Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of corporate image and service quality as well as the satisfaction of the trust. Based on this study the researchers hoped to prove his hypothesis. The population in this study is the customer PT. Andalan Finance (division Nasmoco Credit ) in Semarang City. The determination of this sample using purposive sampling method with the criteria customers who have purchased a Toyota 1 times or more. The data in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents on 1 dealer Toyota in the Semarang City. For testing research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that: (1) Corporate image has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. (2) The service quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. (3) Customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on confidence. Thus all the hypothesis are either partially or jointly received significant levels are still below 5%. This study has one limitation of the study used data from a single source, where collection data on the limited research on the organization of the service company, and the sample size is only 110 where as the number of customers in the hundreds. Recommendations for research is limited to the influence of corporate image, service quality and customer satisfaction with confidence PT. Andalan Finance (division Nasmoco Credit). Abstract

The purpose of research is to discover, develop and test a knowledge of the truth. Thus, this research is an activity to obtain information about consumer purchasing decisions on Yamahaproducts. In this study population is all the people who have bought Yamaha motorcycles in Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The samples used were 100 people who have bought motorcycles Yamaha Yamaha dealer Semarang Based on the results of model calculations derived summary size adjusted R2 is 0.922 this means that 92.2% of purchase decisions variation can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables, namely the quality of the product, price and promotion. From the results of multiple regressionanalysis can be seen that the positive effect on the quality of the product purchase decision. The effect was statistically significant at probability of 0.000 (sig / p <0.005). Prices have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The effect was statistically significant at probability of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) and the promotion of positive effect on keptusan purchase. The effect was statistically significant at the probability obtained less than 5% α (0.000 <0.05). It is identified that all the hypotheses accepted or proven.

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan, manusia mempunyai peran penting dan utama dalam proses produksi atau dengan kata lain manusia merupakan sumber daya utama dalam suatu kegiatan usaha. Ada suatu kecenderungan semakin berkembangnya suatu perusahaan, maka semakin besar pula kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. dengan demikian perusahaan akan berusaha mempertahankan karyawannya yang mempunyai kinerja yang baik serta mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan atau memberikan sesuatu yang bersifat memotivasi dengan berbagai cara terhadap karyawan yang dinilai kurang baik dalam hal bekerja, ini dilakukan semata-mata untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah a)Bagaimana pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yang ada di PT Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang? b)Bagaimana pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yang ada di  PT Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang? c) Bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada  PT Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang?Dalam penelitian  ini  populasinya adalah  seluruh  karyawan  yang bekerja di PT. Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian mi adalah teknik non random sampling sedangkan sampel penelitian ini diambil 20 responden sebagai sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan (thitung = 2,856) > (ttabel = 2,110) dan [pvalue (Sig.) = 0,011)] < 0,05. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan (thitung = 4,631) > (ttabel = 2,110) dan [pvalue (Sig.) = 0,000)] < 0,05. Secara simultan variabel Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan (Fhitung = 123,471) > (Ftabel = 3,59) dan nilai [pvalue (Sig.) = 0,000)] < 0,05.  Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,928 yang menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi mampu menjelaskan secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang sebesar 92,8% dan sisanya 7,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

In making a purchase, consumer behavior is influenced by several factors, including factors of product quality and service quality. Related to this study sought to determine the factors whichdetermine consumer decisions in the conduct of research, especially related to the quality factor of the product and service quality, which one of these factors to be the most dominant factor in the purchasing decision. The population in this study were respondents or consumers who are patients of the Clinic Beauty Corpoderma Starch. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling sanpel selection based on certain criteria, namely the number of patients accounted for 4015 of the years 2007-2011, to determine the number of samples used Slovin formula. So the number of samples to be used dala study is a minimum of 100 respondents. Which in this study used sampling techniques with accidental sampling the individual who placed the study found. Based on the results of analysis using multiple linear regression test is known that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of the product (X1) with the purchase decision (Y), there is a positive and significant relationship between quality of service (X2) with the purchase decision (Y). Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination factor variables influence the quality of the product (X1) and the variable quality of service (X2) jointly influence the purchase decision variable (Y) is equal to 79.9% while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Key words : Quality Product,Quality Service, dan Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The research objective was to test and analyze the influence of leadership on labor productivity, test and analyze the influence of environment on labor productivity, test and analyze the effect of compensation on work productivity of employees at PT Kurnia Jati Utama Indonesia – Semarang. in this study population was all employees at PT Kurnia jati Utama Indonesia - Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study is the sampling technique using probability sampling (sampling with equal opportunity for members of the population to be sampled). Probability sampling method used is random sampling. Based on the results of model calculations obtained summary magnitude of adjusted R2 is 0.489 this means that 48.9% variation in labor productivity can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables, namely leadership, work environment and compensation. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis can be seen that the leadership has a positive effect on labor productivity. These effects are statistically significant at 0.011 probability (sig / p <0.05). Work Environment Work positive effect on productivity. Are statistically significant influence on the probability obtained is smaller than α of 5% (0.000 <0.05). compensating positive effect on labor productivity. Are statistically significant influence on the probability obtained is smaller than α of 5% (0.009 <0.05). It is identified that all the hypothesis is accepted or proven. Abstract

The research objective was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee kenerja, test and analyze the effect of leadership on employee kenerja, test and analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee kenerja the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Semarang City. In this study population were all employees of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Semaraang City. The sampling technique used in this study is the sampling technique using non-probability sampling (sampling by not giving equal opportunity to the members of the population to be sampled). Non-probability sampling method used is purposive sampling / judgment sampling. Purposive sampling, the sampling technique to establish certain criteria consistent with the objectives or problems studied. The criteria used for determining the sample is already working at least 3 years, at least high school education and a minimum age of 22 years.Based on the results of model calculations derived summary size adjusted R2 is 0.797 this means that 79.7% of the variation in staff performance can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables of work motivation, leadership and organizational commitment.Based on the results of multiple regression analysis can be seen that motivation has positive effect on employee performance. The effect is statistically significant at 0.020 probability (sig / p <0.005). Leadership positively terhadapkinerja employees. The effect was statistically significant at the probability obtained less than 5% α (0.000 <0.05). Organizational commitment positively toward employees performance. Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of Leadership Styles and Communications Intern for Work Effectiveness Department of Education district office clerk Reban Batang. The population in this study were employees of local public Reban Batang district totaling 44 people, then the results of the research data was tested with the validity and reliability, the result, the whole construct produce valid and reliable values. Further analysis researchers used multiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables. The result is a style of leadership and internal communication have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the work. It can be concluded that if the level of leadership style and high internal communication will produce a high work effectiveness as well. This is consistent with the review of existing theories and the results of an analysis of previous studies. It is expected that the managers and staff of local public school district in order to maintain a level of style reban leadership and internal communications, so that organizational goals can be achieved together. This study has limitations that the sampling period is relatively short, and do not consider the control variables and other key variables. Therefore, further research is suggested to consider the other main variables and control variables as well as the period of the study needs to be longer so that it can be generalized.Key words: Leadership styles, Communications Intern, and work effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menguji Analisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Pemberdayaan dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Cukai Kudus yang berjumlah 60 orang, kemudian hasil data penelitian tersebut diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, haslinya seluruh konstruk menghasilkan nilai valid dan reliable. Analisis selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variable tersebut. Hasilnya adalah iklim organisasional tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila tingkat pemberdayaan dan komitmen organisasional semakin baik maka akan menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi pula.Kata kunci : iklim organisasional, pemberdayaan, komitmen organisasional, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study is a test Effect Analysis Work motivation, organizational commitment and work environment of the Company Employee Job Satisfaction Cigarette smoking PT.Maju Eternal Spirit. The population in this study were employees of tobacco companies PT.Maju Eternal Spirit Cigarettes totaling 80 people, then the results of the research data was tested with the validity and reliability, the result, the whole construct produce valid and reliable values. Further analysis researchers used multiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables. The result is work motivation, organizational commitment, and work environment positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. It can be concluded that if the level of motivation, organizational commitment, and work environment, the better it will produce job satisfaction is also high. This is consistent with the review of existing theories and the results of an analysis of previous studies. It is expected that the leadership and pegawaiperusahaan order to maintain the level of motivation, commitment, and work environments that improve employeesatisfaction, which in turn organizational goals can be achieved together.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to implementation to test and analyze the ef'fect on the performance of employees working ability, motivation on employee performance and work environment on employee performance. The research was carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) Parent Unit Development and Networking of Java Bali in the parent olfice in Semarang, amounting to I l7 by using census method. The results of regression testing obtained results Adjusted R Square of 0.602, meaning that the change of the variable employee performance can be explained by the variable work ability, work motivation and work environment of 60, 2o/o. While fbr the F test showed that the ability to work together, work motivation and work environment aff-ects employeeperformance. Based on partial regression testing the ability of the mind to influence the perfbrmance of significance 0.006 <0.05, work motivation on perfbrmance with signilicance0.000 <0.05 and work environment efl-ects the perfbrmance of the significance 0.000. <0.05.
