Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance of District Office Randublartung Blora Regency. The population in this study is the total number of employees who numbered 50 respondents.The sample used is census technique. The data used is primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. Technique used for primary data collection is done by questioner to respondent. Hypothesis test results show that Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, perceived price, and brand image to buying decision of Distro Horny Cupcakes Semarang. The population in this study is customers Distro Horny Cupcakes with criterian have made purchase of the product Horny Cupcakes. The number of samples studied were as many as 108 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis technique has been done by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test,multiple linear regressions test, model feasibility test and hypothesis significance test.Data processing using SPSS Version 19th. The results of this study showed that store atmosphere, product quality,perceived price, and brand image have positive effect and significant on buying decision. Abstract

This study examines the effect of return on assets (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), bank size (BANK SIZE), loan deposit ratio (LDR), and inflation to non performing loan (NPL). The method used in this research is descriptive method that is quantitative. Sample technique using purposive sampling technique with research period year 2013 - 2015. The result of research show there is significant and negative influence between ROA to Non Performing Loan (NPL), there is no significant influence between CAR to Non Performing Loan (NPL) Which is significant and positive between Bank Size against Non Performing Loan (NPL), there is no significant influence between LDR to Non Performing Loan (NPL), and there is no significant influence and between Inflation to Non Performing Loan (NPL). Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability to firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. These companies become the population in this study then only a few who qualify to be sampled. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is mediation regression analysis supported by path analysis. The result of research shows that profitability have positive and significant effect to company value. Dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. The ability of each of those independent variables to influence the change of company value is only 57,2%, the rest is contribution of variables outside of this research model. The dividend policy does not mediate effect of profitability on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability, Dividend policy.

Abstract

This study axamined the effect of liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvability ratio and firm size to profitability at manufacturing business in Indonesian stock axchange period 2013-2015. Population in this research ic company of manufacture sector with enlist in Indonesian stock exchange. Sample research with criterion wich have been determained to be obtained by counted 71 manufacturing company which public`s company in indonesian stock exchange, with data pooled method or panel data during year 2013-2015, so that the amount of sample ( n )= 71 x 3 = 213, while use by method is multiple linier regression. The test result variable liquidity significant positif to profitability, aktivity significant positif to profitability, solvability significant negatif to profitability and firm size significant positif to profitability. Keyword : profitability, liquidity, activity, solvability and firm size.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of quality of work life, empowerment and compensation on job satisfaction. The object of this research at the PT.Sango Ceramics Indonesia. The sampling technique in this research use the purposive sampling technique with 85 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires. Technique analysis of the data used include the test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple regression analysis, T test to test and approve the research hypothesis. The results of the research that quality of work life has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the stronger quality of work life within the employee, will improve satisfaction in employee the organization. Empowerment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the more employees feel empowered by the organization, the level of employee satisfaction wiil increase. Compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, that the more just and true way of distributing compensation to employees, will improve stronger satisfaction to reach organization target. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The object of research in this writing is BPR WELERI MAKMUR. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 50 person.Analisis data used include the validity test with product moment, reliability test with alpha coefesien (Cronbrach Alpha), multiple regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis . The results of the research are (1) The environment is not positive and insignificant to Employee Performance, (2) Leadership is not positive and significantly to Employee Performance, the stronger the leadership in employees will improve employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, the stronger motivation in the employees will improve employee performance. Abstract

The objective of the research are (1) to know degree of the honorary teachers' organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency (2) to know what’s the motive that prompt the good honorary teachers' organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency (3) to know what’s the dominant motive that influences to the honorary teachers' organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency. The existence of this research is hoped can gives contribution in addition of scientific study reference about organizational commitment of honorary teacher and as a base of wisdom formulation in treat and motivate the honorary teacher. The population of this research is honorary teacher of elementary schools in Guntur subdistric Demak regency. The total of elementary schools is 39 with 168 honorary teachers. The sample was taken by using cluster sampling technique based on geographical location of 12 schools (as sample). From 12 schools taken 50 honorary teachers as respondents The data analysis of this research includes validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The result of the research shows that the majority of honorary teachers' organizational commitment in good category. The motives that prompt a good honorary teachers’ organizational commitment are physiologist motive, social motive, egoistic motive, and actualization motive. The multiple regression analysis shows that the social motive and the actualization motive have a dominant influence to the organizational commitment of the honorary teacher in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of strategic orientation, sales manager control, and salesperson reliability on sales effectiveness through salesperson performance. This research was conducted at PT. TELKOM Witel Semarang which is one of state-owned companies.The sampling method used sampling saturated or census and the sample size as much as 90 respondents. The relationship or influence between variables is explained by using multiple regression analysis.The result of the research shows that strategic orientation has significant positive effect to salesperson performance. Sales manager control has a significant negative effect on salesperson performance. Abstract

This study examines the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value. This research is conducted at Indonesia Stock Exchange by using a go public manufacturing company as the unit of analysis. Sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2012 to 2015. Relationship and (or) influence between variables is explained by using method of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure, profitability, and firm size have a positive effect and significant on firm value. While the de-dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value.
