Abstract

Over the rapid technological developments in the field of business especially now a lot of companies that create delivery services goods. With various bustle owned, service users delivery of goods more want something practical, fast, and economical especially for local communities urban areas. In perform delivery services goods  main concern is the time and cost efficiency, by sending goods via freight, of course we expect the optimal route in order to arrive on time and do not takes a lot of travel expenses such as gasoline. The shortest route problem is a classic problem often encountered in daily life in various sectors of life, including in the field of transportation. This problem becomes an important issue because it deals with the problem minimizing the cost and time required efficiency. Shortest path is the search for the shortest route or path between nodes that exist in graph. Cost generated is minimum. the shortest path is one problem that can be solved by using graph. if given a weighted graph, the shortest path problem is how do we seek a path in the graph that minimizes the weighted sum forming the side of the track. (arix oyouz: 2013). Transport is one of the most important part in our daily lives that will enable us to reach the place of destination faster and eficient. Transport users in his journey would require so much faster shortest path to the place of destination and it takes a lot of time and transport costs

Abstract

Sunlight is a natural resource that as renewable energy. Exploiting sunlight as a natural lighting in the library can reduce the electrical energy in the library and can provide visual comfort of the library users. This study aims to: determine the effect of opening vast library to the library lighting quality, knowing the condition of natural lighting intensity in the room of the library, know the level of users comfort of the natural lighting; and know how to optimize natural lighting in the library. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Performing two approaches, namely the study of literature and case studies. The study of literature includes a review of the theory of natural lighting, visual comfort theory and the theory of the campus library standards. The case study consists of two data, that is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data from the measurement results on the two objects. Secondary data consists of literature, the Indonesian National Standarddata and questionnaire results to the user. The result is that the size of the aperture affects the natural lighting in buildings, as happened in Universitas Bandar Lampung library, the library is located on the 2nd floor in the direction of many building facing east and west so that the sun in the morning and afternoon very high. Unlike the library, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia although this library also has a large opening, but the design of window boxes with lines and coated wood material iron bars on the windows to reduce light entering the building. The intensity of natural light in the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung better than Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. Because of the results of the data visible number of dots that already meet or approach the Indonesian national standards Daylighting. In addition to the openings possessed direction toward the building, the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung intensity of light coming into the building lot. The comfort level of library users against natural lighting in the library of Universitas Bandar Lampung higher than at the library Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The intensity of light in the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung is better and the results of the measurement was up to standard. As for the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia library user comfort at lower use of natural lighting for the room A does not get direct sunlight while room B is more convenient for getting direct sun light makes the room brighter. To optimize the light intensity at the Universitas Bandar Lampung library should use the furniture with bright colors and the walls a lighter color (yellow, lightgreen, pink, lightblue), which can reflect more light. Thus increasing the intensity of light in the room. Libraries should replace the main door leaves with transparent doors (glass). The reading room should use the furniture with a lighter color. With the limited size of the room that you should use a more minimalist furniture and colors are brighter and give a lot of openings to not obstruct Natural illuminatiom. To provide more convenience in library should provide more artificial lighting so that the light intensity in the room can meet the standards

Abstract

Indonesia is located on the Ring of Fire of Pacific Rims. This condition makes Indonesia at risk of geological disaster. One possible occurrence is mudflow. On February 10, 2017, mudflow occurred in Songan Village, Kintamani, Bali, which destroyed 6 houses and killed 13 people. Further study is needed to predict this type of occurrence. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the soil at the deposition area of mudflow and verify the duration, flow depth, and velocity of mudflow. To achieve these objectives, a rheological study is conducted using the Bingham fluid model and the Voellmy fluid friction model in Flo-2D and Rapid Mass Movement Simulation (RAMMS), respectively; the simulation results of both models are compared. From the results of the programsimulations, RAMMS’ results are found to exhibit a higher velocity of mass movements than that of Flo-2D’s results. From the results of this analysis, small viscosity is observed to result in small flow depth and high velocity of mass movements. Keywords—Mudflow, Bingham, Voellmy, Flo-2D, RAMMS.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that most people farming his work as a farmer, but on the other hand that there is land in urban areas is already diminishing because a lot of the construction of buildings, malls, factories and as her even more public demand for vegetables from year to year has increased drastically and the solution to this problem is with a hydroponic system.Hydroponics is growing plants and growing techniques that utilize water instead of soil by emphasizing the need nutrients, temperature and pH for plants. Needs of hydroponic water at less than the plant with soil media, so is suitable for areas that have water supply and limited land. (https://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidroponik) History Hydroponic growth in 1963 was born a term Hydroponics, a term given by someoneagronomy from the University of California, United States. beginning of activities to cultivate plants without soil media. Beginning of hydroponics experiment originated from research work in plant physiology laboratory testing using water fished. These systems use a lot of water as a growing medium that many people regard these media as aquaculture (Farming in the water). In the historical record how hydroponics has been around since thousands of years ago, for example, described in Babylon existing hydroponic hanging plants and floating plants in the region of china. In 1980,Indonesia began to develop hydroponics.

Abstract

Internet of Things is a technology that allows us to connect the machinery, equipment, and other physical objects with a network of sensors and actuators to obtain data and manage their own performance, thus allowing the machine to collaborate and even act on new information obtained independently(McKineyGlobalInstitute).National electrical energy needs continue to increase. This increase was caused by the use of electrical energy in buildings, industry and factories. On the other hand, electrical energy consumption is also very wasteful society. This is due to lack of attention to the size of power(watts)of electrical equipment used. Smart class room or smart rooms which objects in the room to be controlled easily and efficiently by users, in this case these objects are object selectronics commonly found in a room such as lights, fans, air conditioners, door , whiteboard, etc.Using control system in this project is to use arduino uno so that its use will allow users to control the electronic goods. Based on the above, then this study will analyze the automation of air conditioner by applying fuzzylogic.

Abstract

Water resources are one of the important natural resources because it is the main thing for the consumption and sanitation of human, water as transportation facilities in the world, recreation facilities, and irrigation water needs. On the other, excess water resources - floods - can result in heavy damage and loss of human life. Water as a hydrosphere environment in the global scale, unevenly over the earth so its abundance somewhere varies with time and hydrological cycles. Finally, in the use of water resources, humans pollute much of the available water and degrade it. That it is no longer suitable for all types of utilization. In obtaining clean water that is feasible and safe for consumption (especially for drinking), there needs to be a processing from raw water to water drink. Water treatment can be started by using a simple system and can also with a complex processing, according to the level of necessary needs depending on the quality of raw water to be processed. The lower the water quality, the higher the required level of processing. Medan one of Metropolitan city in Indonesia. Medan city includes three big cities in Indonesia after Jakarta and Surabaya. This is very influential in acceleration of the development Medan and the province of North Sumatra in general. PDAM Tirtanadi which is one of the regional companies owned by North Sumatra. It is engaged in the provision of clean water and operated efficiently with the support of  adequate technology for serves the needs of clean water in Medan city and surrounding areas
