Abstract

This study takes an object on the PT. Tambi tea Wonosobo reasons for selecting objects based research because of fluctuations (up and down) the amount of marketing data 2009-2013 . Of the phenomenon it is necessary to evidence and research to analyze the influence , price , product , and experiential marketing on customer loyalty. This type of research is asosiatif. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled respondents. The population in this study are all customers of PT . Wonosobo Tambi tea with a sample of 100 people by using purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this research is the method of data collection using the questionnaire . The test results showed that (1) the price to customer loyalty showed positive and significant impact, (2) the product to customer loyalty shows a positive and significant influence, (3) experiential marketing on customer loyalty shows a positive and significant effect. Abstract

The research attempts to know intence of quality service, price perseption, and company reputation in unity or partial to repurchase Intention. This research used primer data, the writer used quesioner as research instrument by SPSS calculation. Then, population  of this research is all of passenger that ever utilize Travel Bejeu Service. the writer take 100 responden for sample. The Technic sampling of this research uses purposive sampling ,it is taken from appropriate sample that related. The equipment used silar deskriptive variabel and multiple linier regretion. The result for this research  shows positive effect and not signifikan between service quality to Repurchase Intention. There is signifikan positive effect between price perception to repurchase intention. The sound of significant positive effect between company reputation toward repurchase intention.   Keyword : Quality Service, Price Perception, Company Reputation, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance. Object of study in this paper is PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling of 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partially independent variables tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1). Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2). The communication has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3). Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, communication, motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Leadership , Motivation , and Discipline in Performance of the members . Object of study in this paper is Pekalongan Police. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling of 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information . The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of leadership , motivation , and Discipline of the performance of members. Abstract

This research are conducted to analyze the factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions again. The independent variables consist of Price (X1) and Quality Products (X2). The dependent variable is the Buying Decision Re (Y) Mobile on University Students Stikubank Semarang. The sample of 100 respondents were taken by using purposive sampling method. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis result, namely, Y = 0.303 + 0.457 X1 X2. The independent variables were the greatest influence on the dependent variable is the variable quality of the product (0.457), and was followed by a variable price (0,303). Deteminasinya coefficient (adjusted R2) of 0.432 or 43.2 percent. Quality Products showed the greatest regression coefficients. Product quality is the main factor affecting consumer purchase decisions over, and the price is a second factor influencing purchasing decisions reset. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture on nurses performance. The object of this research is Ambarawa Hospital. The population in this study was a nurse at the hospital Ambarawa amounted to 208 people. While the sample is determined by using the Solvin formula  by 65 respondents. The purpose of research is used to know the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture to performance of nurses. The data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, and regression to test and prove the research hypothesis.The conclusion of this study are as follows: (1) Motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of nurses (2) Leadership positive and significant impact on the performance of nurses (3) Organizational Behavior positive and significant impact on the performance of nurses.Keywords: Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of competence, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance. Object of study in this paper is the CV San Juan Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling (random) sample of 60 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

The Purpose of this reseach is to determine the effect of consumer attitudes, perception price, product distribusian, and product quality are shared or partially on purchasing decisions Samsung Android phone. The data used in this study is primary data, the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by the calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 19. The population in this study is the faculty of economics and bussines students who use mobile phone Samsung android in university Stikubank Unisbank Semarang. Samples taken is the faculty of economics and bussiness students who use mobile phone Samsung Android in university Stikubank Unisbank Semarang, totaling 100 respondents. Sampling techniques in this study using a purposive sampling, ie deliberate sampling in accordance with the requirements of sample is required. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect between consumer attitudes toward purchasing decisions. There is a significant positive effect of perception price on purchase decisions. There is a significant positive effect between the product distribution to the purchasing decision. There is a significant positive effect between good quality product to the purchasing decision. Abstract

This study mangambil object on KODIM office 0719 / Jepara. The reason in the selection of objects based research because they want to know the Members performance. From these gaps it is necessary to evidence and research to analyze the influence of Discipline, compensation, and training on the performance of members. The research sample using the sample collection method is purposive sampling sampling based on characteristics that are known in advance, samples taken 100 respondents. From a population of 248 people. Methods of data analysis using linear regression and methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The test results showed that (1) Discipline affect the performance of members showed a positive and significant influence, (2) Compensation affect the performance of members showed a positive and significant influence, (3) training effect on the performance of members showed that positive and significant effect.
