Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect, job characteristics, job satisfaction, through psychological capital and PO Fit employee to employee performance. The data used in this study are primary data taken with a list of statements given to employees of the Department of Education Rembang total of 103 respondents. Once the data is collected test responder test instruments and test regression. The test results showed all instruments are valid and reliable. The results showed: 1) employment characteristics influence on job satisfaction in the study had a fairly strong correlation and significant. 2) Characteristics of employment affect the performance in the study correlated quite strongly and significantly strong and significant, 3) Job Characteristics affect the performance in the study correlated quite strongly and significantly strong and significant, 4) Capital Psychology moderate but weaken Satisfaction Work, 5). Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and emotional intelligence moderated academic supervision of teacher performance in the Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami. The population in this study is Junior High School teacher in the district of Pemalang Ulujami as many as 125 teachers, primary data were collected using questionnaire instruments to measure variables using Likert scale. Hypothesis test used in this study is t-test at a significant level (a) 0,05.The results showed that motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, emotional intelligence a significant negative effect on the performance of teachers, academic supervision positve and significant impact on  the performance of teachers, academic supervision does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers, academic supervision does not moderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance moderated transformational leadership and organizational budata teacher at Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami many as 125 teachers, primary data were collected using a questionnaire instruments to measure variables using a Likert scale. Hypothesis test used in this study is t-test at a significant level (a) 0.05. The results showed that motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, transformational leadership influence on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers, transformational leadership moderating influence on the performance of teachers' motivation, organizational culture moderates the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives are to test and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers, discipline influence on teacher performance, the influence of organiza-tional culture on teacher performance, organizational culture moderates the effect of motivation on teacher performance and the moderating influence of organizati-onal culture on teacher performance discipline. Research conducted an explanatory research study that proves the influence of motivation and discipline on teacher performance moderated organizational culture that has been formulated in the hypothesis. The population in this study is a teacher of Civil Servants Junior High School Ulujami the District Pemalang totaling 127 people from five (5) Junior High School. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. If the data from respondents using SPSS version 22. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: 1) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance; 2) Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance; 3) influence of organizational culture on teacher performance; 4) organizational culture does not moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance; 5) organizational culture does not moderate the influence of discipli-ne on teacher performance. Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers with leadership style is moderated. The specific objectives of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance, the influence disciplinary on teacher performance, the influence of leadership style on teacher performance, the role of the moderating influence of motivational leadership style on teacher performance, and the role of the moderating influence of disciplined leadership style on teacher performance. This research is an explanatory research study that proves the effect of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers with leadership style is moderated. This study uses the study population (census) amounted to 127 respondents. Data of this research is primary data obtained directly from the source. The method of data analysis using a model of moderation with a quasitype interaction techniques. The results showed that  work motivation positive effect on teacher performance Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang; Dsiplin influential work on teacher performance Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang; The style of leadership does not affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Ulujami Pemalang;  The style of leadership does not moderate the influence of motivation to work on teacher performance and leadership style did not moderate the influence of labor discipline on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life and psychological capital in organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as mediating. This study was to examine and analyze whether job satisfaction plays a role mediating the effect of quality of work life and psychological capital in organizational citizenship behavior.From the test data and analysis, this study provides empirical evidence as follows: (1) Quality of Work Life and psychological capital on job satisfaction. (2) Quality of Work Life has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) Psychological capital and job satisfaction affect the OCB. (4) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (5) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Psychological Capital on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on MTs teachers performance in Kedungwuni districtof Pekalongan regency. Research was conducted MTs teachers in Kedungwuni district as many as 141 people using the population research. The statistical analyze used by the validity test,reliability test, normality test, classical assumptions, goodness of fit model and hypothesis test. Based on the survey results revealed that the motivation significant and positive impact onteachers performance; organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teachers performance; organizational culture significant and positive impact on teachers performance;organizational culture strengthen the effect of motivation on teachers performance and organizational culture strengthen the influence of organizational commitment to teachers performanceKeywords : motivation, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers , how the influence of professional competency on the performance of teachers , how theinfluence of leadership tranformasional on the performance of teachers , whether transformational leadership motivation moderating influence on the performance of teachers , and whethertransformational leadership moderating the influence of professional competency on the performance of teachers .The population in this research was of primary school teachers who arecivil servants of Dindikbud in Talun Pekalongan District , with proportional technique random sampling obtained samples from 134 people as respondents .Data analyzed by regression analystworship of idols. The results of the study can be concluded motivation have had a positive impact and significant impact on performance of teachers, professional competency have had a positiveimpact significant impact on performance of teachers, leadership transformational have had a positive impact and significant impact on performance of teachers, leadership transformationalmoderating influence motivation of the performance of teachers, and leadership transformational not moderating the influence of professional competency of the performance of teachers.Keywords: motivation , professional competency , transformational leadership and performance teacher.
