Abstract

The research purpose is to analyze and design the Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that runs as well as identifying the needs and requirements of the new system that is made to fix the weaknesses in systems and sales. The research method used is the method of analysis and design methods. Methods of analysis by analyzing the problems in the current system, identify information needs and system requirements. The design method used is the database design, form and appearance of the screen. The results to be achieved is to produce a draft of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that can find solutions to existing systems with computerized systems that can help the company deal with the problems in the system is running. Conclusions obtained are that the Information System Accounting Information and the sale of inventories, which were given suggestions and solutions for computerized systems can assist company management in the decision making process because it can generate reports more accurate and faster than less efficient systems. With the use of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventories, companies can overcome the problems encountered so far.Keywords: accounting information systems, sales, inventory

Abstract

In its use, computer is not only used for office activities, but also used in designing and developing an application, of course, with the assistance of applications such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and others. In this study, the authors try to design and create a database application relating to motorcycle loan payments. Developed application contains forms such as employee master data form, a form used to add, edit, and delete data related to employees, the motorcycle master form, a form motorcycle used to add, edit, and delete data related to motorcycles as well as the transaction form that serves to enter data related to credit payment transactions in the company. In the design and development of the database application, the author utilizes Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a supporting application.Keywords: common people (users), Visual Basic 6.0, credit payment information system

Abstract

While the Government is heavily promoting batik abroad, it turned out the conditions within the country is not much supportive. Many of the younger generation are not interested in acquiring the art of batik since batik artisans are still largely dominated by the old. Not to mention the problem of the patent of a few motifs that turns out to have been intercepted by Malaysia. Seeing the dark future of this batik, it needs an effort to preserve the traditional batik by not to be drown in the flood of modern life that lacks of appreciation of traditional batik. Abstract

The development of online games is so high that leads many companies to compose games. To increase competitiveness, extra service is needed for the customers. Before giving service, online games provider has to know what factor that motivates player to buy online games and virtual items that are presented in order to increase competitiveness. The research is done by using case of online games perfect world, where the area of respondents is Jakarta and the age ranges between 15 to 24. This research involves survey for 186 respondents in which 30 respondents are for pilot test while 156 are for actual test. The data processing is used SEM which the measurement variables consist of effort expectancy, performance expectancy, perceived value, enjoyment story, enjoyment length, enjoyment graphic, enjoyment control, customization, purchase intention and actual purchase behavior. The result of research shows that motivation factor that has high effect to purchase intention is perceived value, enjoyment story, enjoyment length, enjoyment control and customization. While, purchase intention affects actual purchase behavior significantly

Abstract

Article present the work and fuction of a tool which is able to scan an object reconstructed into a three-dimensionalobject. The object could be modified by computer software. Methodology were library and laboratory research methods. Fromthe experiment results, the scanning and reconstruction process of three-dimensional object could work well. The conclusionobtained is the optimum angle to scan the object is at an angle of 25o to 35o. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the operational performance of information systems for inventory based on user perceptions of information systems. The research method used is survey method, descriptive techniques, and capture data using a questionnaire and before use, calibrated test item validity and reliability test. The technical data analysis used a range of criteria and methods of Pearson (Product Moment), and data processing with the help of SPSS version 12.0, and Microsoft Excel. The results of this study the overall average of 14.48 on a scale indicator from 10.6 to 15.0, where the network operating indicators, preparation and data entry, and production control showed less good. The conclusion shows that the perception of users on information systems for inventory runs poorly.Keywords: operational implementation, inventory information system, range criterion method, Pearson correlation method

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems that exist in a company engaged in the sales of paper cutting machine that is on sale systems that are running on the company, identifying the needs of enterprise information and designing information systems that are able to meet the company’s information needs. The used methodology is the method of analysis and design methods. The analysis method is library research, observation, survey of the old system, the identification of information needs and interviews. While the design method used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).The achieved results are in the form of sales information system for paper cutting machine distributor in the form of application design to improve the sales system, which is still done manually. The conclusion is a computerized information system sales can solve problems that occur on the old systems and procedures in the company.Keywords: Design; Sales Information System

Abstract

Learning methods play an important role and receive special attentions in our life. We live in digital era, where everyone wants something efficient, effective, dynamic, fast and interactive. The term ‘interactive’ appears in two distinct strands of educational research discourse: one concerning pedagogy and the other concerning new technologies in education. Teaching students with traditional method where there is only one way of communication is no longer effective. The word interactive is the key to have an effective and efficient teaching and learning process where the teacher can grab students’ attention and students can learn more in comparison to that of the traditional method.

Abstract

Use of applications to assist business processes to be completed faster, saat have been very widely adopted by companies so that good performance yang applications and meet the needs of users will be very important. The purpose of this research is to find the application user expectations Intersystem Business Solution (IBS) in PT Citajaya Infinite System and find out how the performance of these applications after implemented so that will be generated an output, which form the level of satisfaction from the use of applications by managers and employees at the company. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Manual methods used in data processing, Microsoft Excel 2003, and SPSS version 13.0. While the analysis method using gap analysis to determine the scale and range of satisfaction levels. So, one conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the performance of this application is sufficient to meet user expectations.Keywords: level of satisfaction, users, IBS applicationABSTRAKPenggunaan aplikasi untuk membantu proses bisnis agar menjadi lebih cepat diselesaikan, saat ini sudah sangat banyak diterapkan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan sehingga kinerja aplikasi yang baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan dari pengguna akan sangat penting sekali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari harapan pengguna aplikasi Intersystem Business Solution (IBS) pada PT Citajaya Infinite System dan mengetahui bagaimana kinerja aplikasi ini setelah diimplementasikan sehingga akan dihasilkan sebuah output, yang berupa tingkat kepuasan dari penggunaan aplikasi oleh para manajer dan karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Metode pengolahan datanya menggunakan manual, Microsoft Excel 2003, dan SPSS versi 13.0. Sedangkan metode analisisnya menggunakan gap analysis dan rentang skala untuk menentukan tingkat kepuasan. Jadi, salah satu simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja aplikasi ini sudah cukup memenuhi harapan pengguna.Kata kunci: tingkat kepuasan, pengguna, aplikasi IBSPENDAHULUANPersaingan dalam dunia bisnis saat ini sangat cepat dan tinggi sekali. Perusahaan harus dapat memproses setiap data menjadi informasi yang akurat secara cepat. Hal ini berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan untuk mendukung strategi bersaing perusahaan. Untuk mengolah data yang demikian banyaknya dari hasil kegiatan harian perusahaan menjadi informasi yang tepat dan secara cepat, tentulah bukan merupakan pekerjaan mudah. Oleh karena itu, saat ini banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan sebuah aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu pekerjaan user (pengguna aplikasi) dalam mengolah data menjadi informasi yang berharga bagi jajaran manajemen maupun non-manajemen.Demikian pula pada perusahaan integrasi sistem dan penjualan perangkat keras komputer pada perusahaan. Pada awalnya, penggunaan komputer untuk membantu proses bisnis di perusahaan memakai Microsoft Office Excel sebagai alat bantu pengolah data transaksi mereka. Akan tetapi, dengan perkembangan perusahaan yang semakin besar dan kebutuhan pengolahan data yang semakin kompleks dan banyak, maka perusahaan ini memutuskan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang cocok untuk mendukung proses kerja mereka. Intersystem Business Solution (IBS), demikian nama aplikasi yang mereka beli dari sebuah perusahaan pembuat software.Ruang lingkup penelitian ini dibatasi pada aplikasi IBS yang digunakan oleh divisi pembelian dan persediaan, penjualan, dan keuangan, lingkungan penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan, yaitu di kantor Jln. Arjuna Utara No. 9I, Jakarta Barat.Menurut Kotler (2003: 61), “satisfaction is person’s feelings of pleasure or disappointment resulting from comparing a product’s perceived performance (or outcome) in relation to his or her expectations”. Yang artinya bahwa kepuasan adalah perasaan orang akan kesenangan atau kekecewaan yang disebabkan membandingkan hasil kinerja sebuah produk dengan harapannya.O’Brien (2005: 11) menyatakan “end users are people who use an information system or the information it produces”. Yang artinya bahwa pengguna akhir adalah orang yang menggunakan sistem informasi atau informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem. Sedangkan Remenyi, Money, dan Sherwood-Smith (2004: 153), dalam bukunya mengemukakan bahwa “user satisfaction is generally considered to result from a comparison of user expectations (or needs) of the IS with the perceived performance (or capability) of the IS on a number of different facts of the IS.
