a positive effect  on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of psychological capital to the teacher performance. Abstract

This study examines the influence of motivation, quality of work life against organizational commitment and its impact on performance. In this study involved 142 people respondents, all of which are composed of Personnel of nursing, Midwifery, Keteknisian Medical Personnel, medical personnel, Power Kefarmasian, Power in public administration/other Nutritional, energy and energy Keterapian of CIVIL SERVANTS and the PTT in the RSUD dr M Ashari Gen. Pemalang. Method of data collection is done using a questionnaire that is a collection of data by providing or distributing a list of questions to respondents in the hope of providing a response on the basis of those questions. This technique is used for primary data retrieval. Data collection in the study wore a questionnaire which is the technique of data collection is done by giving a set of questions or a question in writing to the respondent to be answered. Konfirmatori factor analysis results prove that all the indicators of each variable is able to explain motivation, quality of life variables work towards organizational commitment and its impact on performance. The results of the analysis of the distribution of the questionnaire found that motivation does not influence on organizational commitment, the quality of working life and organizational commitment affect, motivation and quality of work life influence on organizational commitment and impact on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality of Work Life, Commitment, Organizational Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Organizational Commitment and Discipline Work To Performance Through Job Satisfaction As the District Education Office Mediation in South Kaliwungu Kendal. In this study population of all civil servants in the Department of Education District of South Kaliwungu Kendal, while the sample used at least 138 people as respondents with total sampling technique. By the criteria of the respondents is a civil servant in the Department of Education District of South Kaliwungu Kendal. Measurements using a Likert scale with seven (7) alternative answers. Test instrument used was the validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Commitment Organizational positive effect on job satisfaction, (ii) Work Discipline positive effect on job satisfaction, (iii) Commitment Organizational positive effect on performance, (iv) disciplines work berpangruh positively to performance, (v) Job Satisfaction slight positive effect on employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, firm size and sales growth on dividend policy and dividend policy influence on the value of the company on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013 period. The populations in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013. Sample in this study using purposive sampling method, amounting to 32 companies. The Results obtained in this study are variable liquidity, leverage and profitability significantly negative effect on dividend policy. Company size and sales growth have no effect on dividend policy. While the variable dividend policy does not effect the value of the company.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Coorporate Value
