Abstract

Purchase consumer behavior is unique with preference everyone to a the products of different - different.It affected by many factors among them quality products, perception prices, promotion, locations and other - other.The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the influence of quality products, perception prices, promotion and location of the decision to buy chicken geprek in semarang city Population this research is consumers who buy chicken geprek idol within the city of semarang .Sample in this research as many as 100 people .Technique the sample collection use proposive sampling .As for criteria sample in this research was consumers from restaurants chicken geprek idol already over once buy at home eating chicken geprek idol .Instrument the analysis used is the validity , reliability and linear regression multiple . The results of the analysis can be concluded that: quality products have had a positive impact of the decision the purchase .Perception the price is not influential of the decision the purchase .Promotion do not affect of the decision the purchase .Location have had a positive impact of the decision the purchase. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on organizational commitment moderated transformational leadership in PT. Indonesia Power UP. Semarang. The population in this study are employees who work there as many as 350 people and a sample of 100 people. Hypothesis test in this research use regression analysis. Regression analysis results show that competence significantly influence organizational commitment moderated transformational leadership. The results of the analysis revealed that intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence together affect the organizational commitment. Abstract

This research takes object at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Semarang. The problems raised in this study are, the influences of individual characteristics, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Semarang, in partially.The Population in this research are all of the employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Semarang which amounted as many as 208 people. The sampling technique which used is random sampling with 66 respondents. The method of data analysis is quantitative method which consists of: test of validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing through t-test.The results showed that, individual characteristic variable has no effect on employee performance, and work motivation influenced on employee performance.

Abstract

The research had an intention to examine the influences of  celebrity endorser, brand image, price perception of purchasing decision.  The population of this research is the customer of white curry noodle product with the total sample of 100 correspondents that has been taken by purposive sampling technique.The research study of this final project proposes three hypothesis that been tested using linier regression with data processing program spss. Based on that statistical experimentation, I got a result that :celebrity endorser have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision, brand image have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision, price perception have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision . Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of discipline, competence and work culture on the performance of nurses inpatient unit of the General Hospital of Salatiga City. The sampling technique of this study was by using a saturated sample which. 130 people. Data completion technique using questionnaire. Cronbach alpha, using multiple linear regression analysis for the partial purpose of each independent variable to the related variables. Classic cropping test by conducting multicollinearity test, heteroskedatisitas test and auto test. The results of his research are: (1) Discipline has a negative effect on the performance of nurses. Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the influence of motivation, competency, self-efficacy of commitment organizational. Object the study is done PT. JasaMarga (Persero) Cabang Semarang. Technique the sample colletion in this research using accidental sampling with the number of respondents 62 people. Data collection donethrought the distribution of the questionnaire. Analysis techniques the data used the analysis of multiple regression. The research of study obtained that motivation have had a positif impact and significant of commitment organizational, the more powerful a motivation in self employees so commitmen organizational employees to this company also rose. Competence not affect significantly to commitment organizational, competency in employees not necessarily can improve the commitmen organizational of the company. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price perception to customer satisfaction. The number of samples of this study were 100 respondents. Sampling technique that will be used in this research is by using purposive sampling method, that is sampling based on certain criteria. The criteria specified in this sampling are consumers who have made purchases at least twice.The results of analysis can be concluded that: there is a positive and significant impact of brand image on customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant impact of product quality on customer satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant impact of price perception on customer satisfactionDAFTARPUSTAKAAaker, David A.
