Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of competence and self effficacy on teacher performance with the mediation of organizational commitment in UPT Gringsing Batang District Education Office. Populations that were subjected to experiments is the entire civil service teachers in UPT Gringsing Batang District Education Office. In this study population numbered 178 people as object. Sampling using proportions using Taro Yamane formula or Slovin. Using Slovin formula can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 124 respondents. Mechanical testing data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis, the Cronbach alpha reliability test, the classic assumption test normality test, F test model and test of determination (Adjusted R Square), hypothesis testing, and test the effect of mediation or intervening. The results of the analysis and discussion of the research shows that teacher competence, self-efficacy, organizational commitment and teacher performance, everything has a value of KMO is greater than 0.5 it indicates that the sample adequacy criteria have been met. Loading factor for variable 13 items declared invalid competence, self-efficacy of 11 are all valid, organizational commitment of 24 items 21 items revealed a number of valid and Performance teacher of 14 items all valid, because the value of loading factor greater than 0.4. Reliability test results can be seen for the four variables Cronbach alpha values were above 0.7 so that the four variables are declared reliable. The test results are known hypothesis that the variable does not affect the competence of organizational commitment, self-efficacy has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, competence, self-efficacy and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance test mediation.The result known that organizational commitment can not mediate the effect of competence and self-efficacy on teacher performance in UPT Gringsing Batang District Education Office. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the ability of the model to describe corretly the relationship variable competence, self-efficacy and organizational commitment on teacher performance is equal to 46.2%, while the rest of 53.8% is explained by other variables outside the model. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the Principal Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Motivation high schools in the District of Batang with Organizational Commitment as mediation variables. In this study population of 102 people, while the sample taken as many as 81 people as respondents with a purposive sampling method. With all of the criteria of civil servants in SMA N 1 and 2 Trunk. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Hypothesis testing used in this study used regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) the principal's leadership significantly influence Commitment Job Satisfaction, (ii) Motivation significant effect on Job Satisfaction (iii) the principal's leadership influence on Job Satisfaction, (iv) Motivation no significant effect on Commitment organizational, (v) Job Satisfaction no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (vi) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of variable principal's leadership on Organizational Commitment, and (vii) Job Satisfaction Motivation does not mediate the effect of variables on Organizational Commitment. Abstract

This research is aimed to test and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfactory towards teacher’s working mediated with organizational commitment of the teacher of  s State Elementary School in “ UPTD Kecamatan Genuk Semarang”, with 146 respondences. The technique of collecting data used is random samplimh by giving a austioner to the respondences. This research is aimed    to: 1)Analyze the influence of motivation towards organisational commitment , 2) Analyze  the job satisfactory towards organizational commitment, 3) Analyze the influence of motivation towards teacher’s working, 4) Analyze the influence of satisfactory towards  teacher’s working, 5) Analyze the influence of organizational commitment towards teacher’s working, 6) Analyze and prove the organizational commitment as an influence of motivation ‘ mediation towards  teacher’s working, 7) Analyze and prove organisational commitment as an influence of working satisfactory’s mediation towards teacher’s working. The technique of testing data which is used in this research includes validity with factor analysis and reliability testbyCronbach's alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, tests of significance and coefficient of determinationto prove thetruth ofthe hypothesisof the study,as well astestingthe effect ofmediation. The result of the research showed that: 1). Motivation didn’t influence positively towards organizational commitment, 2). Job satisfactory influences positively and significantly towards organizational commitment, 3). Motivation influences positively and cantly towards teacher’s working, 4).Job satisfactory didn’t influencedirectly towarde teacher’s working, 5)OrganizationalCommitment influence positive andsignificanteffecton the performance ofteachers witha positivebetaand significancepricesbelowarerequired. 6)organizationalcommitmentdid notmediate theeffect ofwork motivation, whilework motivationdirectly affects theperformance of teachers. 7)Organizationalcommitmentmediates theinfluence ofjob satisfactory towards teacher’s working. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze leadership moderating the influence of work motivation and work discipline to teacher performance at state elementary school of UPTD Genuk Regency in Semarang City with leadership as moderating variable. The populations of the study were 217 teachers, while the samples were 148 people as respondents using Kracjie and Morgan method. Sampling technique used purposive proposional sampling. Analyses requirement test used normality and multicolinierity test. Model test used determinant coefficient and F test (Goodness of Fit). Hipotesis test used t test. The results show that:  work motivation has positive and significant impact to teacher performance,  work discipline  has positive and significant impact to teacher performance,  leadership has positive and significant impact to teacher performance, leadership doesn’t moderate the influence of work motivation to teacher performance,  leadership moderates the influence of work discipline to teacher performance. Key words: work motivation, work discipline, leadership and teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of leadership and supervision of work discipline moderating influence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district UPTD Pendidikan Genuk Semarang with leadership and supervision as a moderating variable. The study population was 235 people, while the sample taken as 148 people for the study using the formula Slovin. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Test requirements analysis using tests of normality and multicollinearity test. Test model used is the determinant coefficient and F-test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis testing use the t test. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) Work Discipline significant effect on teacher performance, (2) leadership significant effect on teacher performance, (3) supervision significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Leadership does not strengthen the influence of the work Discipline on teacher performance, (5) supervision strengthen the influence of the work Discipline on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation, work satisfaction and academic supervision to teacher performance. The specific objectives of this study are to examine the role of academic supervision moderating influence of  work motivation and work satisfaction to teacher performance. The usefulness of the study is to clarify and extend previous study on the role of academic supervision moderating influence of work motivation and work satisfaction to teacher performance. This study used an accidental sampling of state junior high school teachers at sub rayon 07 Semarang City as much as 138 teachers. This study used a single period in 2012. This study examined the relations between interaction of academic supervision and work motivation to teacher performance and interaction of academic supervision and work satisfaction to teacher performance. The method used multiple regression analyses based on moderating model. The results show that: (1) work motivation has positive and significant impact to teacher performance, (2) work satisfaction  has positive and significant impact to teacher performance, (3) academic supervision has positive impact but not significant to teacher performance,(4) academic supervision doesn’t moderate the influence of work motivation to teacher performance, (5) academic supervision doesn’t moderate the influence of work satisfaction to teacher performance. Abstract

Purpose of this research is to test and description of influence: 1) school climate to motivation of job, 2) job discipline to motivation of job, 3) motivation of job to teacher performance, 4) school climate to teacher performance, and 5) job discipline to teacher performance.This research executed in TK Wilayah Kecamatan Tambakromo Kabupaten Pati, teacher sample TK 101 teacher by using nonprobability sampling. Collecting propagates questionnaire, applies scale model equate Likert with modification 7 scale. Analytical technique applied is descriptive, linear partial correlation and regression at level significance 5%.Result of descriptive analysis indicates that responder comments about statement of questionnaire propagated about teacher performance, school climate, teacher job discipline and motivation of teacher job average of responder answers "agrees". Model linear regression equation of a line 1 is Y1 = 0,681X1 + 0,322X2. At calculation tee test and Test F is got by result there are influence in simulate and significant between school climates and job discipline to motivation of job, with correlation coefficient R 0,923 mean there is unidirectional / positive and strong relationship between school climates and teacher job discipline to motivation of job or on the contrary. Model linear regression equation of a line 2 is Y2 = 0,054X1 - 0,036X2 + 0,973Y1. Bases on calculation tee test and Test F is got by result there are influence in simulate and significant between school climates, job discipline and motivation of job to teacher performance, with correlation coefficient R 0,918 mean there is a real unidirectional / positive and strong relationship between school climates, teacher job discipline and motivation of job to teacher performance or on the contrary. Based on calculation data analysis through test mediation it is concluded that motivation of job mediation can (influential indirect) at school climate variable and job discipline and both the independent variables influential direct to teacher performance. Abstract

The study entitled " The effect of motivation, compensation and leadership to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang”. The population in this study is employee of Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. Sampling is done by using "purposive sampling", ie the sampling technique based on chance and the number of samples taken as 100.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, the regression analysis to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the Partial each independent variable. The results of the study are: (1) The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y= 0,348 X1 + 0,273 X2 + 0,275 X3. From the regression equation it is known that the motivation, compensation and leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination result is 0.600. This shows that the motivation, compensation and leadership variables could explain 60.% of employee performance, while the remaining 40.0% is explained by other variables not included in this study. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study are: a) positive effect on motivation to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. b) positive affect compensation to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. c) positive affect leadership to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. In this study the variable motivation has a more dominant effect than compensation and leadership.Key words: Motivation, Compensation, Leadership and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of the marketing mix 7P to customer satisfaction through customer loyalty. Total Samples in this research were 100 respondents. Technique sampling of this research is purposive accidental sampling. Analysis data in use is multiple regression model. The result of this reseacrh shown that variable product, price, process, personal positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction while variable promotion, place physical evidence of a positive and not significant impact on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous testing 7P also a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. And satisfaction also affects customer loyalty.Key words: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, Personal, Physical Evidence, Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty.
