Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance.The sample of research is 70 employees in Home Industry Vanilla. In this research using census sampling technique that is taking all population as research sample. Technique analysis of the data used include the test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple regression analysis, T test to test and approve the research hypothesis.The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance, There is a positive influence and significant work discipline on employee performance.  Keywords: compensation, motivation, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence on organizational commitment moderated organizational culture in PT. Indonesia Power UP Semarang. This research is included intothe quantitative data by using primary data obtained from the questionnaire.The method used in this study is in the form of questionnaires where the total population of as many as 100 employees, while the data are processed permanent employees. Measurement using Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is coefficient of determination (R2) and test of F (Goodness Of Fit). Hypothesis test in this research use regression analysis.The result of regreai analysis is known that competence significantly influence organizational commitment moderated by organizational culture. The results of the analysis revealed that intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence together affect the organizational commitment.Keywords: Competence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze influence product quality and perception of consumer prices attitude and its impact on intention buy shoes converse consumers.The population research is consumers who buy shoes conversedi city semarang.sampel in this research as many as 100 people.Using techniques the sample purposive sampling.But sample criteria the research is customers who bought over and always shoes converse products.A the analysis used is the validity, reliability and linear regression berganda.hasil analysis it can be concluded that: product quality it has some positive effects in allah price konsumen.persepsi it has some positive effects in allah consumers.An influential positive on consumers buy intentions. Keywords: product quality, price perception, consumer attitudes and buying intentions

Abstract

The study of the factors that affect customer satisfaction laundry service (Power Klin case study on Semarang). The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, perception of price and quality of service to customer satisfaction car air conditioner laundry service (Power Klin case study on Semarang). A sample of 100 respondents, the sampling method used was simple random sampling, by providing an equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to choose as a sample. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that (1) there are significant positive and significant correlation between price perception to customer satisfaction, (2) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the trust of the customer satisfaction and (3) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of service to customer satisfaction. Keywords: price perception, trust, quality of service and customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, organization culture toward the employee performance. The sampling of this research was using saturate sampling technique over 70 respondents. Collecting data was using questionnaire by distributing to the respondents to collect the information. Using Correlation to find the validity of data, using Cronbach alpha to find the reliability of data, also using regression analysis to find the score of variable effect. Furthermore, the results of the research are: (1) Compensation has positive and significant impact toward the employee performance. (2) Leadership style has positive and significant impact toward the employee performance. (3) Organization culture has positive and significant impact toward the employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style, Organization Culture

Abstract

Every company will always strive for the human resources that have full involvement in an effort to generate high work productivity and can achieve the goals set, PT. ISTANA ARGO KENCANA is an electronics company engaged in distributors and sales. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, motivation and competence on employee performance, at PT. ISTANA ARGOKENCANA branch of Semarang City. In this study the population used is electronic companies, data retrieval techniques in this study using primary data by census method that is sampling all employees who work at PT. ARGOKENCANA ISSUES. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that X1 variable of Democratic Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on performance variable, X2 Motivation has significant positive effect on employee performance, and X3 variable has significant positive effect on employee performance.From three independent variables are competence variables that have influence most strongly against employee performance. Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation and Competence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of service, product and price perception of the satisfaction and impact on customer loyalty Alicia Skin Care Purwodadi.The population in this study is the customer in Alicia Skin Care Purwodadi that uses member Alicia Skin Care. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is the customer must be at least 17 years of age and a minimum treatment 5 times in the last 3 months. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Quality of service positively affects customer satisfaction. Product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Perception prices positively affects customer satisfaction. Quality of service is a positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality positively affects customer loyalty. Perception prices positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of product quality to customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyzed the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The object of research in this paper is the PT. Banyu Herang Abadi XL Pekalongan. Research method using census, amount to 108 respondents.Data collection using questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to respondents to obtain information.Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) the organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) the motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.(3) the leadership negative and no significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer motivation, perceptions of quality and consumer attitudes toward purchasing decisions of Ultrajaya Box Tea products at Boja Village, Kendal District. The sample is the partial or representative researched in the population. The sample is set to 100 subscribers. Sampling technique is done by purposive sampling is done by taking the subject is not based on strata, random or area but based on the existence of a certain purpose, of course in accordance with the consideration of the researcher so that it can represent the population. The criteria of respondents who made this sample are consumers who buy Ultrajaya Box Tea products at Boja Village, Kendal District. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant effect of consumer motivation on purchasing decisions, there is a positive influence and significant quality perceptions of purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence of consumer attitudes toward purchasing decisions. Abstract

The study of a very important purchasing decisions made by businessmen who market their products online. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of perception of risk, trust, information quality on purchasing decisions online. A sample of 100 respondents, using a non-probability sampling technique with the sampling method used is purposive sampling, its sampling with the criteria that the respondent is an adult and has been making purchases online. Methods of research data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are negative and significant effect between the perception of risk on purchasing decisions online. there are significant positive and significant correlation between trust in purchasing decisions online, there is a positive and significant influence between information quality on purchase decisions online  Keywords: risk perception,  trust, information quality and purchasing decisions onlineDAFTAR PUSTAKAAkbar M.M. dan N.
