Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity is achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the standards or criteria have been established. Performance shows the success rate of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, where the higher the performance of the employee, the productivity of the organization as a whole will increase. This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance Kopkar Kendali Harta PT. Coca -Cola Amatil Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees in the production of Kopkar Kendali Harta PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java. A sample of 100 respondents was obtained by using purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression as data analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the variable organizational commitment and organizational culture either partially or simultaneously positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Other results showed variable organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee performance. From the test results obtained Adjusted R² value for equation 1 is equal to 0,579, so the influence of organizational culture variables and organizational commitment to job satisfaction is at 57.9%. In the second equation obtained Adjusted R² value of 0.574, so the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees is 57.4. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of Motivation, Career Development, and Discipline to Employee Performance. The research object in this paper is Bank Jateng branch of Pati. Sampling technique in this study is the use of random sampling of 77 respondents in the sample by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the influence of motivation, career development, and discipline to employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to test the influence of each partial independent variables. The results of the research are: (1.) Motivation has a positive and significant influence to employee performance. (2.) Career Development has a positive and significant influence to employee performance. (3.) Discipline has a positive and significant influence to employee performance. Abstract

This study examines the effect of business risk , asset structure , profitability , liquidity , size of the company on the capital structure . This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange using perusaaan analysis unit manufacturing that have gone public. The method used in this research is the method of quantitative dskriptif . Engineering samples using purposive sampling technique with a study period of 2011 to 2013. The results of the business risks and asset structure and significant positive effect on capital structure , profitability and significant positive effect on capital structure . Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence investment decisions, financing and dividend policy decisions contained in the financial decisions in financial management functions. Financial decisions are the most important component in determining the extent to which the management company in taking steps to maximize the value of the company, for which the financial decisions taken will affect other financial decisions and the impact on the value of the company. This study uses secondary data. The population used is an industrial manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2013. Methods of sampling using purposive sampling technique. The variables measured in this study consisted of Investment Decision (X1), Funding Decisions (X2), Dividend Policy (X3) and Value (Y). The results showed that: Investment decisions and significant positive effect on the value of the Company. Funding decisions and significant negative effect on the value of the Company, while the dividend policy does not affect the value of the Company. Abstract

Research on variable compensation, motivation, and discipline on the performance of the employee (Case Study on the Public Service Board-Technical Implementation Unit (BLU UPTD) Terminal Mangkang) took the 53 respondents with a significance level of 5%. In this study using purposive sampling sampling deliberate aim in accordance with the requirements of samples that need the appropriate requirements (properties, characteristics, traits, criteria) which reflects the population in this study is based on Staff Administration (Finance, HR, Sarpras, Operations, control, and General). Based on data analysis can be concluded as follows: Positive Discipline influential work of 4,363 with 0,000 significantly to the performance of employees. Motivation for 2,827 with a positive effect on the performance of a significant 0,007. Compensation for 2,091 and the positive impact significantly on the performance of employees 0,042 BLU UPTD Mangkang Terminal. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline and Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of ownership concentration, manajerial ownership, capital structure and liquidity to financial performance on the Stock Exchange (2010 – 2013). Using  purposive sampling, this study involves the 73 sampel size and those data have met normality test. The analysis of data use multiple regression analysis in stages to test the hypothesis 1 to hypothesis 4. The results show that ownership concentration affect the financial performance, manajerial ownership has no affect on financial performance, capital structure affects the financial performance and liquidity has no affect on financial performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT.PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta Jatingaleh.     The sampling method used purposive sampling with the criteria of a permanent employee of PT.PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta Jatingaleh and are given permission to fill out a questionnaire. The  number of shares based samples taken by the opinions Uma Sekaran (2000) which states that an adequate sample size for a study is more than 30 and less than 200. The relationship between variables and or effect described by the method of analysis multiple regression.  The results showed that compensation, work discipline, and motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. So if compensation, discipline and motivationis getting better, it will better the performance of employees generated. Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style, communication, and discipline of the employee's performance This research was conducted in the Office of PDAM  Grobogan. The population was 221 employees and the total sample was 120 employees The sampling method using simple random sampling and the sample size was determined using a formula Slovin. The relationship and or influence between variables is described by the method of multiple regression analysis.The results showed that transformational leadership style, communication, and discipline has positive effect and significant on employee performance. So, if the transformational leadership style, communication, and discipline getting better , it will be better the resulting performance of employees. Abstract

Competition in the business world today is getting tougher, with new businesses coupled with business actors increasingly making today's competitive business has a high determination. The purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze, and explain the products and promotions on purchasing decisions Yamaha in Student Management Prodi Stikubank University of Semarang, and to know whether the products and promotions positive influence on purchase decisions in Student Management Prodi Stikubank University of Semarang. The population studied is the Student Management Prodi Stikubank University of Semarang with the number of 719 students, the samples were taken as 125 people were made respondents using Slovin formula. Data collected was tested first using validity and reliability in order to obtain reliable results valit and so can be used in subsequent testing. Subsequent analysis the authors used multiple regression testing to clarify the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The result is a product and promotion of a positive influence on purchase decisions. From the results of the regression equation that promotion has pengeruh greatest and most products have little effect. The results of determination test and promotional products derived variables in explaining the relatively large purchase decision. This study has limitations that variable is used only in the variable products and promotions, whilst still much that can influence purchasing decisions. In addition, this study only examined the students who use the Yamaha at the University of Semarang especially Prodi Management Stikubank further recommended to consider other variables that have not been found in this study and a broader sampling. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and development of Karier on the  employee performance. Object of study in this paper is  CV. Jordan Semarang. The sampling technique in this research use the Simple Random Sampling by 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple regression analysis, t test to test and aprove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are: (1) Transformational Leadership give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the better leadership within the organization will improve employee performance.(2) Motivation have positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the more often the motivation is given it will improve employee performance.(3) Career Development hasn’t impact  for the performance of the employee, getting better career position is given so the employee will be increased.
