Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Purchase Decision. Population in this research is consumer of Goodfellas Resto and Bar Semarang. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. Data were collected using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Technique of analysis using multiple regression method previously tested the validity and reliability test. In addition, this study also used the F statistical test and the coefficient of determination. The last test is hypothesis using t test. The results showed that the variable of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception have positive and significant influence to Purchase Decision. Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total asset Turnover (TATO) and Return On Asset (ROA) to Stock Return of Companies Indeks LQ 45 that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange on the period 2012-2015. The population in this study is a Companies Indeks LQ 45 that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2015. But only meet the crieria are only samples. The samples are determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression with selection between Pooled Least Square (PLS), Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM) through the Chow test and Hausman test. Hausman test result of this study recommends using REM. Based on the output REM showed that the CR has no effect on stock return. DER has a significant positive effect on stock return. TATO has a significant positive effect on stock return and ROA has a significant positive effect on stock return. The ability independent variable the explain of change of the variables return stock only 37,5% the rest was donated variables other than model. Then seen from constant value the greatest is in the Semen Indonesia and the smallest to the Bumi Serpong Damai. Abstract

The study examines and examines the effect of motivation, leadership and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted on freight forwarding company CV.Macika Express Semarang. The object of research in writing this thesis is employees CV.Macika Express Semarang. The sampling technique in this study purposive sampling amounted to 45 respondents as a sample with data collection methods using questionnaire (questionnaire) by spreading questionnaires question to respondents to obtain information. The results of this study showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of debt equity ratio, current ratio, return on assets and institutional ownership structure to stock return of property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2015. The population in this study are all property companies listed on the BEI during the period of 2013-2015. Selection of sample by using purposive sampling method obtained by sample as many as 32 companies for 3 years so that the total sample of 96 data observation. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Debt to equity ratio has a significant positive effect on stock return. Current ratio has no effect on stock return. Return on assets have a significant positive effect on stock return. Institutional ownership has no effect on stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial performance of the profitability risk that is ROA (Return on Assets) to other financial ratios such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), BOPO (Operational Cost / Operating Income), AND NPL (Non Performing Loan). Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression). This research is conducted from 2012-2015 period on Conventional Commercial Bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method with a sample of 35 banking companies. The result of research after partial hypothesis test shows that CAR has positive and not significant effect to ROA, LDR has negative and significant effect to ROA, BOPO has negative and significant effect to ROA, NPL has positive and significant effect to ROA. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Deposits (DEP), Loans (LOA), and Size Bank (SIZE) to Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012- 2015. This study was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research is all banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2012 – 1015. The sample in this research use purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research are 28 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with purposive sampling technique, that is sample determination technique based on criteria. These criteria are banking companies listed on the BEI 2012- 2015 and submit complete financial and yearly reports. The hypothesis test showed that NIM has positive and significant effect to CAR, negative DEP is not significant to CAR, LOA is significant effect to CAR, and SIZE has negative and insignificant effect on CAR. Abstract

The goals of this research are to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived value on customer satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Branch of Semarang City. And to examine and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the limit of insurance period more than one year and the number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical tests on research about the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived value on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction (empirical study in PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City) can be deduced that brand image doesn’t significantly influence on costumer satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City, service quality and perceived value does significantly influence on customer satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City, and customer satisfaction does significantly influence on brand loyalty of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City.

Abstract

The Bank is a trust institution that has an intermediary function, helps the payment system and implements government policy monetary policy. The function proves that the existence of a healthy bank, has a relationship with the economic growth in a country. Banking is one of the important sectors in Indonesia. In recent years, the condition of banking in Indonesia has begun to show progress towards improvement although it is still experiencing difficult stages in order to balance the financial position. This is reflected in positive developments in funding, capitalization, profitability, and quality of productive assets. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is the ratio of capital used to measure the health of the bank. CAR is based on the ratio of capital to Risk Weighted Assets (ATMR). In accordance with Bank Indonesia regulation, banks must have a CAR of 8%.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Asset Quality (NPL), Liquidity (LDR), and Rentability (ROA) on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in banking companies in Indonesia and listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015. The data used in this study comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used purposive sampling method with 15 banking companies. This research uses regression analysis method of panel data. The results showed that the quality of assets (NPLs) did not affect the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Liquidity (LDR) had an effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Rentability (ROA) influenced Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Abstract

This study on analysis the effect of brand image and product quality on satisfaction and its impact on purchase intentions motorcycle Honda matic in Demak city. The data used in this research is the primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study is the user community residents or owners of motorcycle Honda matic, totaling 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling deliberate in accordance with the requirements of the sample used.With the characteristics of customer samples Astra Motor Honda Demak, and owners motorcycle matic Hondabrand The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are positive and significant between the brand image on satisfaction and product quality on satisfaction. Abstract

This study examined and analyzed the influence of motivation,work discipline,and work environment to employee performance of PT .PISMA GARMENT INDO. The sampling technique in this research used the simple random sampling with the number of respondents amounted 100. Analysis of data used covered the validity by factor analysis, reliability test with koefesien alpha (cronbrach alpha), statistical analysis descriptive, regression analysis multiple, the test determination, the standard F with significant < 0,05, and t test to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The research results were (1) The motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) The work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance.The result of this research gave a theoretical and practical implication.
