There are huge barriers for small medium enterprises (SME) to adopt enterprises resource planning (ERP) into their systems. Open source ERP is one of the solutions to overcome it. This paper describes the reason of SME to apply open source ERP, examines seven open source ERPs, and highlight critical success factors for implementing open source ERP in SME.

Accreditation is one of the form external quality guarantee system, it is a process that used in authorized institution in giving formal recognition that an institution has an ability to do certain activity. On the pepare processing there is some things that should be done by study program by using internal audit in periodic time. Internal audit is an independence activity, objectivity, and consultative which is designed to increase the organization’s operation This scientific Writing will specifically focus on internal process audits in preparation for accreditation of Information Engineering Study Program at Bandar Lampung University with doing monitoring directly that can be accessed by some units in a management system based on guidelines and standards for internal audit issued by one of several organizations ISO, the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008, one of the requirements that must be fulfilled conduct periodic internal audits. This standard is very good when applied in the preparation of the accreditation process, accreditation assessment matrix as a guide in conducting internal audits.

Traffic congestion is an obstacle in the big cities. Traffic light as a way of the traffic regulation to be a solution right now. With the installation of digital numbers as a counter in the lane of traffic light that can give time to continue to move to indicate the length of the queues turn at the intersection, is currently widely used on path scrossing, or intersection of roads in Indonesia. However, for a continuous density in traffic, can increases the counte rof traffic light at any time, should always be arranged, thereâs so incovenience to the rider. This research is a about development called intelligent traffic light that is able toadapt wellto the congestion that occurs inthe traffic lane controlled byt raffic lights. By utilizing ATMega AVR-32 on electrical hardware development which will be applied to simulated traffic light and with the use of digital cameras that observ ethe density of the lane, would bea complete automation solution for paths run properly. Fuzzy algorithms will calculate carefully based on the information transmitted by the camera into microcontroller, then processed and rendered a decision which path in the lane is allowed to be run. High-density or Low-density in the lane of roads, will be important information for the fuzzy logic to determine whether the decision to. Finally, with these applied hardware and the implementation of fuzzy algorithms will be handled traffic on the lane intelligently.

This study provides an overview of the development area work at the mainland port of Panjang survey from the physical to the room which is supported by the economic and socio-cultural aspects as well as driving the development of Bandar Lampung city as background underlying this study is the role of the port of Panjang in support of the Bandar Lampung city services and trade approach is the research done by using quantitative descriptive analysis and sampling, is to perform analysis based on primary and secondary data that aim to determine the condition penlitian growing region during the period of 2000 to 2009, working environment inland port Panjang area had been developed significant physical changes spasila concerns that are affected by changes in economic and social change in communities characterized by higher population growth are likely to lead to the distribution of population and territory outside research, adnaya shift in population composition eyed pecarian characterized by the use of physical changes on regional spassial transport path with a tendency to be a place of business houses. Thus the direction of physical development spasila research area with a linear pattern, the developments along the transport path. During the period 2000 - 2004, Bandar Lampung city experienced significant developments concerning three aspects to be investigated. Physical development of the city of Bandar Lampung reflected by high household changes from being a place of business and any changes - changes in population distribution are likely to lead to the city center, adnaya composition of population by increasing livelihood is Trade and services sector, based on the economic development of Bandar Lampung greatly influenced the area interlandnya because the study area is very close to other cities. Physical development of the city of Bandar Lampung is the result of socio-economic and cultural development of the city of Bandar Lampung who influence the use of space. Developments in this period was the submarine structure linear shaped urban space, as a motivating factor, especially the development of Bandar Lampung is a port city is also an increase in the role of Bandar Lampung city became important for the surrounding area, with the development of non-primary economic activity, as well as the relationship economy with surrounding areas and airports Lampung City is currently the largest city in the province of Lampung as well as the Provincial Capital and Provincial Government

Pixel puzzle is a logic puzzle which consists of a blank grid with clues on the left of every row and on the top of every column. The objective is to paint blocks in each row and column so their length and sequence corresponds to the clues, and there is at least one empty square between adjacent blocks. There are many possible solutions to paint blocks in each row and column. Solving the puzzle manually gives the possibility to fill cells yield erroneously. Therefore an attempt to solve the puzzle with the aid of computer software is performed. In this paper, ruleâbased techniques and best-first search are utilized to solve the puzzle. According to experiments have been conducted, it can be concluded that rule-based techniques and best-first search are able to solve the Pixel Puzzle. The result also indicates that the larger size of pixel puzzle, the longer average time to solve is needed. Moreover, the average time to solve one cell of pixel puzzle depends on the size itself except for the 10 Ã 10 and 15 Ã 15 pixels.

Use of false beams on reinforced concrete slab instead of the joist is an innovation in the construction of reinforced concrete slab. Where the study was made by using 4 samples of precast concrete slab specimens (PBP). Ie: P1 type - plate only, type P2 - plate with joists, type P3 - small plates with slight beams, type P4 - plate with big apparent beam. The fourth specimen samples made using the Batu Raja cement, sand from Gunung Sugih, and local split Bandar Lampung in the Civil Engineering Laboratory of UBL. The fourth test specimen samples was conducted at the Laboratory of Civil Engineering Unila using method one point load that is placed in the center - the center span in order to get the load and the maximum deflection and crack patterns. The data obtained are used to verify the theoretical calculations. Conclusions will be given at the end of writing.

The present paper reviews the recent development of biofuel cell. Due to its renewable nature and milder operating conditions compared to conventional fuel cell, the electrochemical system has been extensively studied. However, major problems associated with this type of electrochemical system remain an intimidating challenge, the utmost being the low power output and stability of biocatalyst being used. Various attempts have been made to overcome these problems, some are reviewed here. The authors suggest a new direction in solving these problems by using hybrid system i.e. metal biofuel cell. The new hybrid system developed is of lower cost, less complex, higher OCV and greater power output.

Titanium alloys possesses a hexagonal close packed (h.c.p) structure, called phase to ambient temperature. This structure changes to body center cubic (b.c.c), called phase to the temperature of 882 C. Machining process that generates high temperature during machining can affect on microstructures of machined surface, which represents as a quality of components. The turning parameters evaluated are cutting speed (55 - 95 m/min), feed rate (0.15 - 0.35 mm/rev), depth of cut (0.10 - 0.20 mm) and tool grade (uncoated, CVD and PVD). The aims of this paper are to investigate the effects of machining process on microstructures of machined surface and chip were machined using tungsten carbide inserts under dry cutting condition. The results show that machining at high cutting speed (95 m/min) affected on the microstructure significantly at the end of machining. The temperature is the most significant factor affected on microstructure of the machined surface and chip at shear zone. The changes of microstructure were also affected by the tool pressure during cutting.

Failure of Kutai Bridge already give Indonesia civil engineer a blow in face. The failure which bring cause human accident make a new challenge to Indonesia civil engineer not to wait till failure but to safe before the construction failure. By the development in sensor and monitoring technology the idea become more realistic. Structure Healthy Monitoring (SHM) become new idea to detect, to monitor and to find out the reliability of structure. The development and research in Indonesia for SHM till now are presented and compared to other country. SHM research are need to predict behaviour of bridge by using data from monitoring to gain healthy condition.
