Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy and locus of control to the desire to employee performance. The object of study in this paper is PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia. The sampling technique in this research use the purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents is 75. Analysis of the data used include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple regression analysis, t test to test and aprove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are (1) organizational culture give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the stronger organizational culture within the employee will improve employee performance. (2) self-efficacy give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the stronger self-efficacy within the employee will improve employee performance. (3) locus of control give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the stronger locus of control within the employee will improve employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance at Kospin JASA Branch in Semarang. This study also aims to determine jointly the effect of the three independent variables to the dependent variable and to determine which variables are the most dominant influence among the three independent variables to the dependent variable. This research uses qualitative research, the sample used is 50 respondents, using census technique so that all respondents are taken as research sample and collecting using questionnaires with Likert scale. Relationship and effect between variables is explained by using multiple linier regression analysis method. Keywords: Leadership, competence, organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work capital efficiences, liquidity and solvability to profitability. Samples were food and baverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2013-2015 with 14 companies by using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of this study prove partially that the work capital negative and significant effect on profitability, while the liquidity and solvability does not effect on profitability. Simultaneously prove that the work capital significant effect on the profitability of the company with a significant level of 0.000< 0.05. Value Adjusted R Square shows the results for 0.609, which means 60.9% are influenced by the value of the profitability, the work capital, liquidity and solvability. While the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords: Work Capital Efficiences, Liquidity, Solvability, and Profitability

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on teacher performance. This research was conducted at SMK 17 August 1945 Semarang. The population of this study is all teachers of SMK 17 August 1945 Semarang which amounted to 52 people by taking sempel using census method. The method of analysis used in this study is to use regression analysis method, that is using the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta and significant level. The result of the research shows that motivation has positive and significant effect to teacher performance, work discipline has positive and significant influence to teacher performance, and work environment have positive and significant effect to teacher performance. Abstract

This study was carried out aimed to analyze the influence impressed Work Environment, impressed Compensation, and Motivation on the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Klasik Indonesian. The sampling technique used with random sampling method, taking a sample of 100 respondents. Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation of work against employee performance of PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained direcly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employee of PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia Semarang numbering as many as 1000 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive kind of accidental sampling method with the number respondents as many as 100 people. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2)Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study entitled the effect of service quality, corporate image, perception of price and confidence customer of customer satisfaction on consumer Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” Sampangan Semarang. The population in this study was customers in Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” Sampangan Semarang. Sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling that technique determines the sample with particular consideration in accordance with the desired destination with the nomer of samples taken 100 respondents. The colleced data were analyze using factor analysis to test the validity of statement items, cronbach alpha of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient if determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the partial each independent variable. The results of this study indicated that service quality, corporate image, and confidence customer of customer satisfaction on consumer. But the price of perception have negative effects significantly to customer satisfaction at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” Sampangan Semarang. Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of of price perception, service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. The population in this study were customer who purchases the product more three times at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang and the age more 17 years old. The number of samples studied was as many as 110 people were selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. The analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable that is price perception, service quality and product quality to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And use path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of price, quality of service, and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. Price perception, service quality, and product quality have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. Customer satisfaction variables do not mediate the variable of price perception, service quality and product quality to customer loyalty. Abstract

This research is a research that examines the influence of leadership, training and work discipline with the perspective of Human Resource Management theory. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of leadership, training and work discipline on the performance of Islamic Hospital staff Nahdatul Ulama Demak (RSI NU Demak). The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling, while sampling technique using Slovin formula obtained 75 respondents. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple regression. While the hypothesis test tool using t and F test. The results showed that leadership, training and work discipline partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership has the greatest influence on performance. Leadership, training and work discipline contributed to the performance of 90.6%. Keywords: Leadership, training, work motivation and performance

Abstract

This study aims to example and analyze the effect of motivation, career development and discipline to work on the performance of employees of Balai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BBTPPI). The best data used in this study include the product moment test validity, realiability testing with Cronbach Alpha multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis.Data collected was tested for validity by the methods of analysis and tested reliabilitas with product moment coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha), where the results of all data is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion demonstrate that: (1). Motivation and significant positive effect on employee performance, the stronger the influence of the motivation, then the performance employee’s are also increasing; (2). Career development positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of the working career development, then the performance employee’s are also increasing; (3). Discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of the working discipline, then the performance employee’s in the company are also increasing.
