Abstract

Dashboard is a computer interface that displays a variety of charts, graphs, tables, which are selected reports from various data that are considered important to display rapidly, with an attractive appearance, dynamic, and relevant so that it can immediately be seen quickly to analyze a condition. Dashboard information system is widely used in various companies as a support system for decision-making where Dashboard usually displays data business trends of the company or the achievement of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of a company. The method used is descriptive analysis by means of collecting information that areimportant for universities to be considered asthe Key Success Factors (KSF) of the university, and then, the design of the dashboard is made in accordance with these important factors. The result of this study is a grand design of information systems for the university performance monitoring, starting from the reception of students, faculty performance, student academic achievement, effectiveness and efficiency of services, including graduates. It is expected that by the time the system has been fully implemented, the university can take action quickly and accurately with respect to the required conditions. Keywords: Information System Dashboard; Dashboard; Academic Dashboard; University Dashboard

That system is not only for the necessary needs in district attorney office but it is also combined in the existing process in security and court. The chief of office feels that the enhancement performance will be obtained easier if there is the same system and technology and are designed carefully. Within this paper, the researcher uses the framework of Enterprise Architecture to develop the needed system and technology so that it can be realized strategically and operationally much better and can be accounted. The result is the current time conservative service system and have the quality of office automation systems is gradually planned to change into automation for the next two or three years. Therefore, the connection and the cooperation between the attorney, the police and the court will be more harmonic, thus gradually increased the service to the community.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to analyze and design an appropriate system to help PT. Zero CelciusIndonesia in offering service to their customers, in order to keep a good relationship and communication, and also to obtain information as needed. Research methods used were library study, customers’ needsanalysis, designing and creating of e-CRM system, programming, and system testing as suggested. Result gotfrom the survey to company was that the current CRM system was only run by limited company staffs.Whereas the clients owned by company were considered quite many. Therefore, a CRM based on web or alsoknown as e-CRM was being created. So, the conclusion is that because of e-CRM, a better service to thecustomers can be given more focus and a relationship between company and customers can be closer; notonly as market subjects, but as colleagues.

Abstract

Strategic planning of information systems is to establish policy and planning implementation of information technology as a supporter of bussiness process and solution of the problem with high accuracy and know the possibilities of the system is less precise procedure. To achieve this, an information systems strategy planning organizations (including universities therein) should be done through the stages: an analysis of objectives and issues / information needs (goals and poblem), critical success factor (CSFs), SWOT analysis, impact analysis information technology (technology impact analysis) and analysis of the vision or strategic view of the system (strategy vision system) and a review model of business functions (business proccess) organization. In STMIK Raharja, strategic planning and information system model was developed based on through these stages and includes information services to be provided by STMIK Prog as a university. Determination of information system strategic planning and selection of models developed subsequently determined by the specific needs and determinants with attention to rules and procedures. This paper presented a discussion about the foundation and information systems strategic planning phases of Higher Education as an organization by taking a model of information services at Raharja STMIK Tangerang, with academic information subsystem as an example the case of the implementation of the development. To clarify the discussion, at this writing are also discussed briefly about the strategy on information systems implementation STMIK Prog as a university organization. Keywords: critical success factor, model, business process, strategy system vision

Abstract

Article talks about the design and implementation of wireless network in Engineering Campus of UniversitySains Malaysia. The goals of this research is designing a network which able to bring mobility to all network usersin this campus. In this research, there is a mathematical model which can be used to predict the coverage of theaccess point. Coverage testing had been carried out at library. Based on the original placement of the access pointwhich done by the PPKT, the Universiti Sains Malaysia’s (USM) computer center. Since the result is not so satisfying,a new design based on the characteristic of the access point and the building structure was done. Keywords: wireless network, smart campus, library

Abstract

Manufacturing companies always strives to improve performance, namely in production of goods in time, management of material supply to prevent out of stock by exchanging information with suppliers, and on time delivery of goods to distributors to meet customer satisfaction on manufactured products. The purpose of this study is to analyse the supply chain management and to design the electronic supply chain management (e-SCM) on Superpoly Industry Company so it able to give accurate and reliable information also support the better supply chain acitivity for the company. The used research methods are preliminary steps (energize the organization, enterprise vision, supply chain value assessment, opportunity identification, and strategy decision) for the analysis and for the design consist of supply chain management strategic, customer and service management, manufacturing and supply chain planning, supplier relationship management, logistics resource management, and architecting. The conclusion is the e-SCM application will make it easier for the distributor to order merchandise from the company because information channel is open, which is website and information flow between supplier, company, and distribution is getting better. Keywords: supply chain management, electronic supply chain management, company

Abstract

The success of implementation of information system in an organization will supportthe organization in the process of achieving goals. Successful information system will support theorganization's day-to-day operations, so that problem can be resolved more quickly and easily. Theinformation system which has been developed and implemented is also necessary to measure thematurity level. Therefore, it can determine whether the implementation of information systemsmade in accordance with the goals of the organization. Measuring the success of informationsystems used the DeLone and McLean IS success model. To measure the maturity level ofinformation systems used COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology)frameworks that provides best practices for IT governance and control. The results of this analysiswill assist and support the IT team in order to develop and build information systems that better fitthe needs and goals of the organization.

Abstract

Aim of the research was to prove that backpropagation method could be implemented for image recognitionwhile doing object classification. Observational method done was to do library research by reading and searching forinformation from various sources, then conduct analysis upon data, and last, design the application from analysisresults. From the evaluation that has been done, the result for accuration and speed are high enough (above 95%). Afteranalyzing evaluation result, it is concluded that backpropagation method could be implemented for object classification.
