Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja, beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang terdiri dari pejabat struktural maupun pejabat fungsional RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang mulai dari golongan II hingga IV yang berjumlah 985 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 91 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adaha Proportional Random Sampling. Metode pengambilan data primer yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan data analisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance. The object of research in this writing is Vocational High School Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is using the census of 62 respondents as sample by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spreading the list of questions to the respondent in order to get information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: (1) compensation has a negative effect on teacher performance. (2) job characteristics have a positive effect on teacher performance. (3) motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Key Words             : Work Compensation, Characteristics, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

The magnitude of a person's need to take care of themselves to look beautiful and the growing lifestyle of women, ultimately give a big influence for the rapid development of beauty industry in Indonesia, especially in the form of beauty clinic business.This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect ofservice quality dimensions namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction at Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang.The population in this study is the customer who perform treatment at Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang and aged over 18 years. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique.Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled directly by the respondent. Analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test,, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis significance test. Data processing using SPSS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of service quality such as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and assuranceempathy haven’t an effect on customer satisfaction  and empathy have aneffect on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of compensation,work discipline and cempetency .object of study in this paper is the Nozz Hotel Semarang .The sampling technique in his research is to use simple random sampling (random) semple of 53 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnairen (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent inorder to obtain informasion .the research objective wash formulated to dettermine the effect of compensation ,work discipline ,and competency of employe performance.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tast the validity of the question items ,Cronbeach alpa formula to test the reliability of each of the research are : (1) compensation has a positive and significant impact influence on employee performance. (2) work dicipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of perceived compensation and perceived work environtmenton the job performance with motivation as mediator in PT. Pisma Garment Indo Demak. The independent variable that are presumed to affect the job performance in this study is restricted to compensation and work environtment with motivation as the mediating variable. The population in this study is employees of PT. Pisma garment Indo demak which amounts to 250 people.this study use random sampling method Samples are taken at random, regardless of the extent of the population. This study using statistical test that include validity test with factor analysis,reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha, double regression analysis, and significance test using the coefficient of determination to prove the validity of hypothesis and for mediation test. The result of this study correctly proved that model’s ability to explain correctly, perceived compensation variable’s influence, perceived work environtment and motivation to job performance is amounted 55 %. Whereas the other’s is amounted 45% as explained by variables outside the data-model. Mediating effect test proved that the effect of compensation and work environtment on the job performance are mediated by motivation. Keywords : perceived compensation, perceived work environtment, motivation and job performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, competence and work discipline on the performance of civil servants in the District of South Kaliwungu. The population in this research is Civil Servant in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan which amounts to 71 people. In this research using sampling with census technique, because the population is less than 100 people, the sampling technique taken is all members of the population as much as 71 people Civil Service in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan  This data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires to the object of research and filled Directly by the respondent. As well as secondary data from archives owned by organizations / agencies and literature studies. The analysis method used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, hypothesis test t-test and multiple linear regression analysis.  otivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Civil Servants in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan. Competence has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants in Kaliwungu Selatan District. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of competencies, locus of control, and career development on employee performance. The object of research in this paper is the employee of the Semarang State Administrative Court. The sampling technique in this research use the census method by 65 respondents. Analysis of the data used includes validity test with KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin), reliability test with Alpha Cronbach, multiple regression analysis, model test with Adjusted R square and f test, t test to test and prove research hypothesis. The results of the research are: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kota Semarang. Testing the data used in this study include validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. The data testing results show valid and reliable results. The results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research goal to examine the effect of product quality, brand image, price perception and electronic word of mouth on the Semarang Roru Cake consumer purchasing decision process.The sampling method uses purposive sampling with certain considerations so that the samples used in this study were 97 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data is obtained directly from consumers Semarang Roru Cake who have made a purchase through a questionnaire method. The primary data was analyzed by SPSS through an instrument test in the form of validity and reliability tests, testing the research model in the form of coefficient of determination (R2) and F test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing in the form of t test.The results of this study indicate that partially, product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision process, brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision process, price perception variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision process and electronic word of mouth variables have a positive effect and significant to the process of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising, price perception and brand image on purchasing decision process of Oppo smartphones in the city of Semarang. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data, then analyzed by SPSS through an instrument test in the form of validity and reliability tests. Then tested with multiple linear regression, testing the research model in the form of test coefficient of determination (R2) and F test, and hypothesis testing in the form of t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing the results show that the advertising variable partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision process. Variable price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision process. Brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision process.
