Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of variables the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Cost Ratio to Operational Income (BOPO), and Net interst Margin (NIM) of the Return On Asset (ROA) on Commercial Bank listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the period 2011-2016. The population in this study is a commercial bank listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2011 until 2016. The samples are determined using purposive sampling. The criteria used are commercial bank listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011 - 2016 and the banks submit annual financial statements and completely. Method of data analysisused is panel data regression with selectionbetwenestimation method Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effect Model (REM) through the Hausman Test. Hausman Test result of this study recommends using model REM. Based on the ouput, the largest constant value is found in Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk and the smallest constant value is in Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk.Based on the output Random Effect Model (REM) showed that CAR has no effect on ROA, NPL has a significant negative effect on ROA, LDR has no effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA, and NIM has a significant positive effect on ROA.The ability of the independent variables to explain ROA changes in Commercial Banks listed on the IDX in the period 2011-2016 amounted to 82.6%. Abstract

CV. Cendana Wangi Batang is a Honda sales dealer in Batang city, Honda Vario sales in CV. Cendana Wangi Batang from January to December fluctuated in 2016, an increase in May, June, July, November and December. The decrease occurred in February, March, August, and October, in terms of purchasing decisions made by consumers of course they are influenced by various variables. There are several variables that influence purchasing decisions from previous research such as motivation, product quality perceptions, reference groups, brand personality, promotions, prices, and consumer attitudes. However, in this study only limited the variables of motivation, perception of product quality, and consumer attitudes. This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of motivation, perception of quality, and attitudes of consumers to purchase decisions on the CV. Cendana Wangi Batang. Population in this research is owner and buyer of Honda Vario motorcycle in CV. Cendana Wangi Batang with the criteria of owner and buyer of Honda Vario motorcycle with minimum age of 21 years. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. Analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test, hypothesis significance test. Data processing using SPSS Version 22. The results of this study showed that the motivation, perception of quality, and attitudes of consumers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions Keywords : Motivation, Quality Perception product,Consumer Attitudes, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and indirect service quality, trust, corporate image, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on loyality. The population of this research is the member KSP Loh Jinawi.The total sample 100 respondents with method purposive sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire. This research variable service quality (X1),trust (X2), corporate image (X3), customer satisfaction (Y1), and loyality (Y2). Data analysis with statistical analysis descriptive and path analysis. The result of the research indicated that the service quality (X1), trust (X2), coorporate image (X3) show that there are influance bigger than loyality(Y2) compared by intervening variable satisfaction (Y1).The result of lane analysis shows that service quality variable (X1) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2), trust (X2) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2), corporate image (X3) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2). The conclusion from the study of the quality service (X1), trust (X2), corporate image (X3) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2) compared through satisfaction (Y1) as intervening variable. It is suggested to KSP Loh Jinawi to improve service quality, in terms of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. In the belief KSP Loh Jinawi should be able to increase the trust of its members and on corporate image should KSP Loh Jinawi able to show stability. Abstract

Along with the growth of the culinary business in Semarang, causing the higher level of competition which is faced by Nestcology. There are many kinds of consumer complaints which are given to Nestcology indicates that consumer satisfaction is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and located on consumer satisfaction in Nestcology. This research tests three independent variables they are product quality service quality and located that can affect variable dependent it is consumer satisfaction. Population of this research are consumers of Nestcology. Samples were taken of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling approach. Data was collected by using a survey method through quetionnaires which were filled out by consumers. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of indicate that variable product quality has the greatest influence on consumer satisfaction, followed by variable service quality. While variable product quality have an lowest influence compared to other variables. Keyword : product quality, service quality,located, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Contract employees are part of the organizations that participate to achieve organizational goals. But now these contract workers have a less obvious working future. Therefore contract employess feared do not have a good organizatoinal commitment to the organization. Based on the facts even though the contract employees has an uncertain future, they have a good organizational commitment. This is a problem that needs to be researched. This study aims to determine : 1. Factors that encourage the employees of roemani hospital in Semarang to accept contract system, 2. The influence of these factors to organizational commitment, 3. The most dominant factor that effects the organizational commitment of contract employees in roemani hospital Semarang. this study is expected to contribute in the addition of reference scientific studies of organizational commitment of contract employees. Population in this research is all contract employees of hospital Roemani in Semarang amounted to 80 people. The samples in this study are total sampling, or using the entire study population as respondents. Data collection in this study using questionnaires.Before the questionnaire is used, firstly tested the validity and reliability. Test validity questionnaire using product moment correlation method. By comparing between rhitung and rtabel. If rhitung >rtabel, then the data is said valid. For reliability test used conbrach alpha. Data analysis is done by qualitative analysis (mean, median, mode). Next use multiple regression.The results showed that the majority of organizational commitment is employee's contract is better. The motives that drive good organizational commitment is the insistence of the needs of the physical, the difficulty of finding an appropriate job, and the perception was appointed remains. While prestige is not a factor of the cause of good organizational commitment. Based on the results of regression known that the motives that influence the organizational commitment of employees contract for dominant is the insistence of the needs of the physical. Abstract

Employee career development is important for organizations as well as for individuals, But not necessarily every organization has done it. As is the case that happened in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. As a company should be able to develop career employees well, but the fact of career development incompany is not as expected. The purpose of this research is (1) to know career development in PDAM. (2) to know the factors influencing career development in PDAM. (3) to find out the dominant factors influencing employee career development in PDAM. The population of 494 employees. The sample was taken based on the needs of the tool and the homogeneity of the respondents with the number of 100 respondents, Taken with nonprobability sampling method. While the data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire. Data analysis used include descriptive analysis, validity test with factor analysis, reability test with cronbach alpha and analysis multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that career management and career planning have a positive and significant impact on career development. Abstract

This study analyzed on the influence of motivation, discipline dan work environtment on employee performance. Object of this research at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. Subject of this study use all population and number of population is 103 respondents. Data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing a list of question to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objectives was formulated to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environtment on employee performance at Department of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. The data used primary data, analysed using regression analysis. The result showed that the motivation, discipline, and work environtment had a positive significant effect on employee performance at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. From these result can be concluded that high motivation, high working discipline, and a good work environtment will improve employee performance at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang . Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The population in this research is all employees of PT. PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang located on Semarang. The data obtained through questionnaires amounting to 119 samples consist of each part to represent the sample. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis by using validity test, reliability, multiple linear regression test, and test of research model. The results showed that the compensation and work environment both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction while employee performance variables affect the job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance. The sample in this research is some employees of BKD Semarang city, amounting to 53 employees. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the company's factors to gain high loyalty from its customers. Customer satisfaction has direct relevance to product quality, brand image and price perception. Customers whose expectations are met or even exceeded will spread positive news regarding the perceived performance to others. By being a satisfied customer, the value of customer interest in the products and services offered by Nissan will also increase. This is certainly very beneficial to the Nissan as a manufacturer, because customers will remain faithful to all forms of services provided by the Nissan car manufacturer. This study aims to analyze product quality, brand image and price perceptions of customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction Nissan in Semarang City in 2017. This research is a descriptive research. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that product quality positively affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Price perceptions have a positive effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, brand image, price perception, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
