Human resource management is the responsibility of every manager and among those responsibilities also include training and workforce development to improve productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of manpower training and development on employee productivity partsproduction. Sample collection technique is simple random sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 20 shows that: (1).Training has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. An organization / company will function effectively if handled by people who have skills and high work productivity in performing the tasks assigned to him. Value is the value added of activities of the people there, and the value thus also referred to as an increase in labor productivity. Some of the factors that affect work productivity is leadership, motivation and training. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and training on employee productivity. Sample collection technique is the technique of non-random (non random / non-probability) and census techniques. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS Version 13 show that: (1). Leadership has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. (2). Motivation has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. (3). Training has positive and significant impact on laborproductivity. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang paling penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan sebagai subyek pelaksanaan kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Sehingga setiap organisasi haruslah memperhatikan dan memberdayakan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya dengan baik agar organisasi dapat berkembang. Dalam rangka memberdayakan karyawan yang ada maka perusahaan harus mampu memotivasi karyawannya, penerapan kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang tepat, sehingga akan meningkatkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works (ISTW) Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengajukan sejumlah pertanyaan tertulis yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi dan responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works (ISTW) Semarang yang berjumlah 140 orang. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara convenience sampling atau sampel yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan kemudahan. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (2) kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik kepemimpinan yang terjadi dalam organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (3) budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan

Employees who have a good performance orachievement isthe hopeof everycompany. Good performancecan beachieved ifavoid stress, discipline, andthe motivation of the employer. The purpose of this study was to analyze thesig ni ficanteffects of job stress, discipline, and motivation either partiallyor simultan eouslyand toanalyze the dominant independent variables and their effects onemployee performance staff. The research methodis a survey. The type of databeing usedis qualitative and quantitative. Source of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population was amounted to 109 employees staff employees. Samples take namounted to 33 respondents. Testinstrumentsusing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Advicecan begiven leaderships hould increase motivationby providing hope, and incentives to employees to bemore vibrantworks. Corporate leaderss houldresolveas early as possible or keepthings that canlead tojob stress, with thecamdid not provide atough work load and excessive, and to provide remunerationis not toolow. And leaders should further enhance the discipline factorth at better employee performance, discipline by setting preventive, corrective and progressive discipline discipline. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 sayung Kabupaten Demak. Sesuai dengan observasi dan kajian permasalahan yang dilakukan peneliti di obyek penelitian bahwa tingkat kelembagaan yang lemah, relevansi output dan input organisasi yang belum optimal dan pola kepemimpinan dan manajerial pimpinan yang sentralistik. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data dan analisisnya termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian mewakili populasi keseluruhan berjumlah 65 responden. Data dari responden diuji dengan Analisis Regresi Ganda, uji determinasi dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap semangat kerja, pegawai dan ada pengaruh yang positif signifikan simultan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Sayung. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi ingkat kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi akan semakin meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mempunyai katerbatasan yaitu periode pengambilan sampel dan observasi yang relatif pendek, belum mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang ,mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai. Hal ini memang menjadi pilihan peneliti berdasarkan permasalahan yang menonjol di objek penelitian. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian berikutnya bisa mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Sayung Kabupaten Demak. This study aims to analyze (1). Transfomasional leadership influence on faculty performance (2). Influence the motivation of faculty performance (3). Organizational commitment to faculty performance partially or jointly. The research was conducted at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Walisongo Semarang sample of 100 respondents. By using purposive sampling method with a minimum education level criteria are postgraduate (S2) and a 3-year tenure. The results of this study indicate that (1). Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of lecturers with t count equal to 2.633 (2). Work motivation has significant influence on the performance of lecturers with t count equal to 2.933 (3). Organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance of lecturers with t count of 2.532. Taken together transformational leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance of lecturers with F count of 26.573. Thus transformational leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment should always be considered for performance enhancement Lecturer State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Walisongo Semarang.Key words: Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and employee compensation to the performance of PT. Adi Setia Mitra Abadi Semarang. Type of data used in this study is the primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. While the techniques used for data collection used a questionnaire to ask a number of written questions used to obtain information and respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Adi Setia Mitra Abadi, amounting to 152 people. The amount of sample used in this study based on the formula slovin inim for is 67 people. Purposive sampling technique sampling. Test equipment used in this study using the Pearson Correlation test validity, reliability testing using Cronbachalpha and test hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The analysis concluded that: (1) style of leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. The better the leadership style adopted in the company, the employee's performance will also increase. (2) Cultural organizations have a positive effect on employee performance. The better the application of organizational culture, then the employee's performance will be increased. (3) Compensation of employees has a positive effect on performance. The higher the compensation received, then the employee's performance will be increased.Key words: leadership styles, organizational culture, compensation and employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of finance ratio DTA, ROE, PER, and EPS to the stock returns of Real Estate and Property company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2005-2009. This research analyzed by multi regression analysis using SPSS program. The result showed that all variable significantly influence the stock returns.Key Words : return saham, Debt to Total Asset, Return on Equity, Price Earning Ratio, Earning per Share.

Attention to customer satisfaction and consumer dissatisfaction to the attention of the companies in developing its service strategy, so that customer satisfaction is placed as the main objective of the company. Creation of customer satisfaction by Tjiptono (2005) can provide several benefits, including the relationship between companies and consumers to be harmonious, be a good foundation for repeat purchases (repeated buying), the creation of customer loyalty (customer loyalty) and form a recommendation by word of mouth (word of mouth) is beneficial for the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of variables influence the company's image, and quality of service to customer satisfaction Kaliwungu DSP Bank credit. Criteria of the sample is active credit customers who have become customers for at least 6 months. Samples obtained amounted to 68 people. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Validity of test results showed that all indicators is valid for all the variables while the reliability test showed that all the instruments reliable. Based on the results of regression analysis can be seen that the image quality of service and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on credit. Hypothesis test results can be seen that the image has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.356, with a value of 0.002 ρ <0.05. While Quality of Service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.509, with a value of 0.000 ρ <0.05.Key words: corporate image, service quality, customer satisfaction

This research is to determine how the effect of price perception, Completeness goods and re-location of the purchasing decisions in Ramai supermarket Peterongan Semarang. In this study, population was crowded supermarket buyers on totaling 100 respondents. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling the sample selection subjectively based on certain criteria are a minimum age of 17 years and have never made a purchase at Ramai Peterongan least 1 times. Based on the results of model calculations obtained magnitude determination of Adjusted R2, this means that variation in repeat purchase decision variables able to be explained by the variation of the three independent variables (price, completeness goods, location) while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not observed . Based on the results of multiple regression analysis can be seen that prices have a positive and significant impact on repeat purchase decisions, (H1 accepted). The effect is statistically significant at probability and produces beta standardized. Probability obtained less Completeness of goods have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (H2 accepted).The effect was statistically significant at the probability and produces beta standardized.
