Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand awareness (brand awareness), perceived quality (perceived quality), brand association (brand association), and brand loyalty (brand loyalty) on consumer loyalty on Andoid phone brand Samsung products. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang Unisbank using Andoid phone brand Samsung. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, the sampling technique with a specific purpose. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the analysis can be concluded that: brand awareness positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand associations positive effect on customer loyalty. Perceived quality has positive influence on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation, career and development of the performance of employees. Object of study in this paper is a civil servant in BPPKB Trunk. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive Samplingberjumlah 108 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test realibitas instrument. Test f jointly determine the independent variable on the dependent variable. Determination test conducted determine the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable. To test the effect of partially each independent variable is done by t test.The results showed that job motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation and significant positive effect on employee performance, career development and a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction Astra car workshop Bayerische Motoren Werke Semarang. The data used is primary data obtained directly from the customer in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 100 people. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity of using the Pearson correlation, using Cronbach Alpha reliability testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) The quality of service has positive influence on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of service received, the customer satisfaction will increase. (2) The image of the company positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the image of the company, the customer satisfaction will increase. Keywords: Quality of Service, Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Influence Lending Rates, Inflation and Exchange Rate Against Lending At the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Java. This research was conducted through the collection of secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics with adequate sample. The results of the study provide evidence that factors in lending rates and the exchange rate affects lending policies in the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Java. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of credit non-bank financial institutions engaged in services Pegadaian. Analysis of the dynamics of the dynamic impact analysis from the aspects of influence Bi rate, Inflation, and Exchange . Object of research is PT. Pegadaian Region 6 Semarang data used are secondary data monthly period 2011-2012. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the help of Eviews program. The conclusion of this study is : BI rate and the exchange rate does not significantly influence the amount of credits while inflation has a negative influence on the amount of credit. Abstract

This study wants to examine the factors that influence the purchasing decisions of customers bottled mineral water. Factors that were tested in this study is the price, brand image, brand extension, positioning, differentiation as an independent variable while purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents who consume bottled mineral water in Terminal Terboyo Semarang. The data used in this study are primary data and sample selection using accidental sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. Hypothesis testing results show that the price of products Aqua no significant negative effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand image Aqua significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand extension is not insignificant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Positioning is not insignificant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Differentiation significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity , solvency , and profitability of the Stock Return. Sample using purposive sampling method with criteria manufacturing company that has complete data for the population and the company for 3 years ( 2011-2013 ) obtained 240 samples .Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression method previously normality test , the classical assumption includes multicollinearity , autocorrelation , and heteroscedasticity . In addition , this study also uses statistical test t and F as well as the coefficient of determination . The test results normal distribution of data , and all the classical assumptions are met .The results showed that the liquidity and solvency has no effect on stock returns . While profitability and significant positive effect on stock returns .Keywords : Liquidity , Solvency and Stock Return .

Abstract

Buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take action relating to the purchase of which is measured by the degree of likelihood that consumers make purchases. Basically interest is an attitude that can make a person feel happy to objects or situations or certain ideas which are usually followed by a sense of excitement and a tendency to look for the favored object. A person of interest in both permanent or temporary, and the various systems of the dominant motivation is internal determinants that truly fundamental in influencing his attention. Consumer interest can be affected by many factors, such as brand image, product quality and price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price on the buying interest. The population in this study is the consumer brand of isotonic drinks Mizone in Semarang City. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling (sampling with the goal). The type of data and data collection techniques used are primary. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1). Brand image affect on buying interest. (2). Product quality affect on buying interest. (3). Price affect on buying interest.Keyword :  Brand Image, Quality Products, Price, Buying Interes

Abstract

This study examined two independent variables, namely the quality of products, and the perception that prices could affect the value and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the two independent variables on the value and customer satisfaction distributions Modesto Sampangan Semarang This study was conducted by questionnaire to 100 customers Modesto Sampangan Semarang distributions obtained by using purposive sampling method, where researchers have criteria or specific objectives of the sample to be studied. The sample in this study is that consumers who have bought clothes in Modesto distributions Sampangan Semarang Testing in this study using validity (KMO) product moment and loading factors, reliability testing with Alpha Croanbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study stated that the quality of the product and price perception positive and significant impact on customer value and customer value and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, whereas for product quality and price perception has no effect and no significant effect on customer satisfaction Keywords: Variable Quality Product, Price Perception, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study analyzed the quality of service (X1), the image of the company (X2), and the perception of the price (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The population in this study is the great customer service yamaha motor using quality of service, corporate image, and price. The samples made with the technique of "accidental sampling" and the number of samples taken as many as 100 people. The analysis model is a linear regression. The results of the research are: (1) The results of the statistical calculation with multiple linear analysis can be seen that the quality of service does not exist a positive and significant effect, while the image of the company, and the perception that prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the quality of service, corporate image, and perception can explain the variable price of consumer satisfaction. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study are: A) There is no positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. B) There is a positive and significant influence of corporate image on customer satisfaction. C) There is a positive and significant influence perceptions of price on customer satisfaction.
