Abstract.Alkhairaat, founded in 1930, is the largest social organization (CSO) in Central Sulawesi Province, which has regional and branch managers in various provinces in Eastern Indonesia. Charitable business is engaged in education, preaching, social, cultural, media, economic and health. The educational institutions managed by this mass organization number 1,596, starting from the level of Early Childhood Education to Higher Education. Existing in Dutch and Japanese colonial times, Alkhairaat has a heroic history that gave birth to organizational charisma. The foundation of organizational ideology comes from the charism of Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aldjufri as the founder of Alkhairaat. The scientific heritage of the Muslim community has led to massive sympathy for Alkhairaat. Alkhairaat's massification has become a political momentum since the opening of Indonesia's democratic reform taps in 1998. Several political parties have come to the Alkhairaat organization to recruit political cadres in the face of general election events.Alkahiraat's political charisma in the frame of political communication includes the participation, consolidation, and partnership of Alkhairaat politicians who spread in various political parties to win the election contestation. Election of members of parliament, regional heads, to the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia. Alkhairaat’s charisma becomes an image commodity (popularity) to get elective support in every political contestation. Keywords: participation, popularity, and electability.

MARKETING PERFORMANCE DETERMINANT OF HALAL PRODUCTS IN INDONESIA Nasrullah, Aan

Abstract. The aims of this study are (1) To find out and analyze the factors that contribute greatly to the performance of marketing halal products, (2) To find out and analyze marketing performance factors that have the most dominant multiplier effect on the development of halal products in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study show that based on the results of the analysis with the CFA method there are five independent variables that have a contribution to the dependent variable. First the Product Competition Level variable with a correlation value of 0.920. Second, HR Marketing Performance variable which has a correlation value of 0.895. Third, Infrastructure variables with a correlation value of 0.873. Fourth, Amount of Distribution Cost with a correlation value of 0.741, as well as the five variables X3, namely Market Competition Level variables with a correlation value of 0.572. Correlation value-of the five variables shows a strong relationship between the five independent variables with the performance variable of marketing halal products. From a number of marketing performance factors formed through literature review and after analysis using the CFA method, product competition variables are variables that have a correlation value of 0.920. The matrix component value shows a strong correlation between product competition variables and the performance of halal product marketing. COMPARATIVE STUDY OF AL-GHAZALI'S THINKING AND ZAKIAH DARADJAT'S IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION CURRICULUM Pramitasary, Rateh Ninik

This research focuses with the view of the curriculum from Islamic thinkers, Al-Ghazali and Zakiah Daradjat. Both are compared to find out the meeting point of similarities and differences in compiling Islamic Education curriculum. The research process uses qualitative methods. Research with qualitative nature is descriptive and is a literature study that prioritizes a lot of reading in the library. The research objective is to explain the view of the Islamic curriculum according to Al-Ghazali, the view of the Islamic curriculum according to Zakiah Daradjat, as well as their differences and similarities. Al-Ghazali in the book Ihya 'Ulumuddin revealed that there are three aspects namely mental development, intellectual education, physical education. Zakiah Daradjat in the book of Islamic Education revealed that the Islamic Education curriculum must contain seven aspects, namely physical education, sense education, faith education, moral education, psychology education, beauty education, and social education.

Curriculum development in improving Islamic character becomes a focus of attention in schools, especially schools with Islamic nuance in an effort to build Islamic students. The inclusion of this Islamic character development aims to produce graduates who have moral values that uphold Islamic values that have a commendable attitude in society, good discipline, honest, independent, and other positive attitudes that are embedded in students. This research is field research that serve the data with analytical analysis. The study used psychological and sociological approach. The result found the inclusion of Islamic character, such as faith and piety, honesty, trustworthy, fair, responsible, sympathetic, political and others, in the curriculum development.

We as Muslims are inseparable from the learning of the Holy Qur'an, because the Qur'an is the first and foremost source and legal basis. Therefore, the Qur'an is from various aspects. In reading the Koran there is also a verse called muhkam and mutasyabih. This research method uses a literature study, the author reads references from several literations, which are finally made as additional knowledge for the author. Wisdom verse muhkam means to facilitate the knowledge and purpose of the verse so that it is easy to practice the implementation of its teachings. The wisdom of the verse Mutasyabih is to add merit, because with so many verses it requires help and effort in expressing its intentions.

This study aims are to describe (1) Application of tahsin and tahfidz activities with Tsaqifa method in learning the Qurâ€™an at Muhammadiyah vocational high School 3 Surakarta. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the application of the Tsaqifa method, and (3) Results in the activities of tahsin and tahfidz of the Qurâ€™an using the Tsaqifa method. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were teachers, students, and the learning process of the Qurâ€™an subjects at Muhammadiyah vocational high School 3 Surakarta. The object of this study is the result of the teaching methods used by teachers in learning the Qurâ€™an. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The inhibiting factors are the large number of Qurâ€™an reading skills still stammering, lack of interest in learning the Qurâ€™an, and lack of infrastructure. Supporting factors namely internal factors are factors that arise from students themselves, and external factors namely family, institutional, and school environment. To overcome each problem or inhibiting factors are still being studied to find the right solution.

This research is based on the fact that there are religious leaders and some people who oppose the idea of Islam Nusantara. When the religious figure represented a formal legal institution (MUI), it had a significant influence on the views of the people of Padang. Therefore, the polemic of Islam Nusantara gives its own style about the existence of Islam Nusantara in the land of Minang. Further research objectives: (1) Describe the prejudices of community leaders about Islam Nusantara. (2) Describe the picture of people's prejudices about Islam Nusantara. (3) Connecting the prejudices of religious leaders and the community and its relation to the social conflict of the people of Padang City. The study uses qualitative approaches and quantitative mixing methods (mixed method). The population in this study were 32 religious leaders and 168 community members. Data collection techniques using; observation, interview and psychological scale. The sampling technique is random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using Pearson correlation (Pearson correlation). The results of this study found that generally the negative prejudices of religious leaders about Islam Nusantara were high. While social conflict in the midst of society is classified as low. Whereas the correlation aspect shows that there is no relationship between communityâ€™s prejudices about Islam Nusantara and social conflict in the midst of society.

Murtadha Mutahhari as a great Islamic figure and thinker has attracted the interest of many experts. This research is a research that also examines how the views of Murtadha Mutahhari in three major aspects, namely methodology, epistemology and agenda of thought. This research is a study of figures with a focus on thinking developed by Murtadha Mutahhari. The study of the thoughts of Mutahhari Mutahhari is carried out through a study of his works and the thoughts or views of experts regarding Mutahhari Murtadha. The results of this study indicate that Murtadha Mutahhari can elaborate rational-philosophical thinking with a strong religious understanding and produce an active style of thinking and in accordance with the current civilization.

This paper discusses the importance of Strengthening the EPP (English Proficiency Program) Program in Improving Students' English Language Ability in Muhammadiyah 2 Middle School, Taman In this 21st century era, the literacy ability of students is closely related to the demands of reading skills that lead to the ability to understand information analytically, critically, and reflectively. The rapid development of technology has changed the landscape of education globally especially in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 and preparing graduates (outputs) who will live in an era that will integrate technology thoroughly even blurring physical, digital and life boundaries biologically and is predicted to have a profound influence very big on the work environment, social and even culture that exists. This research is a qualitative-descriptive research which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Data sources in this study include the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, English language teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. As for the data analysis technique through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data analysis. The results of this research are (a) School based management program can be implemented by strengthening the EPP (English Proficiency Program) program (b) Strengthening the EPP (English Proficiency Program) program able to improve English language skills.

The perspective approach of Spiritual Ecofeminism in studying the role of women in indigenous communities is a limited study. The role of Tina Ngata as subjects is set up, maintain and manage the entire social activity in relation between human and human and between human and nature to show the existence of women as the center and core of life in relation of matriarchal role. The role and position of Tina Ngata as guardians of the Katuwua and Hintuwua values in the MHA Kulawi or Sintuvu Posarara values in the Kaili tribe is a manifestation of concern for nature so that there will be ecological sustainability and the continued availability of natural resources that support the needs of human life. Tina Ngata in carrying out her social functions with the strength of leadership, wisdom, talents, authority and charisma is needed to maintain and manage the relationship between each individual member of the community in social life. Philosophically, the role of Tina Ngata devotes herself to maintaining social life with a sense of caring and commitment in overcoming social problems and the ability to maintain the balance of nature in managing nature (forests) and the social environment is the interpretation of universal goals as affirmed in the perspective of ecofeminism spirituality.
