Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (ROA) And Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Of Return On Assets (ROA) The Banking Companies Period Year 2012-2014. Samples in this study is the overall financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ie from 2012 to 2014, amounting to 31 companies that meet the requirements to report financial data are complete. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of research Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) negative effect on ROA. Non Performing Loan (NPL) a negative effect on ROA. Operating Expenses to Operating Income (ROA) but no significant negative effect on ROA and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPLs, ROA, and LDR to ROA

Abstract

This purpose of this study was toanalysis The Effect of Service Quality, Price Perception, and Customer Value, Towards Customer Satisfaction and The Impact onCustomer Loyalty at Warung Makan Ayam Geprek Idola Semarang. The population in this study were customer who purchases the product more three times at Warung Makan Ayam Geprek IdolaSemarang and the age more 17 years old. The number of samples studied was as many as 100 people were selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. The analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable that is Service Quality, Price Perception, and Customer Value to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and price perceptions on the satisfaction of members of Bank MuamalatTerpaduMandiri Sejahtera in UngaranKab.Semarang. The population in this study are members of Bank MuamalatTerpadyMandiri Sejahtera. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. Data processing using SPSS Version 19. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on member satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on member satisfaction and price perception have a significant positive effect on member satisfaction Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality and Price Presentment

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and promotion on purchasing decision of smartphone product to consumers in Semarang City.Sampling method using purposive sampling with limit of product usage period more or less for one year and at least 17 years old. The influence between variables is explained by using multiple regression analysis method. Based on the results of statistical tests in this study can be concluded that product quality significantly influence the purchase price perception decision significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as significant promotion of the decision to purchase smartfren smartphone products on Smartfren consumers in the city of Semarang. Abstract

This research purposes to analysis leadership, discipline, and competencies influence to job performance at Institute culture and tourism Semarang city. This research uses primary data by questionnaire. Population of this research is employees Institute culture and tourism Semarang city as 26 respondents. Analysis data uses validity and reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination test, t test and F test. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, innovation and price perceptions of the purchasing decision process in the purchase of Tupperware products in Jepara. This study uses primary data and secondary data with data collection method with questionnaire. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents, using sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling is taking samples with the criteria of consumers who have ever bought Tupperware products in Jepara. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. Test results obtained that the quality of the product has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, innovation has a positive effect on the purchasing decision process and price perception have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Overall research model is said fit or feasible as research model with coefficient of determination value approaching 1. Keywords: innovation, price perception and purchasing decision process

Abstract

The purpose of this study determined the effect of leadership, work environment, and motivation to employee performance BPSDMD Central Java Province. This study also aims to determined jointly the effect of three independent variables on the dependent variable and to determined which variable most dominant influence among the three independent variables on the dependent variable. This research used a qualitative research, population of employees was 203 employees. This sample studywas 67 randomizedemployees and collection data used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the calculation resulted SPSS 24 of the t test on theleadership variable acquired a significance of 0.379> 0.5, Ho is accepted and Ha = H1 rejected, working environment variable obtained a significance of 0.000 0.50, Ha = H3 Ho rejected and accepted. F test results showed a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and workplace employees pd on performance.Bpr regional banks Pati.Population this research is employees who worked in PD .BPR Regional Banks Pati .Sample in this research as many as 71 people .Technique the sample collection use purposive sampling .As for criteria sample in this research was employees who worked more than three years and experienced various leadership .Instrument the analysis used is the validity , reliability and linear regression multiple.The results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership: have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Motivation have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Working environment have had a positive impact on the performance of employees . Abstract

This Study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment on customer satisfaction debtor PD. BPR Bank Daerah Pati. The population in this study is the debtor BPR Bank Daerah Pati. Because the population is not known with certainty, then the sampling is based on the formula proposed by Taro in order to obtain a sample of 100 people. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analisys, reliability using Cronbach Alpha testing and hypotesis using multiple linear regression. The resut of analisys can be concluded that: the positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The better the quality of the service, the customer satisfaction debitor PD.BPR Bank Daerah Pati will increase. Confidence positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better trust then the debitor customer satisfaction PD. BPR Bank Daerah Pati will increase. Commitment positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better trust then the debitor customer satisfaction PD. BPR Bank Daerah Pati will increase. Keywords : quality of service, trust, commitment and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research had an intention to examine the influences of brand image, price perception and the quality of product toward the customer’s satisfaction that affecting the loyalty of using the product. The population of this research are the user of Kartika syrup in Gubug, Grobogan with the total sample of 100 correspondents that has been taken by purposive sampling technique. The research study of this final project proposes seven hypothesis that been tested using linier regression with data processing program spss. Based on that statistical experimentation, I got a result that:brand image has a positive effect and has a significance relation with the satisfaction, price perception has a positive effect and has a significance relation with the satisfaction, and quality of product have a positive effect and significance relation with the satisfaction. The satisfaction it self has a positive impact and significance in loyalty of the customers, the brand image has a positive effect and significance in loyalty of the customers, and price perception has a positive effect and significance in loyalty of the customers. In conclusion, Kartika enterprise ought to raise and keep the brand image, price perception and the quality of product in order to gain the customers loyalty toward Karika’s products and always giving a satisfaction to the customers.
