Abstract

This research is a study of brand nokia mobile products, where brand products are assessed based on consumer perceptions of equity and its impact on consumer loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaire method against 125 peoples in the area of consumer Nokia at Faculty of Economics, Stikubank University obtained by using purposive sampling technique. From the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 0.123 X1 + 0.158 X2 + 0.831 X3 + 0.151 X4. Most impact on consumer loyalty that Perceived quality variable (X3), which has a coefficient of 0.831. next followed by the variable brand association (X2) with a coefficient of 0.158. brand loyalty variable (X4) with a coefficient of 0.151. For independent variables that have the smallest influence is brand awareness variable (X1) with a coefficient of 0.123. Hypothesis testing using the F test indicated that four independent variables under study is found to significantly influence the consumer loyalty. Then through a t test showed that four independent variables under study is found to significanly influence the consumer loyalty too. Therefore Figures Adjusted R square of 73,1 percent showed that consumer loyalty can be explained by fourth indipendent variables in the regression equation. While the rest of 26,9 percent is explained by others variables outside of the four variables used in this study.Keywords: Dimention of brand equity and consumer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of business is to create customers in order to feel satisfied. Consumer satisfaction is influenced by the perception of the quality of the service, product quality, price and factors that is personal and that is the situation for a moment. One of the factors that determine customer satisfaction is customer perception about the quality of service that focuses on the five dimensions of quality, services, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The population in this study was consumers Artha Asia Finance, JL. of Brigjend. Sugiarto No. 462 C, Semarang. And samples in this study was 100. Analysis technique used is regression results showed that: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy matter positively and significantly to consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The study was conducted to examine the influence of the operational efficiency of the performance of banks listed on the Indonesia stock exchange the period 2007 - 2010. Samples taken in this study as many as 96 companies and banks have active stock during the years 2007-2010. To obtain information needed to do the data collection process through documentation. In the method of data collection is to make copies by means of collecting archives and corporate records. Techniques of data analysis study is a test for normality, and the assumption of classical test  multikolonieritas, hteroskedastisitas test, test autokolerasi. Multiple linear analysis used in this study to determine the influence of CAR, BOPO and LDR to ROA. The analysis shows that the financial ratios of the CAR and the LDR does not have a significant impact on the banking company's ROA during the period 2007-2010 at the level of significance greater than 5%, while the ratioBOPO ROA has a significant influence on corporate banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The predictive capability of these three variables on ROA of 18.8% as has been demonstrated by the adjusted R square of 0.188. While the remaining 81.2% described in other variables beyond the research model. Abstract

This research is a study that examined the influence of managerial ownership, debt policy and the return on equity to dividend policy. The formulation of the problem in this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy, and return on equity of the dividend policy of either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research is a registered companyin Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample in this study conducted purposive sampling criteria: companies that have issued financial statements for the period 2005-2009, and thecompany paying the dividends during the study period. Obtained a sample of 124 companies from 1085 companies listed on the Stock Exchange publishes the financial statements. The data is then tested to normality, multicolinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The result data is normally distributed and free of symptoms classical assumptions. Hypothesis testing isperformed by t test and F test Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing shows that managerial ownership significantly and negatively related to dividend policy and debt policy (DER) have positive and significant impact on dividend policy, while ROE has positive and significant impact on dividend policy.Key words: dividend policy, managerial ownership, debt policy (DER), DER.

Abstract

The main objective of the study is to examine the impact of these factors on capital structure of manufacture industry that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchanges over 2008-2010. The objective of this research is to test and analyze whether sales growth, assets structure, profitability, business risk, dividend to firm capital structure, and to analys the influence of capital structure to return stock. Thirty five companies met the criteria and were analyzed descriptive statistic and multiple regression were performed to test the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing is based on agency theory, signaling theory, asymmetric information theory, packing order theory, and previously empirical evidence. The conclusion show that assets structure, profitability are influence firm capital structure, but sales growth, business risk, dividend are not significant impact of firm capital structure. The other conclusion show that capital structure is not influece return assets.Key words : sales growth, assets structure, profitability, business risk, dividend, capital structure, return stock

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of variable capital adequacy ratio (CAR), net interest margin (NIM), non performing loans (NPL) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) to profirabilitas. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression) Samples used in this study as many as 16 non-bank foreign exchange banking institution with a purposive sampling technique, which is a technique based on the criteria for the determination of the sample. Criteria are banks that submit financial statements in 2005 until 2009. data collection techniques were tested using OLS regression method. The results after a partial test of the hypothesis shows that the CAR, NPL and the LDR is shown to have a negative effect but not significant. NIM is shown to have a positive effect on profitability but significant. NIM thus able to increase profitability. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to verify the effects of leadership, motivation, and work environment toward the performance of employees at “PT AJ Beringin Jiwa Sejahtera” Semarang. The populations of this research are all employees of “PT AJ Beringin Jiwa Sejahtera” Semarang. In this research, the researcher uses all populations that there at the company and the method called “census method”, because the amount of the populations are only 69 employees, and all of the populations are also the samples. The collected data are analyzed using the “factor analysis” to verify the validity of question items, “cronbach alpha formula”to verify the instrument reliability, “regression analysis” to verify the effect partially of each independent variables that are verifiedby the determination coefficient and fit model test to verify and prove the effect partially of each independent variables. The hypothesises are : (1) the result of statistic calculation with the linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y= 0,275 X1 + 0,380 X2 + 0,204 X3. From the regression equation, we know that leadership, motivation, and work environment havethe positive and significant effect towards the performance of employees. (2) The result of determination coefficient calculation is 0,439. It means that independent variables (leadership, motivation, and work environment) have the role as big as 43,9% simultaneously, can describe the dependent variable (performance). While the rest, 56,1% is described by the other variables that don’t used in this research. (3) From the hypothesis that used in this research, we can conclude that : 1. There are positive and significant effects between leadership towards the performance of employees. 2. There are positive and significant effects between motivation towards the performance of employees. 3. Abstract

Target of this research to test and analyze influence satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic to employees performance at PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal.Pursuant to the description hence this research take title “Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional Dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT.Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal )”. Research concerning influence satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic to employees performance at PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal taking sample counted 100 responder. In this research use obtained primary data with questioner. As for data analysis use regression analysis. Pursuant to result of research of satisfaction of job have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance. Employees PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal have lick lips, this matter is seen fromresponder answer mean which replying agree. Organizational Commitment have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance. Employees PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal to company still enough, this matter is seen from responder answer mean which replying is neutral. Work characteristic have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance. Work executed by PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal have according to its membership, this matter is seen from responder answer mean which replying agree. Equal to 55,2 % can be explained by satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic to employees performance. While the rest 44,8% explained by other causes outside variable satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic like motivation, leadership, environmental of job, training and education.Keywords : Satisfaction of Job, Organizational Commitment, Work Characteristic And Employees Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, compensation and job stress on employee performance Semarang City Social Services The population in this study were employees of Social Services Semarang, amounting to 435 Slovin calculation formula samples in this study amounted to 81 respondents. The sample in this amount eligible to be therespondent Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression while hypothesis testing using t-test and F Based on the survey results revealed that there is apositive and significant relationship between leadership (X1) on the performance (Y), whereas no positive and significant relationship between compensation (X2) on the performance of an employee (Y), there is a positive and significant relationship between work stress (X3 ) on the performance of an employee (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Systematic Risk (Beta) on stock prices of property companies in IDX. Population and sample are all listed property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from the year 2005 to 2009, with sampling using purposive sampling method obtained by 75 data. The analysis was performed by multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the Return On Assets (ROA) has no effect on stock prices of property companies on the Stock Exchange. Return On Equity (ROE) has no effect on stock prices of property companies on the Stock Exchange. Price to Book Value (PBV) has positive effect on stock prices of property companies on the Stock Exchange. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock prices of property companies on the Stock Exchange. Systematic risk (beta) has no effect on stock prices of property companies on the Stock Exchange.
